I love jc penny I went looking for a air dryer and I got a worker help me with price and found out that the best one that was originally $160 was only $69 the next day. I went back and got it the next day. I LOVE IT ITS CALLED IBSTANT VORTEX. IT COOKS, FRYS, ROAST, REHEATS ANF BAKES.

Oh this place is so sad! I used to love shopping here back in the day. We moved back into town after 8 years and this place looks like Sears used to. There was very little variety and sizes available. One plus was their dressing was open.

Ive been a customer of this store for years. Always good service and good products. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because they were out of my Nike low top socks that Ive gotten there for years.

Why cant they take off all the security off the close why do I have to go back to finish my purchase in my experience Very bad service. I just dont understand why they cant check everything before we leave. I just bought clothes for the kids and they left the security on the clothes. Now I have to go back. Its not happy very upset.

This stores seems to be blowing out merchandise (from other stores?),, using sales which are great cost savings. If you like their products, buy now. While I was shopping, sales prices were changed 2 times, by different clerks. For example buy 1 get 1 for 9.99. then buy 1 get 1. Then just sale. Very packed with merchandise.

The first order of Bermuda shorts shipped with someone elses order instead of mine. Everyone makes mistakes. But the return and reorder of them at a store was expedited and delivered to the store for pickup (my choice) within about three days. I consider that good service.

So I order some items online and do the whole Curbside pickup thing. Tell me why they have this service. I waited a good 15-20 min and nothing. I had to go inside and let someone know I was her for a curbside pickup. I am sorry it defeats the purpose. Why offer it. Very disappointed.

They dont have much of a selection in shoes. Its a small store compared to the other ones at the other malls.

It is still a nice store with lots of choices of styles and sizes for men. I just wish they could stock more Nike athletic crew socks for men.

I wouldve shopped more but just got what i needed and left.people in line was directly behind me and the whole line wasnt safe & employees never in forced safety issues.i had ro ask the people in line to please respect my safety space as well as there own safety spaces. Lines are still very long. Selection of merchandise is good and the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates is very good.It appears that there is still a minimum staffing issue that appears to be a company wide opportunity.Overall the price point and value is much better in my opinion then its close competition. Definitely the customer service part of the experience is greater then that of most of its competitors.

I have been shopping here for almost 30 years. I lived in Temecula for 20 years and when they built the Temecula Mall in 2000 I was so thrilled they had a J.C. Penney store. Previously I lived in Oceanside and would shop at Penneys at North County Mall. Bought all my childrens clothes there and my own. Been living in Hemet almost 2 years now but only just checked out the mall here a few days ago. Was happy to see a JC Penney. I just love this store.

Its 4 stars because they are open and staffed. It sucks to be a closing business but holding on...thanks for the staff being there. Wear a mask and be considerate to all those around you.

Clean. Well managed. Well decorated. I kind of feel sorry for them because they try so hard to compete against Amazon but it really is fun to shop there. More fun than shopping online. Try it. You might enjoy yourself.

Not enough inventory to choose from

There was a friendly security guard or maybe he was loss prevention employee that opened the door for all entering and exiting. I thought that was nice. Went to pick up my online order online and albeit they have a section marked for online order pick up, thats not where you go. They have you go to a regular cashier and then they ask for your order email, app scan code or phone number. A bit of a bummer as there was a line with only one cashier. I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they are probably under staffed due to COVID-19. Once I got to the cashier, she was very friendly and assisted me quickly.

Love to order on line and pick up at the store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Plus, I love that now they email your receipt. THank you because I always loss them

It was terrible! Not enough help on the floors, or at the registers! After waiting with my 93 year old grandmother for 15 minutes, I went to another line, and then waited another 10 min.!!! Unacceptable! We will not be back for a long time! Will do our shopping elsewhere! Will put our J.C. PENNYS card away!

You can usually find pretty good deals on all the name brand clothes like Nike, Adidas, Dickies, Levis, etc. For bargain hunters they usually have a good amount of clothes on clearance for fairly cheap. I one bought $140 worth of clothes for $35. Also it is a nice place to bring your little as mine loves to run around all the clothes. It really makes him happy and that makes me happy. The staff is always helpful and informative.

The day after Black Friday, Wow! The lines were long, but moving very quickly. Service was above good, the associate that greated me had a smile7 the whole time she was working, at least while7 I was in line.

Lines are horrible. Only two registers open in the whole store. The store is cramped and a mess. They definitely need more staffing. Cashier was very nice though.

This location had very many special sales going on, It would be nice if all the locations had the same sales as this store. The staff were very friendly and really helpful with my questions about their sales, guiding me to the mens department and fitting rooms. It was a little smaller than the rest I have been to but it was rather organized. I Would visit again if I was in the area

JCPenneys has a great selection on a lot of clothes with reduced pricing. I found some good t-shirts and shorts for the summer. Also their customer service is great. One of the cashiers was able to give me 10% or my purchase. Theres plenty of parking as well.

Very expensive!

Needed a wedding dress for my daughters wedding, went straight to JCPenney, found the dress, only had to try one on! Tell me how often that happens! I was thrilled! Staff count is low though, wait time to buy anything is ridiculous! Seems they have more security in there than they have cashiers, why? just get cameras and leave the security people at the doors with the monitor, lol! They will catch them!

Love JCPenny. I went shopping for toddler cloths and found everything I needed. The employees are so helpful and very nice. I will continue to shop there.

This location is quite disorganized. Although I DID find what I was looking for, I didnt feel comfortable enough to shop for more items. It feels cluttered and messy. Not very inviting. However, the cashier was very friendly and sociable, which I can appreciate.

I like shopping at Pennys. Had a fairly long wait at the jewelry counter, today, so I went to Sears and did some shopping.Seemed like a lack of enthusiasm in JC Penney during this visit.

I was doing some pre-prom shopping, I went in the back and looked for a jacket, 50% off, found some pants, 70$ usually, on sale for 37$. Happy with these savings I went to the counter. When I got there, a manger gave me ANOTHER coupon and I got 40% of my total purchase. I only paid a third of my total cost!! I wore the suit to prom and Several events after. This store has good items for great deals.

Great JCPenney that is smaller than average. They still have a decent selection of cloths I find and probably most mellianials stylish. I shop here only when things are on sale and my wardrobe looks much better because of it. 4 stars only because it is a smaller store size.

They are always have sales and you can find really great deals. But because of the sale and customers just throwing clothes and shoes wherever it gets messy. They may need to hire more people just to clean and organize throughout the day

Its smaller than the one where I lived before Hemet, but I always seem to find a good sale on clothes there. I wish they were a larger store with a salon and portrait studio

Its an alright place to shop. Only thing out of the ordinary is its really jam packed where the racks are to close together. Its like walking through a maze to get back to the main walk way. Also its disorganized. Their should be a main person organizing as some people dont put things back.

I went in looking to purchase a new suit. I was able to get help from a salesperson that was very knowledgeable about mens fashion which I appreciated. Im not sure what problems the reviewer that was trying to buy shorts had but I always receive excellent service here.

I went there with my wife on Monday March 19th to look at some clothes. The place is a mess, they are remodeling I guess inside. And they just pushed the racks with clothes around. You have no access to the clothes. They just threw some plastic on top. Besides the place was dirty before. A bunch of old/out of the style clothing. They should have close the place while remodeling. But I guess they still want to make money even if it is inconvenience for customers. Bad management I guess.Bad experience.
