Said he could unlock my wife and my phone, charged us 128.00 and didnt do as promised my wife phone was never unlocked by him all, he used some other imei number with some little black sim card and when I contacted straight talk customer service they informed me that my phone imei number didnt match the sim card installed in my phone an when I went back to get a refund for services never rendered the guy came up with hundreds of excuses, so I never got the refund and also he stole our Verizon sim card from our straight talk plan,
