I needed wire cut in electrical so I asked for help from someone stocking shelves who promptly called for help. 10 minitues later still no help. I asked them again and waited another 10 minutes still no help. So I went to customer service asked for help and they had a hard time finding someone who knew how to cut wire. They really werent at all concerned that I had been waiting for 20 plus minutes. Just another day at the No service Depot
