I went to the shop to have a daytime running light repaired. The part had been ordered ahead of time. The Service Advisor, Jose Torres, was very courteous and professional. My 2011 Buick Regal has a shift hesitation between first and second or second and third gear. I stated to the guy who wrote it up that the Transmission pressure sensor is know to cause this problem. I was charged for a diagnostic and they recommended a transmission service to fix it. Guess what! The car this morning just did the hesitation again while I was trying to get out into traffic! Almost in an accident! Therefore, I will be taking it back to the Las Vegas auto mall dealership to have them fix it correctly this time and I will not be paying for another diagnostic! Your know it all people need to listen to their customers!
The entire purchase process was professional and informative. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were resolved. I really appreciated that there was never a hard sell attitude by any of the Buick representatives.

The service (oil change) was fine however I had an appt to speak to a sales person regarding a possible trade-in. Due to an emergency that sales person was not available and couldnβt make the appt. there was no communication, no one let me know she would not be coming in, no one else seemed to be available to speak to me or didnβt seem to take any interest. I have been told that car sales is down right now. I am a good customer, I have purchased 3 vehicles at your dealership so I am wondering how you could let this happen. I received a phone call two hours after I got home wondering if I was still there. The customer service is really lacking.

Extremely great customer service but the first vehicle I bought the motor mounts are bad and they told me that I had to pay for them so I ended up taking the car back getting a different car and now this car is falling apart on me Ive had two parts fly off on the freeway now waiting for them to fix them the first time I reported these parts were broke and they told me I had to pay for them as well I havent even had the car 30 days its too bad because I really like the customer service and was looking forward to purchasing a second vehicle hopefully you dont go through the same experience I did sincerely.... Before COVID-19 shut down, this was an excellent place to have car improvements. We have gone there twice since shut down and was there for three hours, unacceptable to us! What is the point of making an appointment when you will have to wait so long! Salesperson Peter was good, but the whole process was irritating

My car had the catalytic converter and O2 sensors replaced under a factory recall last March 2021. In Aug 2021 the car failed a smog check due to an emissions failure and the check engine light came on. I took the car the next day (Friday) to AutoNation. They were not able to perform a diagnostic check on Friday because only one Tech knew how to use the diagnostic computer and he was not at work that day. I returned the following Monday and the tests were performed confirming one O2 sensor was defective. The O2 sensor was replaced under warranty and the car passed the smog test. The dealership kept me informed all along the various stages of the repairs.
I scheduled a oil change in advance. It took over 3 hours of waiting at the dealership to get my oil change. I could have gone to a Jiffy Lube and had the oil change completed in less than 45 mins. It is extremely frustrating to have waited so long for something so simple.
Brought car in for service light issue.Ran check found the problem.Was surprised how fast I was seen as another dealership could not touch it for days while it would have to sit at dealership.Good job Auto Nation!

After several attempts to change the door locks to only unlock drivers door when key is removed, David very easily demonstrated how to program. He was professional and courteous. The waiting area and restroom were clean and offered a variety of snacks and beverages. I was pleased to see that there was a designated person to periodically sanitize the area. My only complaint. over which you have little control, is that there were several customers not wearing their masks in the waiting area in spite of the sign to do so.

I took my car in to replace a flat tire and was told there was a recall that would be fixed at the same time. After keeping my car for 8 hours, I was told my recall service could not be performed due to an after market part being installed that voided my warranty. My car was purchased new 8 months ago and this was the first time it has ever been in for service. There has never been a part added or anything done to it since I bought it. I dont think your service team was being honest with me. There is no reason that my brand new car should not be covered under the full warranty and I will be taking my business to another dealership.

This is the worst experience I have had in trying to purchase a vehicle. It is day 6 since I was given delivery of a new vehicle without financing being secured. I am annoyed and angry. I will pursue all legal avenues to remedy this situation to ensure this practice is not continued.

I have to share my positive experience with this dealership. I do not live in Nevada, but bought an SUV from Autonation Henderson while driving through. Purchasing process was fine, though a little long and with your standard financing upsell tactics. About a month later, we uncovered a mistake that was significant. Without sharing too much detail, to my more-than-pleasant surprise, the dealership owned up to the mistake in a significant way. It restored my faith (maybe temporarily) that integrity still permeates some areas of society. Iβd whole-heartedly recommend doing business with Autonation off of this experience alone.
I was disappointed with my experience on this visit. My 9:30 AM appointment was delayed until 10:15 AM. There should be a way to contact the customers of delays in the service department so they can arrive a little later without losing their place in line. An hour and a half is unacceptable for an oil change. They need to do a better job of scheduling appointments so these long delays dont occur.
My experience was indescribable! Bob I., Cadarius, and Geoff were amazing! From the moment I walked on the lot I felt like a queen, I did not feel pressured nor did I feel overwhelmed. Questions were asked to find my perfect car! The staff treats you like family! Very nice but very tricky. Lied about price and made it sound cheaper but when I got there was much more. Wouldnt let me take my vehicle somewhere else after I found out where I could have saved over 60% of my bill. These service people are crooks and out of your mind expensive once you find out how cheap you can get it done elsewhere.

Work was acceptable but we were told the work would be completed in an hour and half. I thought that was excessive but with Covid situation I was content. But 3 hours after dropping the car it was finally done and not once was I informed about the delay and of course no apologies were offered then when it came time to pay the bill was higher than the quote and 20 dollars higher than what we paid for the same service at you Sahara location. I expected good service like they gave me at your Sahara location but my service advisor couldnt have cared less. I like waiting at you dealership but not like this.

My boyfriend and I were in a terrible position with a car we purchased at another dealership (drivetime sahara), but as soon as we came here everyone from sales to service were there to try and help us any way they possibly could unlike all the other shops our insurance company Silverrock directed us to. They went above and beyond to make things better for us; we were looking at a potentially astronomical repair bill but they found out our car was still under manufacturers warranty and they were able to reduce our bill from the thousands to a couple hundred dollars. Truly saved us in a major way, they even cleaned our car inside and out! I took my Buick Enclave, lease w/12.8K miles, for an oil change and waited for two and a half hours. even though I was the first appointment of the day on a Saturday. Ever since then, my car has been malfunctioningβdashboard screen is cracked, the wheel pressure gauge is malfunctioning, the A/C is not working, and there is a funny noise coming from the motor. The car is still under the bumper to bumper warranty, but after 12.8K miles, I know my car well enough to say it had none of these issues prior. The car is *very* well taken care of and gets cleaned weekly, even if its barely used. I am convinced someone in the service department did malice on my car. When I called the service manager, he told me the person who helped me that day no longer works there (not comforting to know this). We drive the car for errands and thats all. Anyone out there have similar problems with this locations service department? Please, leave a review and lets share our experience about it. The general manager might not realize how his service department is being run.

Nathan was our salesman when we bought our 2020 GMC Sierra in July. He went above and beyond helping us while completing the sale. We wanted to come in late when there were less people. We asked for masks and social distancing and that was already his practice so it made us feel more safe and secure. We were able to workout most of the details of the sale prior to entering the sales floor. He made it quick and easy once that day came for us to be inside the building. Since the purchase we have had some maintenance issues. Even though heβs not in the service department he has gone out of his way to assist us. Nathan is customer service oriented first and foremost. What a great truck buying experience, from the moment I walked into the dealership until I drove off in my new truck. No pushy sales guys fighting over each other likes vultures trying to eat the closet dead animal as soon as you get out of your current car. Was able to work most of the deal out over the phone since another GMC dealership on the West side of town on Sahara decided they wanted to try and take advantage of me. Only regret that I had was that I did not just go to this dealership in the beginning. Cadarius my sales guy was very knowledgeable and a pure pleasure to deal with, as was the manager and finance person. Going to be a GMC customer for life!

Worked with tanner on a gmc seirra. I called ahead and he had it pulled up and ready for me. Was upfront with me from the get. Spent some time with the finance to get my payments where I wanted. With as hectic as the market has been this whole buyin experience was beyond awesome and wasnt stressful at all. Highly highly recommend tanner for any of your sales needs.
My mother bought a vehicle from here recently. I liked the haggle-free policy while some may not. The buying experience was very very good. The salesman James and the manager were extremely helpful throughout the process on every level. We left there with a feeling that we were welcome back. Well, she wanted to keep the new battery she had from the trade in but it did not work out (and sort of an odd request). Few months later the battery in the new vehicle just went out. After taking it back they were glad to replace the battery. She mentioned the circumstances when we purchased the vehicle expecting maybe a discount or even just a very sorry would suffice. However, James comes back and tells her she is not going to be charged.Takeaway from this post is that it took the whole chain of command over there to do the right thing when they did not have to. That is golden to me. We will be bringing the vehicle back for repairs at their shop and I am very happy with the service/care that James and everyone over there have provided. I feel my mother is taken care of. Thanks for being great humans.

Recently (last week) had an amazing experience purchasing a vehicle from Autonation Toyota. Part of the reason I chose the vehicle I did was because it came with a written 90 day warranty that is good at any Autonation. Today my AC went out. Its a used car, it happens. I called Autonation to verify I could use the warranty anywhere, so I called this dealership to make an appointment as its much closer to my work and its a GMC dealer so they would be more familiar with the Colorado I needed fixed. I was surprised to be told that they would not honor my warranty there and I would need to take it back to Autonation Toyota. After questioning it multiple times I was told they would be more than happy to make me an appointment at Autonation Toyota. Thanks but no thanks. I am definitely glad I chose not to go buy from this dealership.

He started by sending me a detailed list of cars to look at based on my preferences that provided every specification I needed to know about each car which I found to be really impressive. When those cars didnt work out Nate went above and beyond the call of duty to find my beautiful 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid! He educated me on car buying and made sure everything happen the same day! My alignment went well, but I have not been happy with the communication from the department heads. Iβve emailed many times for my Sierra recall airbag and have not heard from anyone in weeks. I also have emailed everyone with my contract warranty lifetime pro and I havenβt been taken serious for whatever reason. Iβm a big GMC fan and always will be but it would help if I was taken serious with my warranty and getting this trucked serviced because thatβs what I paid for. I need many repairs/tune up so please could anyone verify my warranty and the airbag recall plus I need the 100k tune up. Thanks GMC
