This place usually has what I need when I need it. Their printing services are top-notch, getting the jobs I put in done right the first time, and often theyre done earlier than expected. I like that they have free delivery on a lot of things, too, so I dont have to make an extra trip to stop by after work.

Helpful staff walked with me to find the computer peripherals I needed and helped with decisions. The school supply section was good and priced reasonably. They had a good clearance section, too, with girls notebook journals as little as $1. The lines were good and checkout was quick.

Worst customer service! Trying to print one page and it didnt work and no one cared. Ill find somewhere else to go. They dont customers apparently...

OMG they were so awesome. I went in to exchange my printer..Rudy helped me pick out a printer and Seth the manager assisted with the refund. I came set up my printer and Ive been printing things out all afternoon. I tried to find their online survey to leave a glowing review. But the link didnt work.

Poor customer service and lack of staff to help me with finding one item. I was initially going to buy my items that I needed at Best Buy because I know they have good customer service and the items I needed. But, I decided to go to staples instead to give them more business. I went inside the staples store and nobody was available to even check on me if I needed anything. I walked around the entire store about 3-4 times looking for a worker, but no one was available. After 30 mins of just waiting for help, I decided to leave and went straight to Best Buy instead.

I have been using staples for printing for a few years. Recently, Cheryl and her team have gone above and beyond to make sure my printing is done on time and correct. They are always kind and go the extra mile. I highly recommend them for your printing needs!

I bought 2 sets of headphones and they quit working within 20 days. I tried to return/exchange them and was told they cannot take back any ear items. I was never informed of this at check out, and there were no signs by the headphones to inform the customer. Horrible customer service!

This is the second time I have come to this store and both times I have been referred to the self-help departments. I was not please with this due to I can go to the self help at the library for what I needed, the issue was I wanted to make sure it was sent properly. It was not and I had to send it twice causing a second charge. Its not that it was expensive its that I wanted human help and I received self help.......

Went in to fax something. The store manager ( from another store) Brian H. Was super helpful. He made the stop quick and easy.

The people are amazing. The policies not so much. Went to buy a printer I saw online that said in store pickup. So I drove over to buy. Spent 15 minutes confirming purchase and buying ink just to find out they cant give me a normal receipt. It would not show the printer just a clearance price. Cancelled sale, went to car and placed order online to deliver for free tomorrow. Next time just order delivery.

3rd time here and its always a problem, have to wait, Im doing a job now. Really? I go to Handford CA and they take the same job in no problems. Ill wait till I go back to CA next week. I dont like nose rings either.

They have a lot of cute things for school but their prices are a little high. Would have given them 4 stars but I stood in line for almost 10 mins with only 1 person in line and only 1 register open, the cashier was too busy chatting with the customer and taking her time ringing his stuff up, finally another employee opened up another register and called us over.

You could almost find anything and everything you needed this place when it comes to your office. And definitely you can find some good cleaning equipment as well.

They’re okay, but certainly don’t have a wide selection of paper and pens, and forget school supplies this time of the season. But the staff is friendly and it’s a convenient location.

When you place an order online do not expect a phone call from these people!! You call and they will put you on hold for over 10 minutes to say oh its here. And when its time to pick they will give you sorry excuse! Do not waste your time! Go somewhere else.

I bought a printer here and asked multiple times about if the printer came with ink. I was told absolutely not I need to buy ink.Well the printer came with ink. So I was lied to and basically tricked into spending more. Money. The printer is fine but staples is trash for tricking me into wasting money.

Friendly people. 1 bad thing. Selling snacks on clearance is great, but didnt discover they were expired over a month until I got home. Shouldnt sell expired food!

Waited on hold for over 11 minutes for someone to be able to tell me how much their laminating service cost. Was put on hold 3 separate times during the 11 minutes. Guy kept making excusing saying he had customers in front of him and was so busy. It is ridiculous that it took over 11 minutes to tell me the cost of a simple service. (BTW- Lakeshore Learning offers lamination for 1/4 of the price of Staples.)

They were really busy but my grandson needed copy and was having a hard time with the copy machine one of the employees his name is Tony helped him very nice guy

Will not do any future business with Staples. Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone. When they do, you are put on hold multiple times and passed around. I was on hold 22 minutes just to check the status of my Laptop left in their service. They are sneaky about the pricing. They will charge you for ridiculous stuff and then try to charge you again for their findings after telling you it was included in the first cost. Twice, I went in because I couldnt get anyone to answer my call. They are very slow and very disorganized. I will find someone better. Poor business over here.

My husband and I went in to print a certificate from when he was in Iraq and asked the lady with frizzy red hair to help and she just pointed us to the self serve station I tried to explain to her what kind of paper we needed she wrote down the email to send it to and walked away when I was still trying to talk to her. I will not be returning to staples customer service sucks!

These are the most laziest, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, people in the world . Everytime i go there, i have to wait until they finidh theyre gossiping before i am helped, which is about ten minutes . Then they dont know anything, the shelves are barely stocked with anything close to what im looking for . I will never, ever set foot in this store again . Even if they were giving away free stuff .

The copy center employees are rude, disrespectful and generally not helpful. When attempting to buy an office chair there was no one around for 10 minutes to help get the chair. Then when someone finally came by they didnt even have the chair in stock.

They sold us a chair that nearly decapitated my son. Then they would not exchange it. They bullshit

So apparently although they advertised everywhere they price match this seems to be at their discretion supposedly they received a letter from corporate that theyre no longer price matching Amazon prices for their Dymo Labels this place is a joke.

They allow clearance purchase on coupons here. Clean restroom
