The best place to go to ship wine bottles home. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. This was our first trip to wine country, and they were recommended to us by a local winery. We will definitely use Fitch Packaging in the future to ship wine bottles!

I had the same experience as another shipper. Shipment was insured with UPS. Wine was clearly damaged as you could see purple in the white styrofoam. Phone calls were not returned and emails were ignored. Then I did get them once Glad you called, I could not find your number. Really?Fitch did NOTHING to assist me. That is disappointing because I know UPS did the actual shipping. However, Vicki and company DO NOT CARE!!!

Super friendly owners guessed that I needed wine packaging before I walked through the door. They had it ready in minutes and were very helpful.

I had wine shipped. One bottle was broken upon arrival. Despite 3 phone calls and assurances from Vicki I was never reimbursed for the breakage. I provided receipts and pictures. Very disappointing.
