Clean inside, not too busy. Lots of clothes. Also had a few cool Halloween props. I know inventory changes but on this particular day the store was 95% clothing. Ill be back another time.

Wow. Just wow! Worst thrift store in the area. Every t shirt is a minimum of $6 and higher. $10 for an Aeropostale t shirt! Insane! $20 for a pair of jeans. What is this?? A boutique? In the poorest area within 50 miles? Disgusting that goodwill is trying to wring the wallets out of those with less money. I was informed by a store worker that the prices are absurdly high because they are a “high volume store,” and corporate makes them price higher because of this. Think about that- because they know a lot of people shop here (low income area) they think they can price things double what they do in other areas. Disgusting and shameful. I hope this store goes out of business before people support this shameful business practice. If anyone at Goodwill is reading this, please change your ways, because you are helping nobody. And asking for an extra donation on top of how overpriced your items are?! What??? NEVER COMING BACK

Super expensive store!!! the personal Are very rude and not friendly at all And definitely they are crazy about the prices 🤑🤑🤑🤑and even more by asking for a donations??? once you ready to check out worse the store ever!!! Change the highly prizes in the items because we come to this store because is Cheaper supposedly and you guys not helping the Low income families Don’t take advantage off the donations!! Prices went up too high lately $15:00 plus tax for a used pair of jeans. I tried to return them later on but the dont give money back only exchange. Not happy about that. Be aware.

The worst thrift store in Hemet. This has to be the 50th time Ive gone to this store and found nothing worth buying. I frequent all of the thrift stores in Hemet every week and have so for years. This is the only one that always leaves me empty-handed and frustrated. Upon entering the store you have to listen to a redundant speech that no other store forces its customers to listen to time and time again. I know its so well now I could recite it in entirity from memory. After the painfuly awkward few minute speech I walk around the store and find.... absolutely nothing. I finally decided to stop wasting my time by coming to this store. Keep in mind I dont buy clothes so maybe they have a good deal on clothes. Im an antiquarian book collector and I collect all sorts of vintage items as well. They way overprice any item that is semi nice. I find great stuff all the time at every other other thrift store, I wonder why this is the only one that has such a terrible selection.

With the high prices they charge for used items you might as well go to Walmart.

They are expensive for being Goodwill However, I have found a couple of things. Be very careful with electronics. No luck on that department, a couple of things Ive gotten their didnt function, comes in but didnt do the job vacuum and such. So I look for fun but decided to spend a little more money and buy it from Walmart sad to say it was cheaper than Goodwilland brand new

Find a SAVERS, it will be worth the drive. The one located in Temecula/Murrieta is a really good one. Pricing is too high and in consistent at a lot of Goodwills.Find a Savers.

Wouldnt exchange an item that was clearly broken. I put files in and none of the drawers pulled out. I took it back to exchange, of course the drawers work fine with nothing in them, the manager went to pull the bottom drawer and it got stuck. It took her a second to get it open and she said at the end of the day it still opens. Just wanted to exchange for the other filing cabinet they had! Not looking for a refund. I just need one that works.

We were looking for a suit jackets and dress shirt. Found exactly what we were looking for. We got 2 suit jackets and 3 dress shirts for $36.

These mofos here don’t deserve any stars...seriously. Went in and seen a cooking pot I really liked. Mind you the pot had two different price stickers. Get to the register, rather than the cashier honoring at least one sticker price, they take the merchandise to the back to price check and come back with a price higher than what both price stickers had on it....I couldn’t believe it. Talk about false advertisement. Be careful here folks. And best believe they will never get any business from me in the future!

Prices are way too high. Found three different items with original price tags from other stores for half as much as they price it. Clothes with stains and holes for 7.99? Wow. Broken mugs for 3.99? Crazy high prices. Ill go to the Salvation Army and know I will get better deals.

I really like thrifting and try to go on weekly basis. However I notice every time I come here I barely get anything because the selection is very limited in certain areas. Lots of areas seem to mainly geared towards elderly and middle aged. It it truly a hit or miss every trip I take here. Overall I have nice and calm experience here and just enjoy browsing to just see if there is anything. Honestly I dont think any the clothes I have found here are worth 6.00 dollars which the majority of clothes are priced. It just like going to the regular clothing store and I honestly dont like that I am spending more.

Not what it used to be..... Prices have been hiked up and quality of merchandise down. Customer service is meh. But on the other hand treasures can be found. Good luck

So today my mother went in with the receipt to exchange a pair of pants that didnt fit my son. Usually if you cant exchange them because it did have my card info on it they will let us know they cant unless the cardholder is there in person we would have totally understood. My mother called me upset I went down to talk to their manager come to find out Eileen was the assistant manager and all she did is say Im not dealing with this come tomorrow talk to the manager. I told her she was disrespectful because all she did was turn around and laughed. What kind of service and professionalism is this towards their customers!?

I went looking gor clothes & they charges me adult prices for kids clothes. They didnt give me the discount that they were supposed to. The color of the week was red and all of the items I brought up had a red tag. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes before the lady decided to call for back up. The screen for the register is pointed away from the customer so you cant see what they are charging you. You also cannot fix this because once you pay for your items there is no returns. This is a very bad way to do business. To keep prices hidden until its too late. I am not the only person the store did this to. The lady in front of me had something charged incorrectly and didnt see it until the transaction was done and the recipt in hand and they told her that there was nothing they could do. This is how good will treats its customers. Shame on you good will. I will not be going back. The salvation army is a much better place to go.

Was there around 12:30 PM today (15th).was in line to check out (2 cashiers) 1 line, asked and older female employee if the other cashier was open (had to ask 3 times) and she took her good time to answer and when she did she said VERY RUDELY ...YOU ONLY SEE ONE LINE DONT YOU and walked away... isnt any Goodwill in this store.

I walked into this goodwill this morning and I had asked the female manager if she could help me with a pair of little kids shoes that havent been put into the books. She said Ill check, 20minutes later, I asked if someone could check up with the manager. I get an answer that they cant help and wasted my time.

SO, I have a few things to say about (who I believe is the manager). Whoever the lady is that is quite large with long blonde/white hair, pretty elderly and wears glasses. SHE IS A MEAN AND ROTTEN PERSON.My husband accidentally bumped into the fire alarm while trying on a jacket, his elbow hit the alarm, setting it off. He apologized directly to her and she ignored him. It was an accident.Firemen came and disarmed the alarm. She proceeded to go and talk to the firemen.When we went to tell the firemen what had happened, they said that she said that my husband pulled the alarm ON PURPOSE because he wanted to see what happened. ?! Insane!!!! We cleared things up with the policemen and firemen and they themselves believed us because it was the truth.All I have to say is that a business should not be ran by (I’m assuming a racist), lying, mean person. If she’s running a business she has to be prepared and ready to handle different situations. I hope she reads this, you mean horrible hag.
