You can go inside or order online and do curbside pickup.

They usually have everything you need here for the campus. If they don’t have it they will call and order it from one of the other bookstores as well. I am now an out of state student and I called them and they express delivered my books to me in Minnesota. They are all so helpful and welcoming people who work here. They also sell snacks, drinks, and school supplies. Great one stop shop for the campus. They are not open on the weekends.

There is a female employee there who does not listen to you whatsoever and is absolutely god awful at assisting customers. They always have the rows of books blocked off so I have to rely on her to get me the right ones. I tell her all the correct information and still she comes back with a book completely different than what I had told her I needed. She has been working there for a long time, she should already know how to do her job correctly.

Walked in and not one person greeted, Not one person offered to help either . I was standing in line for about 5 min apparently not in the correct place, I didn’t see the small lettering that says “please wait here” this girl with short blue hair was helping out someone, I know she saw me and didn’t even bother to look up and say hey by the way the line starts over there. A new cashier comes to the register and asks me if I’m with the other person who is being taken care of, I said no. She then says oh the line starts over there. Great, so now I have to wait about another 5 minutes so she can ring up someone else.There was a guy sitting behind a computer and didn’t bother to say anything either. I guess I was just invisible. Customer service does not exist anymore.

Every one is so nice and helpful. They were fast in getting my books and getting me out the door. Also, the girl with short blue hair was so nice.

Just an FYI, this bookstore has different store hours depending on the college. I’d definitely check their website for the hours, cause Google isn’t always right.Helped me out in the long run!

Need better hours -- difficult for people who work to make it to the bookstore before 3 p.m. and its not open on Saturday or Sunday. Wanted to get to the bookstore before the semester began...

My teacher requested a custom book for Spanish 101 - Tu Mundo in it should only have 3 chapters rather than 5 chapters. The 3 times that I visited, the workers told me this is the right book and there was nothing else for Spanish 101. The price of the book was $112 and the other book should be around $80. The workers are clearly not doing their job and need to improve on their customer service. Overall my experience was bottom line horrible and I hope to never return unless it is my last resort.

The staff has always been helpful. Sometimes, I can find the books online for cheaper.

I have visited this bookstore several times, and each experience was worse than the last one. The first visit was my very first semester straight out of high school they rude, short, and completely unhelpful. I chalked it up to that they were busy and stressed. The second encounter was to return my books they were dull, and quite rude again. I RETURNED all my books only to get a call from the debt collections well over a year later that thee bookstore had turned it over to them. I was NEVER informed of any issues and when I called to resolve the issue they told me it was not their problem and hung up on me. I went to purchase books and they said very hurtful comments about me like how would I afford that.. I at the beginning of the semester went to sell my books which they do not buy the books back the guy laughed at me repeatedly and loudly to draw attention the situation. While I was in line on a particular visit with a friend we watched as the phone rang and they picked up the phone and promptly putting it back down without answering the call..They are rude, incompetent, and made my experiences down right awful the worst bookstore to date dont waste your time.
