The service was great! I found a good pair, asked if I could try them on, they got the shoes for me, I loved them, and I was out the door! The only thing Id like to see is a little more selection for men in athletic shoes.

The clothing is sporty and very stylish. The store is very clean and organized. I live in athletic outfits and comfy sneakers so I enjoyed shopping here for shoes, joggers and tshirts because they carry all the trendy brands in my size.

Hector the store manager was very rude. We bought a pair of shoes for our niece yesterday. She felt the shoes were too heavy. We hardly shop at champs and he doesnt want to return them. She wore them around the house and he said we cant return them. They were one day old. Wow. We are.plannimg to call the corporation.

The hispanic guy that works here has absolutely no customer service.
