Absolutely recieved the worst experience at this dealership such a shame the salesperson Vivian was amazing unfortunately the sales desk manager Gary was a complete fool he stepped in with a very high voice nearly yelling, snatching documents and completely disrespectful did not expect this kind of behavior from someone in any kind of dealership simply because we were negotiating the price he even felt the need of mentioning my children saying I should not be attempting to negotiate a vehicle with my children present( my children were well-behaved) I am completely surprised at the lack of professionalismBe mindful of where you take your business and dont let no fool feel he can step all over you.

Have you ever been to a dealership and they didn’t even know about the vehicles they sell? This was the complete OPPOSITE experience. Jimmy knows his stuff and walked me through all the features and benefits of the truck I was looking for and made the buying process super smooth and I didn’t have to spend my whole day at the dealership. Okay so let me explain, I have been to this dealership for both sales and service. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my vehicle. The sales person, which unfortunately I don’t recall his name, was very friendly, polite, and as “honest” as a sales person can get. A decent experience which has also let me to refer them to friends and family. Now if we start talking about service, it’s a whole other situation. I have take my vehicle 3 times since I purchased my vehicle in 2019 and each and one of those times I came out very disappointed. I am not going to dig in and butcher this people but just to keep it short, worst experience and worst service I’ve ever experienced at a car service location. Sales personnel try to over sale you services that your car doesn’t need, even if you have warranty you will always end up paying, and they don’t even bother to wash your car. And I say wash your car because when I purchased my car with the extended warranty, they stated that my vehicle will be washed every time I take it for service. At the end of the day, the car washing is the least of my problems. My car has been hit and paint has been chipped, overcharged with services, sales personnel have attitude and could care less about customer service (*except this new girl who seems to be doing okay but is being misguided by the guys in the office*) and last but definitely not least they take DAYS to actually take a look at your vehicle. Took them 6 days to actually have a technician inspect and diagnose. I hate to be that customer but 3 times is enough.

This is my 3rd time buying a car at Gosch Chevy and it’s always been a great experience. Israel and his team are friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Sara was informative and helpful and even sent me videos of the vehicle i was looking at online. I highly recommend coming here for your new car!

The workmanship is acceptable, (NOT ANYMORE, see below) but their scheduling needs improvement, when i first dropped off my car I was told that i would tale 4 days top to finish my service and it ended up taking 7 days.I took my 1999 Chevy suburban in for a general check up, as it turns out they made me the estimate oil change, front brakes, changing the radiator hoses and fixing the air conditioning, changing the bolt join plus the boot on the drivers side for about $ 3,100. Well, I told them to fix it, the repair took a little longer than the estimated time as you can see at the begging of this post, but that was not the main problem, the problem was that they forgot to fill the radiator with antifreeze and consequently the car was overheated. They gave me the SUV on a Tuesday and I drove it just around town the rest of the week, but it was until I drove it to Menifee when i noticed the temperature gag rising like hell, I stopped let it cool and check the water/antifreeze level to find out that they did not fill it up after they changed the radiator hoses.

I even called Diamond twice, i left a message at both dealerships and Michael called me back and answered my questions and provide additional information about what service my car needed. I never received a phone call back from Diamond. Michaels timely call back answering my questions was the deciding factor of me taking my car to Gosch for service. Went for service maintenance. Exceptional service from Dean in office. But I got my inspection report on phone and it showed two red area, engine air filter and cabin air filter. I asked if it was taken care of, but Dean was not aware of it. I’m paying $3500 for 3 yrs service and they didn’t replace them.

4th vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealership. Everyone easier then the last. I spent a total of 2.5 hours on site and drove 2 vehicles and processed all the paperwork for a purchase in that time. Friendly staff and very respectful.
