Our experience was extremely pleasant .We were greeted at the door. We were asked many times by different salesmen if we needed help. While we were looking at recliners, TJ Thompson came over to ask us if we needed help. He was very pleasant, professional and helpful. That is why we like shopping at RC Wiley the salespeople are not pushy.

Wow, not what I expected. This is a really nice store with a huge amount of selection. Seems a little bit pricey at times but a lot of it Furniture is pretty high quality. Its too bad that anywhere in America you cannot find solid wood furniture. Everything is pressed particle board or Alder Wood with a veneer covering. Oh how I wish I could find real wood furniture. Lots of selection. Worth taking a look.

Huge selection of furniture and reasonable pricing. Our Salesman Mike was very helpful. He followed up with me a day after making purchase to give up update on when our expected furniture should be in stock. The check out process was really easy. Everyone was really pleasant to deal with.

Our sales person was excellent he explained everything we asked him and then some. Only negative was the knife set you offered which we wanted for$20 at checkout. The one they had was completley different. We did not purchase it.

We met Shane Osborne at R.C. Willey when we moved here in 2006. We did a major remodel of our kitchen and bought all new appliances. Shane is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Several years later when we needed a new washer and dryer, we went to see Shane. He showed us the differences between the washers and dryers. Last week we saw a bed that we liked. We called Shane and told him what we wanted. When we got to the store, he showed us the bed, which was on display. We told him the type of mattress we wanted and he showed us the differences. Again, he is very knowledgeable about what he sells. He is very low-key and not an aggressive salesperson! We would highly recommend Shane! if you are in the market for furniture, he is the best!

So they were very busy but when we got there the salesman we talked to on the phone greeted us and was very helpful. We took about 30 minutes to do some research on which washer and dryer were the best for us. When we decided we went to look for our salesman and he went to lunch. After we did the paperwork he handed it to us and told us to go to the desk to pay. We waited in line 20 minutes to find out he had already financed us. Nice guy but needs to work on his professionalism

A salesman said hello after my wife and I were greeted by a welcome from a Wiley greeter. The store was well stocked, clean, and well lite with the sound of water coming from the fountains. The salesman was most pleasant and gave us the time to look around unaided which was exactly what we wanted. When we had questions he was there ready to help us. We found pretty much what we wanted and purchased two leather chairs and an ottoman. The salesman’s name was Shane and has been with Willeys for twenty years. We’ll need a mattress in the coming year and we will ask for him.

Had a great experience. Buying a couch with my girlfriend and the experience was exactly what we wanted. We were free to roam the showroom until we found a few items we liked, then found a sales rep to help us purchase and have the couch delivered.Would definitely recommend the store and Brian!

The representative Mike Ortiz was very helpful and gave good explanations on the differences between models which helped us home in on the ones we finally selected. He followed up with us the following day and updated us on the status of a credit that was applied towards the purchase. We will be looking to him to help us with our next purchase from RC Willey. The cashier was a very sweet lady who gave us application forms to participate in one of their lucky draws. Both she and Mike made shopping at RC Willey a very positive experience.

Having ordered 2 other t v cabinets to finish our family room it was nice to walk into the store and finally find a unit yo work. Had made 2 different orders at Ashley. The last we paid for and they resold our unit to someone else. Thats after 2 delays on order. My salesman Derek was great and expedited my order. They are a great store on customer service

I recently bought a recliner from RC Willey and the overall experience was wonderful. I had visited several other furniture stores and between the price not being right, to them not having the recliner in stock it was a very frustrating experience. But from the moment I arrived at RC Willey I was greeted, and treated like I was an old friend. I found exactly what I was looking for. The recliner was $100 cheaper and in their warehouse for immediate pickup. RC Willey saved the day. Will definitely visit them first on my next furniture purchase.

We had just lost our old fridge. We needed a new one right away. Royce was so helpful! I saw a nice fridge at Home Depot that was out of stock, and the associate there told us that RC Willey would match Home Depots price. They certainly did! Best experience ever.

I have bought many things from RC Willey. Sales people are courteous and knowledgeable. RC Willey offers a wonderful selection of any item that I have been looking for. The only thing about RC Willey that I do not like is the annual delivery charge. You would think a company of that size, being owned by Berkshire Hathaway, could deliver whatever you buy for free.

We bought a microwave in the clearance roomPaul the salesman told us that if there was a problemWith the microwave we could return it within 48 hrsWell according to the paperwork it is final saleWhen we went back to the room Paul had left for the day so now we are stuck with this microwave.The reason the microwave was returned in the first place was the dish inside was broken so it was the replaced . The exhaust adapter is missing .Most of furniture and appliances in our homeI will be reluctant to purchase again

We stopped by when they were 30 minutes from closing. The sales associate told us we could come back the following day and they would honor the sale price that was ending that evening. We show up and were told we shouldnt have been told that and the managers will not honor anything.Im not sure why he told us what he did. Maybe he was ready to leave and didnt want to bother ringing us up or something. Management really needs to check their employees. Very disappointing.If you decide to shop here, make sure you purchase the item right then. Do not take the employees word for anything.

I had a purchase several months ago that went very well. Tried to follow up with one last piece and was screwed around with a new salesman that is trying to maximize his commission. After being lied too, we decided to not buy anything at all so he didn’t get anything at all. Sad that some salesmen have to lie for money. Just be honest.

Usual RC Willey experience. Acceptable. The store hasnt changed much over the years. The store is starting to look dated. Some of the furniture unchanging over the years. Which is ok sometimes. The customer pickup area needs some renovation. It looks worn and dated. Their pick up process could be made more efficient as well. Waited a little too long to pick up a video game ordered online. Amazon sets the standards of convenience, and brick and mortar need to be all the more sexy in their delivery of customer experiences.

Our salesman, Mike Campbell, was very knowledgeable on the sales end of our transaction. The 2 month wait was understandable due to supply shortages. We had to initiate every follow-up call. We were never contacted. One of the range accessories we ordered arrived broken. We called the sales person about it. We were told he would get back to us. Once again we heard nothing and had to do our own follow-up. The appliance selection and prices were good, but the customer service was not.

The place was enormous and they had a very attractive setup. Easy to navigate around the different sections. The staff was attentive but didnt hound you. Bought a high quality dining table for my mother for a very reasonable price. They have very good financing options and good customer service programs .

The appliance section was great, but we needed a desk and had a hard time getting someone to help us. That said I love this place..

The table I purchased on 10/04/2021 had a small chip in the coating. Who do I contact? RC Willey? The manufacturer? Other than that, the table and chairs are great.

This store has a lot of good and quality furniture to choose from. We are happy with the sofa and chair we bought. We particularly liked our sales person Ragan, who was so nice and patient with us. She was knowledgeable, honest, and gave us a lot of time to think what furniture we really liked. We will definitely go back to the store again for our future needs.

I took my parents to RC Willey yesterday. We were helped by a young man named Jarrod. Jarrod answered all my fathers questions. When my fathers legs were starting to weaken Jarrod took me up front to get him a wheelchair (who knew they had them for customers). He followed my father and I to the parking lot and helped me get my father situated while my mother stayed at the pickup area. While I drove around to the pickup area with my father, Jarrod went back to the pickup area and stayed with my mother. Although I could have handled most of this myself, I cant tell you how appreciative I am that Jarrod helped me without even being asked. Awesome customer service. Thank you Jarrod!

Our initial purchase was promptly and professionally managed by Regan at the Henderson RC Willey store. When we returned to purchase another item, Tim was there to help. There was never an issue of whos customer we were commissioned to, but rather a genuine interest in providing us with the service and products we needed! We appreciated their team effort!On the down side, RC Willey should provide more cashiers, even when they first open! The line seemed to be a steady 4-6 customers long and each transaction can take some time! For us seniors... standing at length is not a friendly option. If nothing else, provide next in line numbers and seating nearby. Of Note: Walker Furniture was even Worse!

I enjoy RC Willeys and enjoy my new TeeV. My salesman Joshua Hardung did well, my credit score is 800 plus but could not get financed. My Boeing CU Visa was declined several times with a zero balance. My CU stated that RC Willeys sees me as fraudulent. Card finally went through. Ill be back.

Jesse in appliances was so knowledge about all the items I purchased and guided me to best options for our new kitchen. Again giving us alone time to discuss without the regular sales pressure . Terel in furniture was amazing and so helpful and was able to find us exactly what we wanted. I cant say enough great things. We have delivery scheduled for end of July or some products and a week for others so if u need something immediately make sure they have it in stock or can pick it up yourself.

Philip continues to be a great salesman. He has been our salesman for numerous purchases. Never any pressure and always friendly. He is very familiar with the furniture inventory so he is quite helpful when searching for specific items. We are pleased with the ease of checking out and quick delivery choices. Very easy to get what I wanted, I was in and out in about 20min. Salesman was very helpful and gave me info regarding my delivery that had he not, it would’ve caused issues.

Ragan is an excellent salesperson. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The rating does not reflex her excellent support. The rating is due to most inventory is not on hand, and has a delivery date of next year.

We were looked after immediately after entering the Appliance section, and shown three sets of washers and dryers that would be suitable for our needs. Everything went very smoothly and we were given the written order and were at the cashier in very little time. Our purchase took less than an hour from beginning to end.
