I called and asked for seam tape for rubber roof and the guy gave me the wrong stuff then lied and said thats what you asked for. It both have the clear paper and look the same. I was rushing so really didnt feel the need to look at it. Also a salesman should know what theyre selling. Three people heard the conversation of me asking for seam tape yet he still lied. I been doing business with them for almost 20 years but this dude Chuck have guaranteed me to not ever come there again. They need to get rid of people who dont know what theyre doing. The manager of some sort was willing to give me half of my money but that not right. So 225.00 will sit until I need it.

I bought 6 windows to replace the factory ones in our mobile home. 5 were in stock and one had to be ordered. I installed the one that had to be ordered and over the winter it developed a seal failure with condensation forming between the glass. We contacted BDC, sent the pictures and all the information that they requested. To make a long story short, they wont fix the window. They emailed us yesterday and said that they have a piece of glass for us, but well have to pay someone to come and install it! Dont buy the Moss windows! They wont stand by their product!
