Dealing with Mark, at the Best Buy location on Marks st. Pacific kitchen and home was an absolute nightmare. After purchasing a new Double wall oven. They told me installation be hassle free and no problem. Their installers were at best incompetent, They never got my stove in and after multiple complaints they have refused to do the job. This was one of the 1st times dealing with Best Buy Ive now had to go to JC penny to get my double wall oven and their installers did not have a problem.
Awful service. They never answer the phone. Not shopping there anymore.
Ive purchased several items from Best Buy here in Henderson and the service when I have a problem is very good. In my opinion, thats when it counts. Every store will give you good service when you buy, but its when you have a return or repair you find who youre really dealing with. The Best Buy employees weve worked with were VERY helpful. Thank you,
When it comes to stores like Best Buy, my rating really depends on service, selection, stock, and price. For me, service is the heavily weighing factor. At this Best Buy, I got just that...great service.Anyways, Best Buy is your one stop shop for all things electronics and electronic related.
Pacific Sales & Best Buy have separate management, which I discovered while purchasing a $2200 frig for a major kitchen renovation. Aside from beating ALL other online and brick&mortar prices, delivery was exactly when promised. At the Marks St store, Beth was very helpful and made the buying experience very pleasant.
I used to buy everything at Best Buy, however, over the past few years, customer service has declined to the point where its nonexistent. Last October I was Christmas shopping for a laptop for almost 30 minutes and saw associates standing around talking and couldnt bother trying to help. I was just there tonight (9/18/13) looking at car stereos. I had questions, but again, after 20 minutes of no one coming over, the store was not busy, I left. No wonder customers are buying elsewhere. Ill go to Best Buy to look at and compare products, but they have lost my business.
Pacific Sales. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I bought a LG washer and dryer for $3000. The dryer did not work since the minute it arrived. I called Pacific Sales who made me call LG. The LG service line kept me on hold for about 35 minutes. Then the person on the phone had such a strong accent I could not understand a word she was saying. She was very frustrated that I, calling from the USA about a product sold in the USA could not understand her. After an hour on the phone doing diagnostics myself, she said it was a faulty installation. Called back and got a tech over that said nothing was wrong. Still not working. Called again and next tech said the sensor was out. Came back and replaced. Still not working. Called again today and the manager Jimmy told me I was past the 30 days and it was no longer their problem. That I now have to take it up with LG. Along with a $1500 non working dryer, I was also promised a $100 Best Buy gift card. According to them it was emailed and I am out of luck on that too. Tomorrow will begin the process of diputing the charge on my credit card. Yahoo. I need more aggravation in my life.
I dont typically write a review but in light of all the negative reviews, I feel the need to input my encounters.I have never encountered a rude representative while shopping here, even on Black Friday last year. Geek Squad is not nearly as informed on computers as they give off and they specifically seem to hate their job, but the general reps have always attempted to help and Ive never encountered any problems doing a return or exchange for defective products (I had a Lycosis keyboard act faulty within 30 days and they exchanged it for me instantly). Also helps if you dont sit there expecting someone to come find you -- while its nice when they ask you first, if you need help, go ask them directly. Stop acting helpless. They do the same thing at Frys.
My recent experience in this store was terrible!! My husband and I went into the store to purchase a receiver for our home entertainment center. We walked to the back of the store where those items are located, looked at what they had out on display, found one we were interested in, but we had questions, we waited for someone to stop and help us, and not only did they not stop to help us, they didnt even acknowledge the fact that we were in the store. We walked up to the front of the store and asked to speak with a manager, and we were told that there was not a manager on duty, but they would get someone for us. So yet again we waited!! The young man that went to get a manager came walking back up to the registers with no one to speak to us, so we asked again. Another man came up to us after about a 10 minute wait. He did not offer to help us make a purchase in the store, all he kept doing was apologizing for the lack of service, and told us to take a look around the store and to see how busy they were, and that is why no one was available to help us out. He didnt even ask if he could help us!! So we left and went down the street to the competition, where they were very happy to help us with our purchase. We understood that there was a lot of customers in the store, and thought that maybe that night was a fluke. NOPE!!! NOT at all!! We went back the next night about 90 minutes before closing, not very busy, and guess what? Same thing happened!! No manager on duty, the little bald floor supervisor(manager) was busy talking sports with 2 other co-workers and getting one of them keys, he told us he would be back in a minute, he walked by us 2 different times, didnt acknowledge we were still there, I walked around the store to try and find him and he couldnt be found. This time we were only looking for a CD changer, and it looks like yet again, their competition will win out!! I can understand why the company is going down the toilet!! They hire people without customer service skills, sales experience, and without knowledge of what they are selling. If I was the DM for this store, I would make some serious staff changes, dont be afraid to hire and to pay good quality people for there professionalism and their experience!! Because hiring all these 20 somethings, that are not motivated to work, dont want to do anything besides texting, and looking like they are to busy to help anyone, is going to be the death of your business. We are still looking for a CD changer and we WILL NOT be making any future purchases or trips to this Best Buy!! If I could give negative numbers for the above ratings, I would!!
I could write a long review but I am just not up to even thinking one more second about their customer service. Just believe me when I say that I had no idea they could have been worse then Lowes but they majorly proved me wrong. I will go back to Lowes from now on and realize that the week I had to wait for a dryer repair was nothing compared to my 5 weeks with Pacific sales at Best Buy. Do not do business with them. They are underhanded lazy confused and it takes hours on the phone to explain anything.
Best buy is definitely not what they use to be, good luck calling any best buy and not waiting for 10 to 15 minutes just to speak to someone. And good luck with that person you talk to tears at all about what you need.
The store looks like an Office Depot and all of the employees stood around in grounps talking to themselves...no one offered to help....I guess ill order from Amazon online. Circuit City used to have the same issue...look at them now!
The old one was better
They say that they will price match but are VERY ungracious about doing so and act as though you are steeling from them. theyll close this store soon enough.
Not the best customer support, you have to approach the reps they dont approach you. No service with a smile.
Is the best
