My current laptop was starting to get errors. Fair enough; I purchased it from PC Laptops 10 YEARS AGO. Rather than trying to repair it, I decided it was time to get a new one. Of course, I went to PC Laptops due to my prior great experience. Once again, I got a fantastic machine coupled with excellent service. Yes, you can find computers for less money, but youll never match the overall experience you get from PC Laptops. Well worth the investment.

I went in with a laptop that didnt work, and hw was able to identify and fix it immediately with no charge. Definitely will go back!

I had a laptop screw that would not budge. I needed the ram upgraded in my Lenovo s340, I had my own ram stick i had bought from eBay. The technician installed it within 5 minutes, and I was on my way. I wished I could give them a 6/5 star rating. I would recommend this store for anything you might need technology-wise. Im going to come back going forward.

I had reviewed PC Laptops very poorly. It took them almost 6 months and multiple repairs to finally give me a new machine. Since then my computer is now humming along great. I will say that the service and now continued follow up has been good. It would have been better if letters did not have to be sent to HQ. Richard has been following up with me every couple of months to make sure all is well. I can say that I was just one of the few that get bad components and had issues. The same could have happened from any other company or even self built. As far as my feelings of being over charged, I still believe it to be so, as compared to building your own. As compared to Dell or others it is worth the extra dollars spent. You get local service by just walking in with the machine and better turnaround times. You can bring it in any time you feel a system cleaning is in order or for upgrades with no hassles. You can pick brains and actually talk to the people assembling and working on your computer.So to sum up, I am now happy with the computers performance. I am moderate on the prices because I can build my own, but am very impressed on the service and how far they were willing to go to make it right.

Over the past five years my wife and I have purchased three computers from PC laptops and have found the computers to be of excellent quality. In addition the employees have been above board in helping us understand the operational parameters of the newer model computers. I have gone back to the store with several questions regarding simple procedures and the workers were always willing to help and in a very courteous manner. As a senior citizen I find PC Laptops the place to go for an excellent product and professional help. Remember if you add to much garbage to your computer or it fails to operate, the store will repair or correct your computer without any charge for the lifetime of the purchase.

They have my computer still. Great bunch of guys in there. I received my computer from the VA for school. I know it has a warranty but the guy said six weeks because he had to send it out! I sure appreciate them fixing it or hope they are able. Just need my computer for work bad!!! 🤙

I found the staff at PC Laptops to go the extra mile when performing their jobs. They made sure I was aware of any issues my laptop had and what my options were. I purchased a new SSD drive online to install Windows 10 on, but hadnt picked up a SATA cable or mounting tray. NO store in my area had these items, even box stores that fix computers! I called PC Laptops just to see as I know they sell and repair. Jason Wright hooked me up and now Im running. I was worried Id have to order my supplies online and wait. Their team was SO nice. Id go back for other needs. :)

My computer experienced some weird actions so I decided to take it to PC Laptops for repair. The technician was very informative and honest on what could be the problem. Speaking in normal terms I could understand rather than the technical jargon. PC Laptops kept me informed about what was going on with my desk top every day. My desktop was ready for pickup on the promised due time and was running better then new, and to my surprise, PC Laptops told me that there was no charge. Because when I purchased the desk top a few years ago, I bought the all parts and labor warranty that I forgot that I purchased. Took in two laptops to have everything transferred to an external drive, PC Laptops has very high quality external hardrives. Nathan listened to our concerns and what we wanted, then shared his expertise. Received laptop and external drive back in a timely manner and they recycled the other laptop at our request. Will use them again in the future for our computer needs.

Had them build me a competent gaming PC. The joy is overshadowed by the fact that their mark up is really high on parts. I usually find out about this after the fact which is my shortcomings. time will tell if the high markups justify their customer service reputation. Ill give them another chance.

Went to see if I could salvage my nine year old computer. I knew it was time for a new one but Im a FRUGAL person (cheap) but had to see if I could save my dinosaur. The guys said they could get it up and running but I opted for new one. After some discussion I got a beautiful new computer and loving it.

In September 2012, I was going though a severe life crisis related to my breast cancer situation - and my computer completely crashed in the middle of it. I desperately needed the legal and medical information trapped on that hard drive to move forward and get past this crisis. I have a backup drive (that I hadnt been backing up to recently, of course, figures) and the use of another computer which is alive but needs repair. I called this computer place in a panic. They proceeded to offer to see if the crashed computer could be revived AND back up my data for - lets just say it was an INCREDIBLY reasonable price. ;) The computer turned to out to be pretty much dead, but the data on the hard drive had survived. I got my hard drive back with the data on it intact. Because of this, I was able to deal with the medical and legal issues pretty much OK and now the crisis has mostly passed. Without the generous and caring help of this place, my problems would have been so much worse... I cant even describe it to you the difference they had made for me. Whenever I can get enough money together to fix the worn-out fan bearing problem on my backup (now main, unfortunately) computer, I will definitely be coming here to get the work done. Thanks PC Laptops... you cant cure my breast cancer, but you did help the fear and pain of dealing with this disease become much more bearable during an incredibly critical time in my life. I called all over the city looking for just an A/C adapter cord for my printer. ( my husbands dog ate the original) not only did they have the cord in store, when they heard what happened they dont even charge me! Science fair projects... saved by pc laptops! Thank you guys so much!

My son had a virus on his laptop and he needed to complete his online school assignment that day. Bob did a diagnostic check right away and was able to remove the virus and showed me the files that caused the problem. The whole process took about an hour. Bob was awesome! This is the place to go to if you have any computer issues.

The team down at the Henderson PC Laptops is great! My wife and I both have PCs that are suitable for our use based on our discussions with the sales team and I truly believe that they will be the last computers that we buy. This may not boost sales for PC Laptops but it sure gives us peace of mine. When things on the computers start to slow down I just drop them off for my semi-annual cleaning and check-up. I had a virus problem, took my laptop to PC Laptops, and the problem was resolved quickly and reasonably. The crew at the Henderson location is not only good, they are fun to work with. Fantastic service! PC wouldnt fire up this morning, so I broke it down to the barebones and tried to isolate the issue. I could tell it was either my motherboard or CPU, but didnt have the tools or knowledge to tell exactly which the culprit was. I brought my parts into the shop, and within an hour or two the technician called and told me that my poor motherboard was fried. Bad news, but great service and at an unbeatable price! Dont bring your PC or laptop anywhere else in my humble opinion, this place seems to be a fair and inexpensive one-stop-shop!

Very professional and friendly. I brought them my laptop Ive been having issues with for a couple of months and they fixed it in a couple of days. Periodically sent me updates on the condition. Turned out my RAM just died on me. Highly recommended. Would continue to go to them again.

The quality is not the same as Utah locations. Overpaid for a piece of junk they had hiding in their back room. No warranty included. They lied to me about the specs and performance. It wasn’t even an upgrade compared to the system I already had which was from PC Laptops Utah. I traded it in then I had to buy it back because it was still a superior system. I couldve gotten a better PC for less online and built my own. Thanks for nothing PC laptops.

Awful service! We made an appointment w/ Victor, and brought all our laptops in and it was a complete WASTE OF TIME he wouldn’t even try to fix them, nor was he knowledgeable with even the simplest problems like our charging port. So I’m very disappointed 😔

If you want absolutely the best service in Henderson/Las Vegas this is the place togo. The first visit I had to PC Laptops was for a relatively simple problem, I could hardly believe it when they worked on the computer at the time I brought it in. I was in and out within 30 Minutes. I assumed I would have to leave it and come back a week or so later. The second visit was a little more serious and once again I am very pleased with the service and knowledge they provide. The prices are fair and they and they honor the quotes they give you. I know a lot of companies advertise fair, honest and friendly service but these guys deliver it!Keep up the good work.

I had a computer built there 7 or 8 years ago and have been in 3 times since with minor issues on it and my laptop. They are always pleasant and look at it immediately and let me know if it will be a quick fix or if I have to leave it. They have been spot on and fixed everything and I have had no issues with the same problem since. This place is awesome. When ever I had a problem they were there to help. Today I needed help burning a CD. Bob stayed on the phone with me for about 2 Hours until tho problem was solved he was great. The extra cost of the computer was well worth the price. Ill never buy for anyone else.

These guys diagnosed my system problems in under 10 minutes! Impeccable service and honesty! My mb was burnt from Ibuypower and I have to make a few choices, but this place is the bomb. I will but a new rig from this place when I get the money. Lifetime service is a sick deal and under appreciated.

Ive been having errors on my pc for months and I visited Best Buy there I would arrive on time for my appointment and wait a half an hour behind people with simple problems even I knew how to fix and then finally sit down and get started with fixing the computer. After 15 minutes of questions they took my computer to the back and bring me back 2 days only to have the same problems.Today I started up my computer had the same error called PC Laptops showed up 10 minutes later and the employees were professional and were kind and genuine and did not put up some act when a customer is present. I was surprised when they did not push me away and say come back in a day and I was surprised when they did not say to sit at the couch and wait. They opened up my computer and fixed basic things I did incorrectly and fixed the error I was experiencing for months; the entire process from phone call to walking out of the store was only about 50 minutes. I will forever come to PC Laptops with all of my PC needs.TL;DR Save yourself time and money and come to the true professionals at PC Laptops.

Wow...I would definitely recommend PC Laptops. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in because I couldnt access some work websites on my laptop. I was really panicked because I had an important meeting, a tech named Bob, was so helpful and friendly. He reset some settings I had wrong and I was on my way!!! I went in around 6pm there was only one guy there he had long hair and was skinny. When I came in he right away didn’t leave my side and he kept making rude remarks. I was actually going to buy a new computer for them to build but I was turned off when he asked if I was going to look at the computer fan all day. Horrible customer service will be calling tomorrow.

They first told me they couldnt help me, then told me my dell laptops charging port wouldnt be able to be fixed and if it was able to be, it would cost $200 dollars. They were wrong, my laptops fixed, ordered the piece online and it only costed me $10 dollars. Maybe they should know what they are talking about before giving their opinions.

Came into the store with the specifications we needed and bam-Matt configured the desktop for us, quoted a price and we were in business again. There are several nice things about the computer, but there are a lot of extras missing. The biggest problem I have with this computer is the track pad. But if you call the company the will walk you through some settings to prevent some nasty eraing issues, though normally they do it before you get the computer.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received at PC Laptops, Henderson location. Im traveling from out of state and was in need of some repairs for my laptop. Certainly glad I did NOT follow the advice from a technician at Frys Electronics nor Tech 2 U. They had me down for a $150.00 repair with a strong possibility of more. Richard at PC Laptops addressed my laptop issues in 15 minutes and I certainly could not beat the price. A VERY FAR cry from the other estimates. In need of computer repair? Bought my pc from them years ago. Whenever it acts up, gets sluggish or I have application questions, theyre happy to help, explain things to me in plain English and give me tips on how to make things easier. Ive learned something from each visit. Doesnt hurt that they remove viruses, tune everything up, de clutter my hard drive, update all the drivers, etc, for free.

After a long and good relationship with pc laptops, this last visit was not a good experience. I was lied to twice by an associate. The lies were not as important as the fact that he really did lie. Brings up a trust issue. So had a big photshop program. They idicated that it was no problem to transfer, but they couldnt. Instead of telling me, they installed a trial program that I would have to pay for in 30 days. There is a disclosure on the back of their forms, but no one ever pointed that out. I didnt have photoshop disc for the transfer, and the manager (recorded, I am sure), accused me of pirating it. It was a gift & the guy that gave it to me is long gone. I can get what was mine for 2 1/2 years, at $50.00 a month which I think PC laptops owes me. I can opt for a lesser program. But then I think there should be accountability on this. They offered my update $200. free. I havent accepted.
