Love their customer service... Ms. Gloria in reception is amazing and very helpful and concerned with your satisfaction. My Dr is amazing too... All around pleasant visits... Oh and reasonable prices... Oh yeah and they price match on contacts. 😁😁😁

Great experience getting contacts for the first time. Doctor was helpful and thorough. The receptionist was really good and helped me a lot! Gloria was awesome! Thank you guys for making it a smooth easy experience.

Terrible customer service... they don’t even know how to communicate..the supervisor is rude I was trying to ask her a question and she was very rude I will be calling corporate on this store .. everyone don’t go here

I shop regularly at this Walmart so when it was time to get new glasses I chose this location. I was treated very poorly by a representative named Natalie when I asked questions about there policies so I decided to leave. While I was speaking with the assistant manager in the other side of the facility Natalie decided to leave the office to then come and antagonize me further and interrupt my conversation with the manager. When I told her that her behavior was inappropriate and that this is not how you treat customer she puffed her chest and rolled her eyes and said she does not care. I can not believe that the manager did not tell her to stop or anything the service was terrible.

The lady that helped me was very helpful and Im happy with my new glassesbut the price I paid I thought was way to much just for lenses it was $89.00this included a $20.00 fee for using my own frames witch I thought was BSand I had to sign a waver in cases they damaged my frames.

Irresponsible and neglectful optometrist/ Disrespectful and the prescription was redone by a professional ophthalmologist. They couldnt believe how medically neglectful she was ..... submitted grievance.... go somewhere else.

Horrible insurance policy cheap glasses that will break easy okay customer service

These guys were rude in person, then sent me a bill for a contact lens exam when I only went there for glasses. I paid my copay, and these greedy people are trying to bill me for a service I didnt want, ask for, or be provided with.

Cheap materials.....I have to clean them at least 5 times a day and they dont come clean unless you use the cleaning solution. They also require your insurance information even though you tell them its not covered and youre paying cash.

4 star for Dr. for her duty on my prev visit prior examination, and the rest staff I went in today theyre bunch of cold fishes, though Im a homeless, actual I was dirty smelly after backyard works.
