Ok so we ordered from the “not so secret” menu. The double meat was pretty good, the wait was a little bit but the meat was good, food was hot, everything that we ordered was accurate. And the fries were actually good as opposed to how they are usually the worst. I think everyone in my party would give that experience 4 stars on average. One thing I’d like to point out is that payment and delivery were very fast and I love the fresh food.

The first time I ate an In-N-Out Burger. Had a double cheeseburger with everything on it...I believe Animal Style It was very tasty. I liked the sauce. The cost of their menu items are very reasonable. I dont think I would wait in the long drive thru line for one tho.

Love this location. Theyre always friendly, greeting and sufficient. Today I noticed someone informing the crew that their lobby ran out of napkins and they immediately walked out with stacks of it to fill the bins for their customers. Always on it.

It was good but not the same as getting a double double in California. The only reason I can come up with is the texture of the bun is a little off. And the burger was not as sloppy and messy which also changed the taste. Its just not the same but its the same company: I dont get it

In-n-out stands up for the rights of Americans to choose what goes into their bodies. I will support them even more for this. Always great food. Holy cow inflation hit hard. Doube double combo is now over $8, a year ago it was a little over $6.

Food was medium quality but prepared to the best extent possible (good quality assurance). I would say a slight notch below Five Guys. However, employees were friendly and service was reasonably quick. Would recommend!

So, the drive thru line was so far away from the business but almost immediately, there was staff at my truck, taking my order. It didnt take too long & in a quick moment, you paid @ first window, by the time you roll forward, your bag as waiting at the end of some random arm.It is what my hubby wanted, so it is what my hubby got!In addition, he ate 2 double doubles, FF & a chocolate shake, in one sitting! He was 🐷 Full!! 😄 🤣

I have not had In n Out for over 2 yrs, I cant tell you how great there burgers are. They never disappoint. Always fresh and delicious. I live in Oregon now so we only have one. Definitely a must if you havent tried one.

I salute and commend this location. This place is always packed around lunch time. These men and women rock out on the parking lot for drive thru and in store they did not miss a beat... This is how a team is suppose to work. Order always correct and timely. Unlike other establishments wanting $15 an hour and after asking you if everything is correct on screen and they still get it wrong... Take notes from In and Out these men and women deserve it.

Even if Im not hungry, I see an In-N-Out, and I gotta stop, even if its just for a fry only. Fries here are the best in the world. Im on a very limited diet due to allergies. This is the only place where I can order a burger and know that it will be made correctly the first time. Everyone is super friendly. They are usually pretty quick for a restaurant that doesnt make it till you order it.

Yes theres always a long line here whenever coming here.. but its never for long. Its definitely worth the wait the customer service here is outstanding the food is always fresh and delicious. So if you have a little patience and an appetite this is definitely a place to come too to have a great meal.

The line in the drive-thru is always long, so plan ahead. Why? Because the food and service are always great too! My favorite combination is a Double-Double with grilled onions, Animal Style fries and a Lemonade (or a Chocolate shake if you are going for the full experience).

I guess they’re running low on onions since I barely got any on my fries and none on my burger, both were requested and paid for. This is not the first time this happens. I’ve given this store multiple chances and they keep disappointing; they always miss/ruin something, missing spread, missing onions, missing tomatoes, saggy fries, you name it, there’s always a problem with them. Aside of that the girl that took our order today on the drive through around 1.30 - 1.50 pm was so lost! She couldn’t get it straight, maybe it was the fact that she wouldn’t let my husband speak and was constantly cutting him off as he’s trying to place the order, so then when she’s reading it back to us she had 3 items wrong! What a surprise. At this point my husband was seriously consider to just drop it and go to subways which I kinda regret not doing because once again, we ended up disappointed.Worst part is that some of this things could be fixed if we could check our food at the window before driving away, which we’ve attempted to do multiple times, but whoever is handing us our food to go asks us to move because we’re holding the line by making sure they didn’t ruin our order, so you know, we have to just drive away and deal with whatever they give us.Food isn’t bad, but that’s a franchise thing; service on the other hand is kinda bad in this particular store and that’s their own fault and it’s managers.

I dont get it....its burgers and fries. my daughter stated they must give a hundred dollars to the hundredth customer..

Did not live up to any reputation that I have heard. Fries undercooked, I could still taste raw potato they were cold and soggy (this is seconds after leaving drive thru) and Hamburger was sub par. Sure the hamburger had decent flavor and size though it really wasnt presented well. Half wrapped in a bag with a box of fries almost dumped on it. I have never been here before and I dont plan on going ever again.Im also tempted to charge people I see with their merch the refund for my order.

I live in washington where there isnt any IN-N-OUT but there is a place called jubilee which is amazing and Id say they are both pretty good but Jubilee Burgers makes its own sauce for fries. I love the shakes they are so good.

All the burgers are always great and employees are always great. But just as a recommendation to this particular in-and-outs restaurant. I got to expand that drive-thru. Unfortunately I snuck in front of someone and I didnt realize it because the line extended to a parking lot if that Walmart there. And I didnt know.

If you dont mind a long wait, the food is excellent. The staff are always polite and courteous. Seriously, whoever trains them does a fantastic job. We have never had bad service or food..however,. I would like to see them add another drive through line so as to cut down on wait times. Tonight, we waited 30.minutes which I feel is too long considering it was over 100 degrees and our car almost over heated. Well worth it though. I guess we are die hard fans of this place lol

I had not been to this location but since my move this became my nearest In n Out. I order the usual a number 1 protein style. It was fire! Really amazing as always. The traffic here was a little much we did have to wait longer than usual but its all good. We had a wonderful dinner in our car.

This was my first time at an In-N-Out Burger and I definitely see why it is so popular! Excellent food for a super low price. I was suprised by how large the burger was, I was expecting small patties but it was thick and juicy! Service was very friendly and accommodating as well. Yum!

Absolutely suburb service. We were excited to visit on a trip west and when we pulled up the line was extremely long. We were determined, however everyone else was as well. The service is impeccable and they were so fast in moving the line. Seeing a staff member out at the curb taking orders was impressive. Food was delicious as always and worth the wait!

In and Out is definitely a burger worth going out of your way to eat. Forget the Whataburger vs In & Out. They both have excellent burgers. This particular place is always busy ( drive thru bustin out past the building) but the service is always speedy, courteous and worth the wait.

Its In-N-Out. Its what a hamburger is all about. I always order off menu protein style which is great for Keto and or diabetics.As always the staff was friendly even though they were swamped and seemed everyone wanted strawberry shakes moments after the young lady at the counter was informed they were out of Strawberry.

Okay, I get it now!!! Fed the family of four for $25 and the burgers dont even look real. Such a simple concept of a good burger and fries with fast service for a reasonable price. The drive thru line was about two city blocks long but it seemed to be moving along. Hopefully, they will ope these up in Minnesota so we can show them some local love!

Food was just ok, nothing special. The burgers were good looking but had little to no taste and the fries were not crispy and could use more seasoning. The staff on the other hand were excellent and very polite.

Have been told “you must try in & out, its the greatest” So I did. It’s a burger.... definitely not worth the 30min wait. I’ll definitely not be rushing back anytime soon.

Ive been away since 2004 and completely forgot what I was missing. Service was great, food was greater and I thought the touchless fountain drinks were a good touch. The Drive-thru line went through the parking lot so we went inside and had a very fluid experience.

I just absolutely love this place. Every time I come from Ohio I have to eat here at least once or twice. It reminds me of being at the lake cooking on the grill toasting the buns and slice that nice fresh onion and tomato and put it right on there with the lettuce. My absolute favorite burger place 🙌🙏💜

Came yesterday evening for a burger and fries and diet coke with an extra packet of special sauce. They gave me a Dr. Pepper and they forgot the special sauce. This is the second time in a row they forgot to add the special sauce and left me hanging without a single pack of sauce in the bag. Come on now, you know the special sauce is the whole reason people come to In and Out. Please be more attentive.Burger and Fries tasted great as always.

Nice freshly cut french fries. Secret Animal style also . Loved the Cheeseburger just like it came off the grill at home. Always super busy but never a long wait to get your order.

My daughter asked for fries when we were shopping nearby and she saw the In-N-Out, so we drove through and it wasnt to kong before she was happy for fries and ketchup. They are best fresh. After 15 mins it is time to get fresh ones. In-N-Out is my fav quick burger joint, still. And the fries are the best in the realm of fast food, IMO.

Exceptional service. My only complaint is that the construction in the adjacent lot makes it a little tricky to park but its worth the effort!
