I Enjoy Shopping at Goodwill, I drop-off many more times than have the opportunity to shop.

It was good finds! Even in our trip we sometimes check what gems to find in Goodwill ( as we selling online stuff too)...so far this goodwill only have 1 mirror & it on the counter, the fitting room were close, the staff were so friendly..

Rich or poor. We all like bargains . its not stuff you pull out the trash. Go check it out🙂

The Shift managers at this store need training, the casher was working hard, the one cashier. The manager was 35 feet away talking with 7 workers. She just kept talking to her crew in full site of a line forming to cash out. I watched this go on for 10 minutes today and decided to leave. Thank you employees for your hard work but your manager must go. I will add this, now that I know your charity does not need money mine will be finding its way else where. I stopped my auto donation at work as soon as I got home. I will be sharing this story so I am sure others will be taking there money to a place that does realize there is more than one aspect of deciding to run a charity this way. Sadly you have failed at your mission.

The staff was helpful and very polite. The store was clean and very organized. I will definitely be returning to this store.

My visit was relaxing and productive. However, the aisles are a bit close, so they get crowded. The prices are higher than need be in some cases. However, the discount came in handy.

I love good will is where I buy my working clothes most, and other good staff are in there to, we know that God sent us with nothing and we cant take nothing with us to, so why save money, or why buy expensive staff when we are not gonna take it with us, the good thing love what we love. Very nice store. Good will.

We came to the Goodwill on Halloween day and was still available to find a custom for my son for only $1.50. Good looking out Goodwill!!

The staff is wonderful ! They increased book prices ! And don’t have much inventory in store !

The woman in back accepting the donations was so rude, I refused to unload the remaining truck load.At 11:30 on Sunday 4/25 I went to drop off a truck load of organized boxes with clothes and household items. I was 4 cars back and watched the cars unload. The woman accepting the donations was literally throwing the items in the bins, dragging light furniture pieces on the ground, and didn’t seem to be in a good mood at all. While another employee was setting up the next set of bins, she worked alone and refused help from donators.When my turn came time, I tried to help her because it was an entire truck with camper load. She was taking 1 item at a time, opening boxes as she pulled a handful of items out at a time. At this rate it was going to take an hour + to unload. I tried to start setting boxes on the ground and she told me not to because she is disabled. I then asked what she would like me to do with it all and she said to keep it on the tailgate. She then proceeded to take 1 item at a time and throwing into bins. After the 3 braking glass noise and stuff flying in the wind, 1/4 of the truck was empty. I closed the back of the truck and said I’m done because she is too rude.She then tried to explain to me that she is disabled and there for 3 hours by herself. But I left anyway.I get that people have bad days, but the manager should correct this issue as perfectly sellable items are getting ruined by this person. The idea of donations are literally free money and paying this persons bills.I will take my donations to Deseret industry instead.

I really love this place. Their daily and weekly offers are good for those who cant spend too much money, and it give something to look forward to everyday. The prices are really cheap and very fair, ive bought my favorite attire at this store and they were all under $10 each. The service they provide is really good and the saftey they take to ensure you have a good time while being safe is amazing. If I could work here, I would love to! The workers are really nice, customers are nice too, and the envorment they provide is amazing. Really love the workers and what they do to protect us during these harsh times.

Was their at 415 pm on Sunday on boulder Hwy and horizon service for drop off was very baby lady said what a bunch of junk. And ragged clothes dident help at all and told me wait til she puts boxes in the proper box their was another and he was just as rude very disappointed

This Goodwill on Horizon and Boulder Hgwy is pretty good size. Most of the clothing was unimpressive to me, but thats not to say that others would or would not like their selection. I found nothing personally, though there was plenty to search through. Found my prize in the housewares section. An item that would have been $300 brand new for $20. And it is practically brand new, with all pieces accounted for and working. It just needs a spruce up and the resale value will be worth the effort. Thanks (this time) goodwill.

Easy drop off of donation

Always very clean. Employees are very thoughtful eventhough some customers were not on 1/10/21. There was 2 younger women with one of them wearing their mask Under her chin and the other NONE at all. Where your masks People!! The employees are around hundreds of people, you know their employer does not offer great health insurance and they bravely go to work ~ not asking for any handouts. Meanwhile Your ENTITLED ARSES could be exposing them to Covid 19 and making them feel uncomfortable at work. WEAR A MASK OR STAY AT HOME OR WHATEVER SLIMY ROCK YOU CRAWLED OUT FROM !!!

Good prices, even better donations for sale

We donated TONs of stuff to Goodwill, something was mistakenly placed in a marked bin that was full of toys, we went back immediately and they wouldn’t even take the time to check the bin, and NO, there was no one in line to donate at that particular moment, so they had us fill out some paper describing the item, we called today and spoke to the manager, who was nice, but said it had to go to the main office and security footage needed to be looked at, REALLY!! All they needed to do is check right then and we would have gotten the item. No more donations to goodwill from us, we’ll be given our stuff to Big Brothers & Big Sisters!

Super great help unloading the car each time I was there today... Went 4 times, garage finally clean!

This place has all these fancy prices on donated items that make no sense. Most items are broken or missing parts and they are asking almost full price. This place is getting a bit greedy and some employees are not very friendly or helpful. Its supposed to be goodwill not good greed. I respect that they give employees jobs but dont charge me 30 dollars for a broken used radio. Thats ridiculos!!!!!!!!

They dont look at the wear and tear on clothing just because it is a brand name you cannot overprice it if its too worn, need better pricers. The same things goes for their standard pricing all polo shirts get $5.99 some are truly on worth 1.00 or 2.00. Store is hept clean and pretty well organized.

The Customer Service was Excellent, & Checking out went quickly. Prices were more than reasonable and the GOODWILL on Boulder HWY/Racetrack had alot of AWESOME STUFF...I would RECOMMEND to check that Store out

Adequate. Their color tag sales are great. Not as expensive as Savers. But Deserte Industries beats, them for service and price.

Very funny, cat litter from Walmart that is 99 cents there they had a price of 2.99 on. the clerks at checkout are literally most awful ppl ever.

This Goodwill is exactly made like the one on Stephanie, but good prices & very good quality of things.

This store used to be good, until so many items are red tagged.... Meaning no discounts. Store fraudulently advertises sales for entire store yet excludes these items. This isnt limited to just new items but items the store has appraised via eBay or other market to determine that they can sell the item for a similar price.

The staff is always helpful and there are new things coming in everyday.

Very small. Not much selection.

Half a dozen customers stacked up for one cashier while the whole time, one employee had the super important job of peeling tape off the wall.

This is a newer Goodwill store and it is always nice and clean inside. They always have really good deals if you take the time to look around. The staff is always helpful and ready to answer questions that you may have. This is one of the larger Goodwills in Henderson Nevada and if you really look around you can find expensive clothes, home appliances, and even brand new purses.

WAY OVER PRICED!!!I saw clothes that were marked $2.00 more than new ones at Walmart!A lot of empty shelves, even though donations were piled up and overflowing in the parking lot

Someone stoled my phone mumber last year and they used it at all the goodwill stores and I dont get my senior discount. They were supposed to fixed it and never did.

They should be ashamed of themselves. They are charging near new prices for junk they got for free. Ive been to many Goodwill stores across the country, and this by far is the most ridiculous. $20 for used jeans? Try $3 everywhere else. They have a videogame chair in rough shape right now they are selling for $1 more than you can buy it brand new off Amazon.

Love you guys but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE find a better way to tag clothing items!!! Your putting holes in them! I always end up with holes after removing the tags. No one should pay $5 & up for items that have damage to them.

Another mans trash is another mans treasure. I usually find something interesting every week in this location. Organization is pretty good for a thrift store as they take the liberty to organize some things by color. I gave one less star for customer service experience. Most of the workers seems grumpy and not so friendly in my experience...but they do get the job done.

Customer service was kind but it was too crowded and I wasnt impressed with the quality of what they held in their stores.

Not only do I donate here but I have found so many sweats, t-shirts, etc for cleaning around the house for next to nothing. Also, my husband found numerous Calvin Klein work shirts here for the office. They have some very cute and nice houseware items. I like to go youll never know what youll find and youre giving back.

A very nice location.

Got there around 10am so there was parking and plenty of new merchandise to look though. Got some CDs in almost brand new condition and a Santa Claus statue new in the book, beautiful. Employees are very nice and informative. Didnt wait long in line either. Will be back for sure!!

Walking into Goodwill was like walking into an oven. It was extremely hot which made it difficult to shop. The bright spot was the lady at the checkout, she was kind and considerate of us.

The best of all is the people that works in this store. Its a good size store, well organized and has very good products.

The manager of this store is awful. She is a tyrant she yells and staff and customers. She is rude if even want a receipt. She won’t let you buy things until she determines it is for sale, and the staff has mentioned that turned away a lot of potential buyers that never came back. Other stores in the area are much better quality products and customer service. I’m so sorry to the staff of this store because you are all great. Poor people working under this awful lady.

I love Goodwill, however, I was unhappy to find that they dont accept exchanges like Savers does. I bought my granddaughter two shirts that were too small and wanted to exchange them. No way! Dont buy anything if youre not sure itll fit.

Good store, pleasant employees. Items for sale are as usual. Valuable to some, helpful to others. A good place to support. It helps many people.

I dont exactly have a favorite Goodwill, but this is one of my preferred locations by far. I usually dont need anything but get a particular sort of excited to see what vintage things have found their ways onto the shelves at comically low prices, as well as the store brand merchandise marked as if it was to be sold at a fashion boutique.Sometimes checkout is a complete slog, and other times you zip right through. When you find things for literally 50 cents, you cant complain to much about the checkout wait.

This location is pretty new. It is clean and well organized but I dont come very often because it seems like its a lot of the same stuff.

I love this place, prices are about the same as all other thrift stores, good selection on everything and the 50 percent off days are the best.

I went in there today, with my kids as soon as they opened after about an hour in there, we were checked out by a very rude, racist lady named Katf. She corrected me about 8 times after I was helping her with my purchases. From how to place items on the counter for her to ring up, to my telephone number on file for the VIP rewards program, to how to bag my items... she was a mean old lady and I could tell she did not like my Asian race. By the way, she also withheld a couple of my purchases since I am missing some shorts and shirts. Perhaps, she should not work in a donation center and customer service industry if you do not like dealing with people. She is lucky my kids were there and I did not loose my calm in front of them. I took the better path by keeping quiet and not scooping to her nasty level. Even my kids noticed her bad attitude and behavior.A Horrible situation nobody should encounter.

Very overpriced for a 2nd hand store. Many items I could purchase brand new for the price they were asking. A shame to charge such a high price for used items that were donated. Just want to make themselves a bigger profit.

So unorganized and under staffed. All of the pants are in sections of small, medium, large and extra large but not broken down by pant size. Trying to find my size in a whole row was overwhelming and I gave up. There is no order and no clear indication of what is where as EVERYTHING is mixed. This is a very clean store but will Not be shopping here until they get their store organized. Such a shame as they are literally down the street

Best Goodwill iin Southern Nevada EVER!! It begins with the employees that REPRESENT this store and I will say the amazing friendly staff really gives me a sense of comfort when Im there. This includes every person that works there... The donation receivers who seem to always be right there ready to assist you however they can while you drop off your donated items at the convenient drive thru drop door... The friendly cashiers that always seem to be smiling even after the store should be closed and people are still browsing the racks, ....the sales floor stockers who are constantly bringing new items out to keep full stock of thier store and of course most importantly, the management team who clearly know what goes on in their store as deminstrated 1 evening while apprehending a would be thief trying to rip off a large haul of high end items. This store clearly has a great balance of employess that makes this particular Goodwill stand apart from the rest. Im quite impressed and felt a review needs to be written to share my positive experience which has me coming back on a weekly basis!Thanks guys!
