Ordered 28 days ago. 15 emails sent after never receiving my 150.00 order of patches ! This company is a FRAUD and I never should have given them my business at the overland expo ! I am filing for a refund and reporting to BBB absolutely do not buy anything from this company they will steal your money !!!

Company is absolutely terrible. I ordered 1 little patch that I found funny. They gave me a tracking number the next day and it never arrived at the post office. 2 weeks later they said it had just been shipped and I would receive the new tracking number. They never did either. Its been over a month since the order and still nothing. This is the 2nd bad experience with this company, should have learned my lesson the first time. Buyers beware.

Worst customer support EVER!I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund, on their website it says that it takes them 24 hours to respond to emails, its been 3 days and no answer so far. They dont seem to answer phone calls either.I highly recommend to not buy from this shop and I will never buy from them again.Update 5 weeks later, still no response on any emails or calls...

I like the patches they curate but they have little to no customer support. Better to call during their hours of operation than emailing their customer support. On top of that, they shorted me on an item in my last order.

I put in my order earlier this month to ensure the badges arrive in time for Christmas. I didnt receive any notifications or updates on my order until Christmas Eve!!! I received an email stating 1of the 5 badges ordered is no longer available, so a tracking for the 4 badges were just created ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! Now that USPS is backed up by weeks or months, I may never receive these badges. The order shouldve been filled the day it was processed. My credit card was charged right away! Ridiculous. Poor customer service and terrible business! Im never purchasing anything from here again.

Ive been waiting for my order for over a month now. Seen item was on back-order so waited for 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks and no updates given to me I decided to call over a week and a half ago and was told my order would be shipped last Tuesday March 2nd, its now March 8th going on the 5th week and still havent gotten anything from your company let alone an email letting me know what is going on with my order. Tried calling again and no one answers the phones. Save yourself the hassle dont order online from this company.

I had a great experience at Tactical Outfitters. I have bought from them online and have purchased items in person at the store. Very friendly and professional staff and high quality merchandise. They are usually my first place I look when I’m looking for anything tactical, gun, knife or patch related.

Worst online shopping experience Ive ever had ordered four items. Three months later it says its being shipped and two of the three items are no longer in stock. I ask for a refund and receive zero communication from them the main reason I bought the items was for the two items they didnt send. I would urge anyone to shop literally anywhere else and I tell this same story to all the local people I meet looking to buy patches. Stay away!

This is the place where to get the best quality patches - Others are a little cheap - these are the good ones. Customer service was nice that people actually answer the phone. Shipped same day I ordered and came from the USA - will not shop any where else first. Finally a company that cares.

Horrible experience. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No shipping confirmation and no delivery of the items. Emailed my problem to customer service. Was contacted back by someone named Mary who stated they would check into the problem. No further response for 4 days. Have now requested a refund. No answer as of yet. Horrible customer service, no explanation for where my items are, and my card has already been charged. Ridiculous! Never will buy from them again.

Store selection was good, especially the moral patches, and the order process was easy enough. But I ordered nine days ago and my order still hasnt been shipped. I sent an email to support and still havent been replied to.Update: Eddie informed me that if you have pop ups disabled you wont be able to tell if an item is a back order. Knowing that Ill gladly retract my earlier two stars for five. I look forward to ordering more in the future.

Update: I was able to cancel my order order really fast actually. Because I spent close to $120 on patches from 5 different websites today, i neglected to mention their awesome Military Discount. Sometimes problems are simply user error. Maybe Ill try them in the future, as they do have exclusive patches you simply cannot find anywhere else.Ordered 2 items and recieved a confirmation in my email. After reviewing my confirmation, I noticed mouse type underneath one of the items I order, saying it was Backordered. I wouldnt have ordered if the ProveSource pop ups werent blocking the backorder notice. Out of everything on my receipt, Backorder is the tiniest type and easily overlooked. Dont overlook this and try to blame the seller. You will look dumb and feel like a fool.

I wish I could get a hold of someone. I ordered two flashlights, they charged me for five. I can’t get a hold of anyone to fix the issue.I gave them two stars at first, but I changed my review. Once the saw that I had a problem with my order. They called me Immediately, and fixed the problem, even gave me a discount. I am very pleased. I will order from them again.

Do not order from them! Placed an order on June 27, 2019, received an email saying thank you for your order. As of July 22nd still no shipping confirmation so I e-mailed them asking for a status update they stated the one patch is on back order with NO ETA... I requested a refund and asked when the other will be mailed and their response was ill get back to you today or tomorrow with that info. How come I was not notified right away that something I ordered was on back order with no ETA, why did I have to reach out to you? This company is a joke!

Great selection of products, horrible follow thru. I ordered $20 worth of stickers that could have been shipped in an envelope, had to pay for first class shipping on it, then it took TWO WEEKS just for them to make the shipping label, it then took another week for them to ship it, when they finally did it said it would be here Friday the 23rd, its now Saturday the 24th and my package JUST NOW made it out of Hemet California. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE.Reply: The fact that it took you a month just to reply to my bad review proves my point about your lack of service. 👌

Placed an order online on Feb 18th, got a confirmation number. That was the last I heard from them, tried to call and only to have the phone go to a message that no one is available. Would like to know the status of my order

Ordered a week ago with priority express shipping. (1-3 days) I paid more on shipping than I did my order since it was urgent and needed my order as soon as possible. Still has not been delivered nor does it say it has shipped. I contacted them in regards to my situation on Friday and I still have not received a response.

I ordered merchandise online that is taking longer than expected. When I called no one answred or replied to emails. I was really upset, but finally someone got back to me and explained the situation to me regarding the reason they had a delay. They offered to send a partial order until my other items came back in stock, which I thought was pretty cool of them. Would do business with them again.

Way to much cool stuff, hide my wallet! Make sure you pick up a DickButt patch....
