Ordered a coffee from the drive through that was so watered down it resembled iced tea. Terrible.

WORST SHEETZ IN NC! I have to come to Henderson monthly and need a place to sit for a few hours before heading home. I buy the food and sit while on my phone. This store never gets my order right...like ever. Once again it was wrong and I had to get it remade. The remake was even worse. These employees do not care about the SHEETZ brand at all. Food awful, fountain drink machine often does not work, the workers rarely ever smile or are kind to customers. It seems they only want a paycheck. I am so done with this store. Love SHEETZ, but hate this store!

Probab the worst Sheetz Ive been to and ive been to a bunch nationwide. Waited about 20 minutes for the one single item I ordered, but its understandable because of course shes going to make her boyfriends order first who paid 2 people after me and begged me for money on the way in. Id go a few miles further to another Sheetz dont waste your time here

Nice Sheetz located right off the highway. They are a Tesla supercharger location. The convenience store/ gas station was very clean and organized. They have plenty of parking. They were very busy the day I was there. Their staff was very friendly even with the large crowds.

30+ minutes waiting for 2 hot dogs and an appetizer. Saw no less than 11 mulling around with no masks on. I wont be back.(I forgot to mention, Id tried earlier too, after 20 minutes I had to leave)

Even while “very busy” this sheetz had prompt food service, plenty of selection, and was clean. One of the slushee machines was out but that was the only thing that was not up to normal standards.

I used to love this place. Now the service bad and you wait in lines for 15 minutes plus you only get cold food.

Sub par as far as Sheetz go but if you’re traveling down 85 and you’re looking to get gas and food at the same place, this is your best bet nearby.Cons:Too much trash inside and outside, bathrooms dirty.Coffee bar and beer cave unorganized.Pros: staff was helpful and friendly, I got the gas and coffee I came for and my food was good!

Dont waste your money on the carwash in Henderson, it is just an expensive rinse. Paid for the top level car wash offered, my car is still dirty. Has a layer of road film that is now under the hot wax and polish that wasnt even touched. Total waste of money. Basically spent $15 to spray off pollen.

Paid $15 for car wash. Machine put soap all over my truck, then the lights started flashing on the wash panel, the back door of the car wash came down, and the dryer came on. Sheetz refunded my money, but I was left with dried soap all over my truck

I stopped by this Henderson NC Sheetz on Ruin Creek Road with a client who identifies as a woman. The employee, I think their name was Adam, called my client “Sir” even after she said she’s a woman. Calling a woman “sir” is a pretty humiliating pratfall, he should have apologized immediately or used “Ma’am”

First got raw fries. Now raw pretzel! Ugh

Stopped at this sheetz to get breakfast and gas and even though they werent busy at all, my order took a while and they messed up 2 out of 4 items. I ordered 2 lattes, one medium and one small but both came in small. I also ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and one hadnt been heated, the eggs were completely cold.

Slowest drive thru in the whole world!! Been sitting here for 45 + mins. Only 2 cars ahead of us!!

This is the first time I had seen this kind of disregard for common sense housekeeping at any establishment stateside. All three trash cans pictured are overflowing, inside wasnt much better, we quickly moved on to a place where vaccinations were not a prerequisite.

Got some bad E85 fuel here about a week ago, caused my truck to quit running and left me stranded. I dont necessarily blame the store for this but rather travel restrictions. With less E85 being purchased its left to sit in tanks and absorb moisture. However I dont feel comfortable buying fuel at this location again.

The garlic parmesan cheese wings were awful, super small and very little garlic flavor and to make it worse hard dried out what was supposed to be parmesan cheese. For almost 7 dollars. Sad their food is usually pretty good. Dont waist your moneyBetter wings at pizza hut and village kitchen

In reference to their night hours it USED to be a good place to grab some quick late night food, but between the beggars and lack of actual cooking being done at night chances are youre likely to be turned away. You had better call before you place your online order or even make the drive because theres no guarantee youll get it at all and if you do you might have to wait an hour.

Terrible! The crime is so terrible and nothing is done about it..The entire store inside and out is filthy and unacceptable!The drive thru takes about 45 minutes on average to get an incomplete order that they will never make right.Management needs to shut this place down and restart!

Had a gift card I wanted to use for gas today, didnt use it all. I had prior to pumping asked the guy to just throw it away since it was empty. He didnt tell me I needed to hold onto it in case I didnt use all the money. I didnt use it all and wanted to put the rest into my uhaul that I rented. Rhonda was very rude and said I need the card to put the money back on there. I said I had the guy throw it away, kinda funny how it wasnt anywhere to be found in any of the trashcans. I worked, and waited,and waited. Finally went back in and Rhonda was still being rude, the manager must have put my remainder of my money on a new card, she then waved the card at me ad if I was trash, didnt say a word and walked away. Dont give your money to this place if youcango elsewhere. Theres enough hate and discontent in the world already we dont need more. NEVER WILL I GO TO SHEETZ AGAIN!!

This place is always gross. Today I tried 5 times to order lunch at the drive through (which is always insanely slow) and finally had to go in because their machine was not working outside. When I finally got my food the meatballs in my sandwich were cold, the bread was not toasted, and cheese was not melted. Trash all over the parking lot and restrooms NASTY! Management is very poor at this establishment and the majority of the staff need training (not their fault).Gave them another try today still slow unacceptable.

Food is great, love eating there on lunch break. Staff is fine, but witnessed a African American women be mistreated, which is not okay. Along with the homeless man in the beer section.

EVERYONE AVOID HEREI sat in line after ordering online for over an hour and my food was only half made. My burger was over an hour old and they still tried to give it to me they claimed it was still hot my drinks werent even started and whole order had to be redone. I travel a lot and like to stop at Sheetz because they usually have a good standard of cleanliness and service. This broke that trend. One of the most disgusting gas stations Ive ever been in. The entire outside patio is covered in trash, you walk in and the floor inside has trash on it too. Went into the bathroom and it was like something out of a horror movie. I mean I cant even comprehend how dirty this place was. Avoid if you can.

This store is extremely slow...the owner or managing company should really really consider the customers wait time...mayne more employees hired or something. A depressingly dysfunctional fast food outlet/convenience store.There must have been 30 cigarette butts in the 10 feet before the store entrance, and as many varied pieces of trash. Every conceivable surface inside including tables, counters, and walls was either sticky, dirty or both.I asked an employee about the poor sanitation, and she told me to tell the management.An employee was charging their phone on the table in the seating area, and left their keys along with it.

I stop at a lot of sheetz gas stations on my travels as they are pretty reliable for good food and clean restrooms. This one was not up to the sheetz name. The food was disappointing, as the fries were under done and the strawberries soft. My chicken sandwich was soggy (Im not entirely sure how as the lettuce certainly was not wet).The womens restroom was not very clean, and many of the stalls were missing toilet paper. My husband said the mens room was not as nice as normal as well.Overall, it was a very disappointing stop and Im surprised that corporate allows them to remain this bad given the previous reviews.

We stopped here on the way home Memorial Day weekend. OMG. The women’s bathroom was disgusting like it hadn’t been clean, like, ever and almost all the stalls were out of toilet paper. The store wasn’t busy but yet it took them over 15 min to make my peach Greek yogurt smoothie. That was another strike. She gave me a cup full of peach syrup with a dallop of yogurt. All that time and it wasn’t even properly made it was nasty. One person running two registers. Worse sheets I have ever been too and will NOT be back.

Wraps wrapped wrong. No double the meat even when order it. Food cold even when you order hot food. They are slow at register and slow getting food to you. I have stood there over an hour. My roommate was there two hours waiting on our food. When we get it it was still cold. Dont keep milkshakes on shelf. Bathrooms are terrible at times in early mornings especially on weekends. Managers never has time for customers. When you do get to talk to him he down plays what you tell him. Seems like they are always cleaning the grills on third shift. This has to be the worst sheetz in existence. No tea made, an employee walked by and said oh no tea?, then laughed and walked away. Then I thought I would get coffee, but nope no creamer left. Large bathrooms, good prices for gas. The place had tons of staff on hand, but so many were working the food station that the registers were not moving very quickly. A great place to stop just off the highway.

Nasty. Dirty bathrooms Had to use toilet seat covers as toilet tissue. one stall out of order. trash cans overflowing. Water barely ran in sink (as if clogged with sediment in faucet). Wanted coffee but even the area where coffee is prepared (ceam/sugar and such) looked dirty, and after the bathroom experience I decided to just walk out. Had already filled up... Would have driven on had I known this Sheetz is not up to par with others. Now to find coffee somewhere.

Tired of getting our order wrong. I am a regular here because my boyfriend and i have a crazy schedule. This is our go to place for late dinner when we dont have time. But god try to keep our orders right. After most of the good employees left, the new ones continue to forget half of our 12inch subs or forgets to put 3 instead of 2 apps in the 3 for $4... i check my order now before i ever leave the store. And everytime i try to get my order fixed no one answers the phone.

Aweful food! I ordered the cowboy burger and my fiance got the hot chicken wrap. The burger was the lowest grade meat ive ever seen, honestly. Ive NEVER written a bad review but we where so disappointed. His wrap was cold and disgusting, the fries where good but that was it. Would never return here for food again.

Bought a propane cylinder exchange on 11-4-17. Got it home and set it beside my grill. Tonight with people coming over i popped the seal on it and hooked it up to my grill. Doesnt work. Can feel that the tank is full, was still sealed, tried calling for almost an hour letting the line ring for up to 10 minutes at a time and no one answered. After which i went to a closwr store (in a time crunch) and BOUGHT another cylinder which worked fine. I know sheetz isnt personally responsible for filling and maintaining the propane tanks but jesus, couldnt they at least answer the phone to advise on what course of action to take with it?

Stopped at several sheetz before, this has to be the worst ever. Bathrooms are disgusting, water, toilet paper everywhere, urine on every seat that I couldnt even use because I was so disgusted. Service was bad as well. Two managers stood there as me and my dad waited for someone to cash us out for about 5 minutes. Overall I will NOT be returning to this...

I made the mistake of going through the drive thru for a milkshake. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the one staff member apologized for the wait.

Friendly staff but the parking lot and surrounding tables had trash/litter everywhere. Seems with that much staff they would take better care of the outside.
