That got us in same day appointment. Staff was very helpful and super nice. Have beautiful, one of a kind dresses for very reasonable prices.

Very friendly right on top of things was great for LDS dresses great for figuring out the right type of alterations that would make everything work and great prices and everything went so smoothly. I found a couple dresses that I absolutely loved!

This was such a great experience! The store was well set up and clean, the staff was super nice, and the dress selection was amazing (they had a whole section of modest dresses, unlike the 2 options most other stores have). Anna was GREAT! She really listened to my opinions and got my style right away, I never felt pressured or like she was just trying to sell something. I had another appointment at a different store after this and I ended up coming back same day and getting my dress at Silhouette, they made the experience very easy. I definitely recommend this store!

Silhouette Bridal has such an amazing variety of Bridal gowns that are hand-selected by the Owner! Carrying a wide variety of Designers such as Mon Cheri, MacDuggal, Mori Li, Christina Wu Elegance, Popporazi, and more! They now are carrying a beautiful selection of Prom gowns, too!

Anna was so amazing!!!! My family and I came in during Covid-19 and had the best experience!!! I picked out some dresses not knowing what I wanted and she came back with 3 that were all 11/10! I ended up getting the dress off the rack because I was so in love and on a time crunch! THANK YOU ANNA!

I highly recommend every bride at least make a stop here. The sales ladies are amazing and there for you. They know how to help you make a decision and really listen to your style. The lady who does alterations is AMAZING. She’s so sweet and accommodating and cares so much to make your dress perfect. I was only in town for a long weekend and I’m going home with the perfect dress. I’m shocked and very happy :)

Just had an amazing experience and I said Yes to the Dress! The staff was amazing, patient, and very helpful with each dress. All the staff works so well together you many stylists versus just one! It is a nice place and everyone seemed really nice and friendly, but they ripped me off. Told me things would cost a certain amount and then raised the price. They also took off the bustle my dress already had and wanted to charge me to add another one. They seem nice but they are shady. If you want a dress there buy it from the rack and go somewhere else to do the alterations and whatever you need. I wish I had just got it that day and not let them touch it. Literally 0 trustworthy. I got my dress earlier than what I planned to because I didnt want them to touch it ever again. Very disappointed._____Adding to my previous review after owners response: Three of us saw the bustle. One of your workers even said oh, nice, it already has the bustle in the dress! and she went on to explain to me how to put it in it and what it was for because I asked her. Also, I was told that it would be $250 for adding the sleeves plus the lace and that maybe it would be a little more (I was charged $200 extra on top of the $250 i already paid) and this is for a $1,200 dress.Anyway, as I said, the staff was very friendly, I will not deny that. Also, I really like the first seamstress I had. The first time I went in I loved them, but then this happened, which was extremely upsetting and distressing to me.By the way, I did not even want to mention this because mistakes happen, but I also had to wait for an hour outside the shop the day of my appointment, and I had to return two days later because the person doing the sleeves was not there. That is already very unprofessional, and more knowing that half an hour of that hour wait was supposed to be the beginning of their business hours(nobody showed up until 10:30AM and they technically open at 10AM).

I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful they are. They made the entire experience a pleasure, and went out of their way to make my daughter’s shopping experience a positive one. After visiting two other shops in town, Silhouette Bridal was a blessing. Highly recommend them to all brides to be!

I went there to get a dress and I loved everything they had in the store. They had a big selection of beautiful dresses. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, they brought me many dresses to try on. The prices are very reasonable as well. I would HIGHLY recommend going there!

AMAZING!!! I came in shopping for mother of the bride dress and Soondis helped me find my dress in MINUTES! The entire team is so hospitable and welcoming. Not only do they have a variety of options for mother of the bride, they also have flower girl dresses, and a HUGE selection of bridesmaid dresses. Every associate I met was very helpful (I am the most indecisive person!) and very patient with me. They really go above and beyond to make sure you find a dress you love. Wow! I had an AMAZING experience getting my wedding dress here! I was about 10 minutes early, and Sandy was ready to go! She and the rest of the wonderful staff treated my mom and I like VIPs, and made us feel comfortable during the experience. The staff made it so fun! Played fun music, laughed with me, and helped me step out of my normal style. I ended up finding the perfect dress, and I am so in love with it! I cannot wait to wear it! Sandy and Soondis made finding the dress and saying yes such a fun and amazing experience. If youre getting married, make an appointment and check them out! Their selections and kindness will not disappoint!

Found my perfect dress!Let me just add, this place has a beautiful selection of dresses though if I had it all over again I wouldn’t chose this place considering the girl who helped me from the start “Kati” was perfect when I was looking for my dress but after the was completely rude after, making my experience the worst speaking to me in a tone no one should be spoken too because of her I was in tears stressing out about my dress being I’m not from Vegas she made my experience the worst.Thankfully Soondis made sure I was taken care if she was a sweetheart! And their seamstress was amazing made sure my gown fit perfectly 💛 thank you so much to those two ladies and making sure I didn’t stress or felt overwhelmed!

Silhouette bridal is amazing! Sandy and Sundis went above and beyond for me in too many ways to mention in this post! I am beyond grateful for them. You can tell that Sandy really loves her job and helping brides find their dream dress. I will never forget my experience because of these two amazingly kind women. Irina is also an extremely helpful and knowledgeable seamstress there. You can tell she knows her stuff! If you want to be treated extra special on your big day, go see these women at Silhouette. They took great care of me when I didn’t have family or friends there for support since they’re all back on the east coast. I know they would take great care of you as well. Oh and also, they have a beautiful selection of dresses for all tastes.

I came here after going to many stores trying to find a prom dress. I found the perfect dress. Their customer service is phenomenal. I would recommend this over and over.

The SEAMSTRESS at Silhouette bridal completely destroyed my dress. I am 2 months out from wedding and the store says that I have to basically take it or else. This is the worst Bridal shop in Las Vegas. Dont not go here. They have completely ruined the wedding dress buying experience. The OWNER refuses to take any accountability for the actions of the SEAMSTRESS she employs. Please spend your money we with people who will genuinely help you find that perfect dress. In town for work, I chose to visit Silhouette Bridal because they carried lines I was interested in that were not available in my hometown. I was fortunate enough to work with both Soondis (the owner) and the wonderful Sandy on my two visits to the shop. After trying only 5 dresses, all pulled by Soondis based on my requests and taste, dress #5 was the winner! I returned the next day to try the dress again and Sandy helped with veil options and took photos to share with my family back home! My experience here was so worth the drive from Arizona. Had many options and different styles. Anna “Nunu” helped me and made this experience sooo much fun and very comfortable. Everyone was super nice. Found the perfect dress but just wasn’t sure. So I left. Literally a few hours after my appt I couldn’t stop thinking about my dress and contacted them to please come back the next day to try it on again to be sure. They were very accommodating and made the time for me to place the order in my short visit. I really can’t wait to come back to pick up my dress. Everything was so exciting and blessed to have such an awesome staff. Thank you soo much for everything see you guys in a few months.

1 week ago I said yes to the dress! I had previously browsed and set aside the one I wanted and couldn’t stop thinking about it until my appt. It was meant to be because it was still there and probably the easiest appt Sandy has ever had! My entourage and I cried and celebrated! So happy I didn’t settle on a dress before shopping at Silhouette Bridal!

Drove 45 minutes to the store. Was not greeted when I entered. Was not asked if I needed assistance during the 13 minutes I spent looking on every rack. Saw some dresses that could of been the one for me with some alterations but I cant do business with those who dont show they appreciate my business.

We came in right before closing thinking we still had another hour because Google had the wrong hours. We didnt stay long but they made a very positive impression on us. Even though they were about to close they still took time to help us and were extremely happy and helpful. Never made us feel rushed. They have a beautiful selection of formal and bridal dresses. The thing that impressed me most was the great selection of modest dresses for the LDS community, which can be difficult to find here in Vegas.

I wanted a couture wedding gown that would wow. I was told this Bridal Salon carried couture gowns. I made an appointment and met with Soondis. I ended up finding my dream gown at a silhouette within a 20 minute appointment time. I was in tears. Mind you, I’m very picky! It shocked me! Soondis, your professionalism is impeccable and you have made my dreams come true!!! I highly recommend this Bridal Salon!

A literal NIGHTMARE of a retail store. SO SHADY. STAY AWAY. They will change prices on you as they see fit. They will say they are closed during business hours and you have to have appointments for simple things like, picking up your (already fully paid for) dress. Then when you cant make an appointment (because its beyond inconvenient) and pay them to have it shipped, they will change the price of shipping on you AFTER THE FACT and after already being charged, and NOT send you your dress. THEN will tell you, YOU dont have integrity They really have a lot of nerve how they treat a paying customer. Telling me I took advantage of a new employee because SHE charged ME wrong amount?!? WHAT THE HECK?!? Giving me the run around because of an EIGHT DOLLAR difference and telling me they wont send it out of principle They are refusing to ship my dress. IT WAS ALREADY A LOT to be charged for shipping and I paid them! I have an appointment for fitting and NEED my dress and they are playing games, like its fun for them to jerk people around. OH and one of the employees slipped and told me my dress was a bridesmaids dress. No one ever mentioned that before I bought it. My biggest regret for my wedding was going to this place. Literally the worst experience Ive ever had purchasing anything in my life. They will give YOU the run around and then judge you for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They toy with peoples emotions and are GREEDY. They do NOT care about their customers. I gave them a lot of money and I wish I never did.

Finding a prom dress was so difficult. I came here and Soondis & her team made the whole process so much easier. Trying to schedule my alterations was so much easier than I thought because of the staff here. So thankful and ill definetly be here for all my needs

Beautiful dresses but terrible coustomer service.I personally dealt with the owner when I went in and I found the perfect dress, but the customer service was so terrible there, I will be ordering through someone else. She was so stuck up and rude it was pathetic. NEVER again will I be back and I do not recommend this store to ANYONE.

If I could give zero starts I would !!!would never ever recommend this place EVER! I called Warren to get a price on a dress which I was told was $175 to order and if you looked every where else is the same price!! I then made an appt to come but couldnt because of a family emergency. Then the Manager Soondis or whatever her name is calls my phone because I had my sister order the dress because I was unable to and after repeatedly telling her certain info she needed she would have to contact my sister and my sister told her the same thing!! Then when we got the invoice of ordering the dress it was $217!!! When I called why i was charged an extra $40 she and why I wasnt charged the $175 she said thats roughly the price that come to the $217 before tax and shipping? HOWWWWW and when I asked her why I was told different and you could look on there website its the $175 she kept changing her story!! Then asked with an attitude if I want to cancel the order and I said no because shes the only shop in town that I can order it!!! I asked for her info and she said she would loo into the different price. Then my sister got yet another email instead of me saying she cancelled my order!!!! Then when I called back I asked why she cancelled it an she claimed I didnt know what I wanted to do?!!!! EXCUSE MEEEEE!!!!! And then changed her story saying I asked to have it cancelled!!!!! Thank goodness I was on my work phone and the calls are recorded!!!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE SHE IS RUDE, A LIAR AND GREEDY!!!! LADIES SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND MONEY!!!! I ordered elsewhere for the same price I was originally quoted !!!!
