Got treated like a princess. My hair turned out amazing. My hair was pretty damaged before but after my hairstylist Inna made my hair into magic. I highly suggest her. Shes professional and she knows what shes doing. They all know what theyre doing. 100 percent every time.

Joni did my hair. Its really hard to do pale blonde. She nailed it she ask what I was going for and did a perfect job. If you want no yellow in your blond give her a try you will not be disappointed

Always loved Canyon falls salon and recently visited again. They are still a full service salon and do excellent blowouts. Highly recommend

Absolutely the worse burned my hair and still charged me for “product cost” I wish I could post pictures of what horrible outcome I got (oh but I could)from going here Cynthia it’s very disappointing that you don’t Care for the damage done to a customers hair!

I go to this salon regularly to get my hair colored by Wayne. The salon is very professional, as is Wayne. He is truly the best color technician I have ever had. Always prompt and does one client at a time - you have his full attention.

I tried to order hair for my girl and over night it and they’re trying to charge 85$ fee for shipping and it’s 20$ in whole USA to do that ridiculous

I liked Cynthia Jackson shes funny. Only downfall is she needs to slow down and not take so many clients at a time. I felt a bit rushed through my hair experience. My hair turned out ok just a few issues with the roots being to dark and various colors throughout my head.. I think she could be a great stylist just needs to go slow.

The experience I had with my stylist Jessie was just what I was looking for- no more, no less. Jessie has cut my hair for over a year now and I can ask, Hey Jess lets go cool this summer or I have a conference lets look professional Ive always been super happy with the results. Never had a scheduling problem, never felt rushed. Always left happy and much better looking than before.

Lena is an excellent, completely professional and very talented beautician. I am so grateful to have her. Her prices are reasonable as well. I would highly recommend her to anyone. I receive numerous compliments each time I get my hair done.

Canyon Falls Salon is very nice place. Have been going there for several years now. Patty is going my hair. He is extremely skilled in working with long hair. She also does my teenage sons hair and he is very happy with the results!! Highly recommend!

Alejandra has been doing my nails for around 6 months and she is amazing. Everyone I have met there is extremely friendly and polite.

Went in for hair extensions which can take some time to look at the colors because I wanted to change to a different color. The front desk girl (more like snotty child) had the worst attitude. Im looking at a color ring with colors they do not even carry anymore. So my question is why did you hand me that color ring. I felt rushed and sensed the worst attitude with her. This should be a fun experience but with her lack of decent customer service I decide to go some where else. When will these places learn you need to treat people well or youre going to lose the business. This place has always been like this. Im never stepping foot in to this place again.UPDATE: At the time of this review this was EXACTLY the place I went and at THIS location. Perhaps the business has changed as of May 2021. Then obviously it does not apply but it most definitely applied the day I left the salon.

My hair stylist is Patty Haythorn. She is awesome and I always love how my cut and color comes out!

My nail tech is precise and professional. Her impliments are sanitary, and she is meticulous, and my nails always look fantastic when I leave!

Loved it clean, good products my stylist always looking was good for my hairstyles..

Tana said the name of the hair salon she went to BEFORE the nail salon but did not disclose the name of the nail salon, so people are confused.

Stole money from me instead of delivering proper customer service. Absolute worst experience: charged me before completing service, refused to complete service, then shoved a no refund policy in my face.
