Dr Higa is great. Professional, knows what he is doing and quite friendly and personable. Star of the show. Supporting staff very nice and knowledgeable as well.

This office is the most amazing facility in my opinion . The experience was quick and easy. Im diabetic so a yearly eye exam is important to me. Dr. Higa has an extremely knowledgeable staff that put my anxiety to rest. Thank you very much for an excellent eye exam.

I had a contact exam in June and had contacts ordered that day. A month later I get a call if I wanted to order them. Here we are in October and I have still not recieved my contacts nor been contacted by them. I have already paid for them back in June!

I was pleased with my latest visit to Dr. Higas eye care center office.The waiting time was reasonable, the staff courteous and friendly.I had a diabetic eye exam with photos, and this was the first time I didnt get to see the doctor at all which I found surprising, because on my previous visits I would Always see him as well!This time saving new way of doing things is not necessarily what I would welcome and agree to! You go to a doctors office to see the doctor as well, and especially when your visit is an annual one!It was important to me to bring this up and share this, for next time I will insist to also consult with the doctor .

Ive been a patient of Dr. Higa for many years. The doctor has always explained things thoroughly and the staff has always been helpful. My time can be limited, but they always find a way to get an appointment that works for me.
