We rented a tux for my son for prom. Due to COVID19, prom is not gonna happen. Pem will not give a refund! She wants to just hold on to the $200 until my 18 year old son need a tux again! That will be several years and who says she will still be in business?!? I will never shop there again and Im reporting her to the BBB. I didnt just hand her a $200 donation!!!

I rented my son a tux for HCHS prom In the amount of 206.16 and due to the WORLD WIDE Covid-19 outbreak that was completely out of their control, prom was canceled and this women refuses to give me a refund. My son will probably not need a tux again until he or one of his friends gets married and I do not forsee that happening anytime in the next year. I do not go to work every day to have someone pocket my hard earned money. All she is doing is trying to rip people off!!! I will never use her store nor will I ever recommend her to anyone!!

Takes money for a service that she is not going to deliver!! HCHS prom wont happen due to COVID-19. This woman refuses to give $$ back to numerous families!! Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else

Keeping money for tuxes that were never ordered is wrong! Shame on her! Conducting business in this manner is dishonest & irresponsible!
