Rich is awesome!! He was short staffed today and he made sure we were out as quick as possible. We got mattresses so he had to go grab our stuff from the back. He made sure i got my rewards points and everything. We spent maybe 20 minutes total in store. Rich has a great sense of humor and keeps a very cool head when he is short staffed, having the relief staff call out, trying to grab items from the back, all while trying to help a line of customers and assisting the front counter person with override requests. Poor Rich is getting his steps in today! Absolutely awesome customer service experience.

I shop Big-lots, Bullhead City, Ariz., a lot! I love Big Lots anywhere. But I had the best gal, Joy, help me with furniture(bought many pieces there). Joy went way out of her way to get what I needed. Even when I thought we had figured it out, Joy went the extra mile for me. I haven’t received that much help at Macy’s.Joy, you made my day.

Disappointed because end of season sale products were mixed with non sale items.I felt product was misrepresented. Normally I like shopping there.I would encourage them to repair walls around check out stands and clean litter around entrance to the store.

Needed help in furniture and no one bothered to help claiming there was no one working furniture and that the manager is on break. Terrible customer service.

I really like the selection they have vs prices and (some) of the staff is extremely kind and nice. Its also really well organized but my word i cant get over how filthy it always is. Especially the bathroom. They could easily be a 4/5 star if they really put in some attention to a deep clean for the store.

The store was clean and well organized. The lady at the cash register was polite and cheerful. I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide variety of Broyhill couches and recliners. Also, the store had some nice quality decorator items and home goods. Finally, at the bottom of my receipt was a coupon for $10 off my next purchase. Ill be back!

Its a great place to shop. The only down fall and sad about it that theres always shoplifters during the day and they need security.

I called the Big Lots in Murrieta, CA, looking fir a coolsense Q mattress. Dillon, the sales associate in furniture, answered the phone. He was very helpful and willing to help. He had one Q mattress in stock and said he would put my name on it, until I could get there. He was up beat and seemed like I was important to him.He was great and I hope the store knows what a great asset they have in him.Thank you, Dillon and keep up the great customer service skills you have.

Very friendly cashier and the store was clean and well stocked. Went in for pillows and left with many more items and my pillows.

Well not the new store or cleanest store and bathroom always dirty. And now no lock on door. Wow ppl get it together and fast. But they most of the time have things we need. Ppl that work there are nice.

I have never been a fan of Big Lots. But this trip I was looking for a particular size Santa hat. A staff member was very helpful but they didnt have the right size. So I found a snowman in the store and removed its hat.

The employees are super nice and helpful.. shoot one of them even told me big lots has an online website now and that their stock comes in on Tuesdays

Lots of bare shelves, someone even asked them if they were going out of business. They claimed no, but the shelves told a different story.

My son was killed across the street from there at 2020 east frorida 2017.

Store is fine, but area is not comfortable with people just hang out by planters. Druggies or homeless?

I was able to find stuff that I needed they were already taking all the summer stuff but other than that pretty well stocked

Every time I go the store looks like theyre going out of business, empty and dirty shelves. This was even before covid... every time I go I hope I can find what I need or even something cute that I dont need like the San Diego stores but nope! Not even the basics... Not going back to Hemet store ever!

I love the warm welcome when I walk I the store. The girls at the registers do a great job. They smile, say hello, they are sweet and polite even when customers are not. Not very well stocked at all, has been pretty picked over for awhile now. I wouldnt call the place clean and have experienced long lines within the store and social distancing wasnt really a thing.

Im impressed. They have improved their floor plan with products of all kinds and within the seasons. I feel its much cleaner. Different personnel, but it works. Good pricing for unique products such as snack items, low calorie goods.

This is always one of my favorite places to shop. There are always surprises in store. Great prices on most things. You do have to watch though, because sometimes an item might be cheaper at Wal-Mart. But they have a great variety in all departments. Sometimes have items in the grocery dept you cant find anywhere else. If you join the Reward program they send you a discount coupon after a few shopping trips

Alittle low on stock but good store customer serivce is great

I purchased a sectional sofa a year ago and was convinced to get the $90 insurance in case something went wrong with it. Well now it has a bulge in the back side like something is broken inside. I tried filling a claim and they denied it because supposedly it only covers nail polish stains or cigarette burns but not wear and tear. Well I could of saved me $90 and continued not painting my nails on my couch. FYI people don’t buy the insurance and they’re furniture is expensive and it’s cheaply made

Big Lots usually have some pretty good closeout deals, however, Ive noticed, their prices seem to be so much higher and in some cases, the same items can be found at other stores for a lessor amount. Needless to say, I doubt theyre the best deal in town anymore.

I like this place. They have a wide selection. But look for quality over price. Since everything is reasonably priced. Furniture is the best deal.

Big Lots should be called Huge Lots. Theres always something good there for a good price. Even in the event that they may have something out of date, theres so much good stuff there, its makes no difference. The movie selection rivals Best Buy @ this point. Especially for finding rare movies.

The customer service was satisfactory. But what chaps my hide is when you have 7 to 10 customers standing in line you have seven employees in only one trying how to use the register. That is not cool

I find some very good deals at Big Lots and sometimes forget they are right down the street. But I went recently again and found all kinds of delicious things like beet chips and some other health food items that I really enjoyed!

Theyre like a smaller, compact version of WalMart. The staff is always friendly & willing to help you find what youre looking for. The prices are very competitive as well.

The guy Chris, in the furniture dept. answered my call and was horrible, hung up before I even finished saying thank you, bye and didnt even let me finish asking the question when he is repeating the answer yes. Ok I get it you know what I will ask, but the customers maybe very new to their programs, just like me. Have some patience, especially in retail.

Its coming in I enjoyed it variety of different things that I normally dont get at the supermarket so I give it a three stars
