Came to DNA Tactical/M8 Industries because I unfortunately did not have time to assemble my upper at home. I needed a gunsmith and they put together my LR308 quickly and got it back the same day! Every employee was very friendly and helpful! Perfect customer service and very knowledgeable! Good selection for your firearm needs! If you need a gunsmith come here as well! Keep up the great work! These guys were super professional and insanely quick on their turnaround time. I had some parts I needed installed on a rifle and they were able to schedule and appointment and have the work completed within the same day for a more than reasonable price. A proper, well-curated, reasonably-priced, small professional tactical shop, with an excellent gunsmith (Scott Wilson, whose work is well-known locally). Everything they sell is there for a good reason. No trendy stuff, no tourist junk. I would call their selection enlightened pragmatic. Includes a small but significant selection of truly excellent, field-grade folding knives. As a bonus, if you make the trip, youll be a block away from a great indoor pistol range, with low rates, and another, more general shop of its own. Oh-- and please, dont let the cat out.

WOW! This is a top notch well run business. Every employee is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and super nice. Everything we needed was in stock! We were helped by a very nice man Jonathan. He spent all the time we needed. He was full of knowledge on every product we were interested in and he happily shared his knowledge with us and NOT ONCE did he push us to buy anything. Obviously they are very busy so would recommend calling ahead to inquire whether you need an appointment. They have plenty of parking. I emailed them twice and the response time is very impressive! They have a great website and a great online store you must check out. I saw you can get a virtual consultation and quotes online too. I am finding out the best nicest most decent people own/work at gun shops (sure tells you a lot!)  We left impressed and with everything we went in for. You must make sure you say hi to Bonnie and Clyde, the coolest cats youll ever meet! We will definitely return.

I placed an order with DNA. Per usual, they charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation. After about 2 weeks of not hearing from them, I called them and left a message. No return call, ever. I also emailed them twice over the next few days. Two weeks after my order, I found out that they cancelled my order a week ago - without notification. They claimed they refunded my card. Here we are about 2 weeks from cancellation, and no refund. I have now had to file a dispute and will have to wait for resolution to get my simple refund. I will NEVER order from DNA ever again.

Don’t waste your time here. Much better places than these rude people. As a first time customer I treated like a leper as I came through door. I was asked if I had an “appointment” and when I responded no, I was then asked rudely what my business was there. My business was to come spend money shopping around for things I need. Jerks.

Worse customer experience I ever witnessed. Didn’t allow me in his store. I know it was because I was black. It have proof too. I was on the phone the whole time. The big fat white guy is very racist. So I’m going to the tactical store on Stephanie St now.

DNA tactical is your one stop shop for all tactical and shooting needs. They have it all and if they dont they can get it quickly. Their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and always a pleasure to work with. I dont go anywhere else. Their gunsmith does excellent work as well.

Love this place, LARGE selection of fire arms. They have a gun smith and just about every part, light, holster you would ever need.

Scott Wilson at DNA Tactical did a beautiful job of pillar and glass bedding a rifle for me. Accuracy now 1/2 MOA. He also did a very professional trigger kit installation and I will not hesitate to return to him for any future gunsmith work I need done.

First want to say Sorry to DNA Tactical for not posting this review in September when I actually purchased my gun. Ok with that out of the way. I went to to DNA Tactical to purchase a new handgun for ccw. I was helped mainly by a young lady who was very knowledgeable about the stock they had any question I asked she had the answer and presented it with confidence. I was on the fence about with gun to purchase and she helped me decide. In the end I chose the Sig Sauer p320 and have not regretted the choice. If you want polite knowledgeable service then DNA Tactical is the shop for you excellent stock and great service. I am already planning on next purchase from them.
