Store was very clean. Employees were very helpful. My only complaint would be they need to have a larger selection of Plus size women clothes.

I live this place - wholesale prices on this years selections! And I just found out you can order from the catalog if they dont have your size on there racks. Consider yourself lucky if you get an invitation, it is not open to the public. Have your school contract them for an invitation, they invite schools and not for profits.

I went in as Columbia Employee Store was having a community week. Allowing non-employee to come in & shop.Now Ive never been to a regular Columbia store either but if they operate like this one I would be glad to shop there anytime.I was greeted & asked if I had ever been here, shown to where I was looking for & while I was just looking around at different things at least 2 or 3 employees asked if I needed any help or advice on their items.The prices were pretty good and reasonable. The quality is very good too.I do research the items I am looking at & had positive reviews so I gave them a shot.The hiking shoes are comfortable, light & look decent.The store has everything in areas that are easily to find & reach.I do recommend trying a Columbia Sports store out.

Great seasonal selections for the whole family. And with the employee discount the prices are tough to beat. Friendly and helpful sales associates too. If you get an invitation I would definitely suggest stocking up on gear.

Had a great time at Columbia store today. All the employees were so helpful and was able to find some great bargains. If you cant find what you like they have a kiosk up front near the registers and theyll help you find merchandise that is not in the store or if you need a different size.

Great place to shop. All the employees are eager to help. We will be coming back here for sure. By the way, we found out recently that Tuesdays are senior citizens day. Walk in and ask for a pass after you show your ID. Most always there are items marked down and another percentage off at the register.

Absolutely love this store. It is invitation only to get in. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The store is very organized and clean. A lot of times if you do do see the size or color you are looking for, they have it in the back and are more than willing to check for you. They also have a kiosk up front where you can order from if they happen to not have your size or color in stock. Nicely discounted prices for amazing products.

I stood in line 2 hours yesterday and cashier double charged me for an item. I caught it on my receipt as I was leaving. I went back and told the manager. She was SO RUDE. She said, Go to back of line, and I’ll do a refund. I said, for another 2 hour wait for your cashiers mistake?She said, Yep, or come another day, I can’t let you jump the line. That’s the worst Customer Service I’ve ever seen. I worked in retail.You simply apologize to next customer and say, We made a mistake on her purchase, I need to clear it up real quick.She was on some kind of Managerial High Horse

This store is the cleanest most organized retail clothing store Ive ever seen. Its not open to the public but you can get invites from your employer and sometimes shoneys. Not to mention the year round active/retired military access. A very friendly and helpful staff. Its a great place to work as well if you are looking for part time employment.

If your a size zero you can find all kinds of things. But being a plus size girl they had 2 racks. Not fair. Even the larger sizes for men was not very good. We didnt buy anything.

Shopping there is great👍, but employment there for employees isnt all that too great. Part time, by-weekly paychecks, and enjoyment is a negative. My husband and I loved our experience at your store! Jayden was so helpful and seemed to be willing to be our personal shopping assistant. My husband does not like to shop but with Jayden help he felt at ease and was able to get everything he wanted. She is a valuable associate and I hope she is available to help us next time because we will ask for her!!

There was a good variety of adult clothing however for children there was not a lot of choice. Also for the adults there were smaller sizes but larger sizes were not readily available in many styles. Their inventory is only what is on the floor.

Ronda was very helpful over the weekend while I came in to do some shopping! She was very nice, patient and answered all questions and went above and beyond!

I did not think the prices were really that much of a discount. Seen some really nice shirts but most where 50 to 70 dollars. Amazon has same quality shirts cheaper and come straight to my door.

Drew helped me today and he was so nice and helpful. It was my first time shopping at Columbia and he definitely made my columbia experience pleasent. I will be back soon without a doubt I hope the other associates are as helpful as him!!!

This place is awful. I was so excited to see a Columbia store open. Well, they chose a spot on a major highway and enforce this weird invitation thing that prevents any drive-by business. What kills it for me is that when I got an invitation from work, I found its solely a clothing store. They sell high quality products and the prices in the store are good. But I hate that I cant find any real camping gear here.

Love shopping here. Always buy more than I intended. First rate merchandise at bargain prices. Fortunately, entry is by invitation only, or Id be here too much.

I was very disappointed in this store. I honestly dont know how they stay open. Everything is high priced nothing is cheap even after the discount. You have to have a pass to get in anyways so when I finally was able to go in I was upset. In my opinion your just buying the name for the price.. You have to have a lot of money to blow to shop in this store so its a thumbs down 👎

Discounts arent that great. Sales at the Columbia Outlet are sometimes better than this. Its a big store with decent choices, but dont expect heavy discounts.

I came to the store last week looking for a rain coat. I was having difficulties until Drew came by and asked if I needed help. He was very polite and answered all my questions. Tbh I probably would have walked out disappointed if he didn’t offer to help me. Very satisfied with his service.

Its a really great store and very clean . One of the workers Ronda helped me out very well with helping me find my size in the jacket I needed .

My trip there was highly disappointing. While the prices were good, they barely had anything above a Large and only a handful of XL options. Plus, their jackets fit small. I was able to find one jacket that fit me, but my wife wasnt able to get one. Our primary purpose for our trip there was to get her a jacket. Since were only allowed one trip per season, it doesnt matter if they get more shipments in later. We missed out.

Nice clean store. Most items have a massive discount on them. Some places its hard to tell where mens and womens sections begin/end.

I will say it was clean and organized but oh so busy. I was expecting to pay outlet mall prices but the discount was enough that I found lots of good deals!
