I cant be the only one who goes to make a return, and leaves over three hours later and net $100 poorer. I got distracted in the garden section--I just bought a home, am in the very beginning stages of unpacking, but that hasnt stopped me from envisioning an entirely new design for the front yard. A bright red pot sat at the entrance, on clearance for a small crack that could easily be fixed with some glue, I remembered my two best friends will be flying out to visit shortly and Id like to make one area of my new property appealing... and it all went awry from there. Peacock flowers, cannas, desert spoons, two palm trees and a whole bunch of pots and rocks, welcome to my front yard jungle. Sonia and Glenn helped me out a ton--Glenn hand-drew a diagram of how to plant the palms proper, and helped me pack this impossible-looking load into my lil hatchback. Im pretty sure customers were taking bets on whether it would fit. Amazing service, and it all looks smashing in my yard... I just need to remove an unfortunately-placed acacia tree (I know, shame) and its a wrap. Next projects up are a ceramic Morrocan tiled porch and a built-in day bed in a large bay window; hoping those departments are as well staffed and stocked. ;)

The 1st guy who helped me was friendly but didnt know a lot. I found somebody after that who was very helpful and actually help me find everything I needed.

First time using this location on Sunset and I had requested curbside pickup. They have no curbside pickup signs even though they say you can pick up curbside.I ended up going in and speaking with an associate who was very nice which made up for having to park my car and go in when I had requested curbside.Overall store is clean and staff is nice but the fact that the curbside pickup is not operational is a little irritating when you specifically request curbside for a large interior door. I ended up lugging it to my vehicle myself which means I could have just saved the steps of pre ordering and just gone directly and picked it up.

Cesar was beyond helpful and had such a wonderful sense of humor while helping us search for the items we needed.

Absolutely asinine that there is never anyone in the specialty departments (special order countertops, cabinets, etc) over the weekend or after 2:00pm during the week who can help to fix an error that they made. Even the weekend managers don’t have any authority/ability to fix a mistake. I ordered custom countertops in two different stones for four bathrooms midweek around 3:30pm and the “designers” were already gone for the day so the appliance salesman took my order. He should have told me to come back because took him two hours to figure out how to use the computer system to get my order in, and was only successful after I stood behind him and showed him how to do it. Then, when the first stone was ready for install, they tried to charge me an additional $1300 and it took three phone calls and four trips into the store to find someone who could help me - turns out I really only owed $167 for some additional square footage (which was expected). Now the second stone is ready for install and they have obviously made the same mistake, because they want me to pay an additional $850 and I know it should be less than $300 more; again, apparently only two people in the entire store can help me and they work limited hours. I guess I’ll have to take time out of my work day during the week to get this resolved again. So frustrating. Otherwise I love Home Depot, but their staffing model sucks.

This is by far 1 of the best HDs. I frequent them whenever I travel. Theres always someone there to help if not they get someone, and they do come. Pro team member Lourdes is always helpful and patient when checking out. She treats all customers equally with respect.

Update 10-19-21. Now far more superior than to its competition.

The kitchen cabinet depart is horrible. The designer consultant Victor is very unprofessional didnt want to even talk to me unless you pay $100 fee for them to measure your kitchen and get you any ideas about kitchen cabinets even though i had all the measurements. Did complain to joice department manager but the bottom line is they streamline that process... figure that out...

I walked in to the store and approached an older lady (employee) and she was very rude. I began to ask her a question but she cut me off before I could finish. She said ask him to help you, she was referring to Willie. He was so sweet. Ill give him a ten out of ten. He was sweet and helpful. Im only giving it a 3 star because of my first encounter with the first older brunette lady. I couldnt read her name on her apron but the letter were big and going across her whole apron instead of the designated line to write in her name.. plus her hair covered some of the letters. She could have directed me to Willie with a nicer tone and attitude. End of rant.

I spend thousands of dollars at home depot. Today home depot is getting more shameful. I sometimes get gift cards for returns. I have another country lic. Never did I ever had problems on receiving good for the gift card. My line of business is remodeling, I always buy and in occasions I have to return items that were purchased by me.Today I had a gift card of 9 dollar it was a big deal for the cashier to add 9 dollars toward a purchase. The individual couldnt do it I rather now stop getting the gift card then going through this situation. I gave up the 9 dollars to the teller then going through that Embarrassing situation.Very disappointed on home depot

This store really have no customer service. You will never get delivery on time. My order was delayed more than a month. Costed additional 50 thousand dollars.

This location is kept up well and always well stocked. The only downside is there is a majority of staff that has no knowledge of products which is unfortunate

Let me start by saying this place doesnt even deserve a rating. Went there for an estimate on a sliding door. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge were even in that department, then when the specialist showed up, he just put his radio down and then went to lunch. Didnt even tell us that he was going to take lunch. We called for another person to assist us, that took and another 40 minutes for someone to show up. By the time someone showed up, they didnt even know what to do and was pretty much stalling us until the so called specialist was back from lunch. She left to go check where the specialist was and to mo surprise, she also disappeared. Big loss for them, we now will take our business elsewhere. If they pull that BS in the store, Im sure it will be expected when they go to install a door for someone... A joke in the making!

Majority everybody was nice store was clean I just didnt like the idea of allowing people to open carry their weapons in the store I felt a little uncomfortable.

My experience here was pretty normal. I needed some plumbing items. The person working that area had decent enough knowledge to help me find what I needed. Fyi the plumbing area where the copper fittings were was pretty trashed at the time of my visit so I was unable to find an item I needed.Lines were pretty short and the cashier was friendly and polite.

This Home Depot is really my favorite Ive never had a bad interaction with a customer service rep here people are very friendly always willing to help guide you in the right direction for your next great project look into the do-it-yourself project workshops they offer on the weekend they have some for kids and they are truly the greatest teaches them to use tools and be creative

I have to say after going here for over 20 years they have really built a 1 stop shop for home improvements. Quality, quanity, and price hard to beat. Stores are alwaays clean and staff are helpful. Always improving. I dont have many sticks but this is one im proud of.

Someone ran out stealing 2 dewalt drills and kept going. Definitely sketchy. My friend yelled look at that lambofeeties go. The guy upfront said oh well nothing we can do.

The purchasing of all my appliances from Home Depot for my new home was one of the simpler tasks associated with this project.

I happen to go in the store any the big bosses were there. Normally you cant ever find a worker to help you, this day everyone is asking if I need help. I asked the manager if he had some Themo cells for my lantern. He told me he no longer carried them. Guess what he lied amd in front of his boss! Is he discontinuing them yes, however, he had some selling them for a dollar. It looked as if the boxes got wet any had been there awhile. I found them in the garden area where they sell the bug sprays on a carousel on left toward the back of the isle. I dont think he cared if I found them as long as he got rid of me.

This is a better than average Home Depot. Sometimes it was hard to get someone to help but when they did they were very nice and knowledgeable.

Went to go buy a couple things and get a piece of wood cut and they were rude first of all and second of all their saw was broken and I was told that everybody that can fix it was out with covid...... I went to Lowes and he cut.

ALWAYS #1 The Associates Are Knowledgeable About The Products They Carry... If They Dont Know The Answer THEY ALWAYS... Get Somebody Who Knows Exactly What I Need, Then The Associate Also Ask If I Have Everything I Need To Complete My Project/Job. I Am A Do It Yourself Customer, So It Is Nice To Get Everything In Just One Trip 😉

I havent been to home Depot in a long time. I usually go to Lowes. Now I realize why I dont go there anymore. It seems like it used to be pretty good. When I went recently it seemed very disorganized the shelves were cluttered with open packages all about. I had to go through three different employees before I found one that would actually help me with what I need. The first two just told me it didnt exist and walked away. The guy that really helped was one of the vendors that was in there selling up at the front. He actually explained a few things to me. It just seemed like a poor mans version of Lowes except I think it was more expensive. Ill never go back there again. Not as long as I can go to the other place.

We love Home Depot and choose them first for all of our home improvement needs. However, the primary Home Depot website and its Citibank-hosted credit card website are two of the wonkiest, worst designed websites I’ve ever encountered for a publicly traded company this large. Circular linkage. Bad navigation. Cross-platform compatibility issues. I also seem forced to reset my password every time I log on to view a new document for billing, most of which could be tracked as automated messages to my primary email instead. For instance, I don’t need a secure document stating I’ve enrolled in automatic bill pay. A simple confirmation email would suffice. This may be a shade minor and by no means a reflection of this individual store’s professionalism, but the website is part of the customer experience and I simply wished for my concerns to be noted. These websites have terrible design flaws that are a bit frustrating to navigate.

Don’t buy a grill from them! We purchased a $1100 traeger grill from the sales person they had out there. It was delivered and it was used, and missing parts. Then we go to turn it on and it doesn’t work. They delivered us a returned grill. Not one manager seemed to even care about this!!! Now we have to load it on our vehicle and return it for a refund and it’s extremely heavy !!! Way to go home depo and to the idiot sales person that sold us this grill.

They are, in general, helpful - some more than others. I have found that many are prone to mansplaining, even for the simplest of things...aggravating, but mostly tolerable...someday they may come into this century & realize a lot of women do know how to fix stuff & operate power tools. Sometimes I bring my dad when I dont have time for their well, little lady nonsense. Returns are pretty easy and seamless. They have great COVID safety protocols in place.

Clean, well-stocked, and the employees here always go out of their way to help you or explain something. Definitely recommend over somewhere like Lowes.

Bought an Electrolux washing machine that never worked right and they refused to fix the situation. Even spoke with the manager and he did nothing as well. Shop at a Lowes instead better customer service.
