Small little UPS store. A bit dark in here and staff not as friendly as some UPS Stores but has most services & stuff you might need. Its next to Verizon and in the Dollar Tree and Safeway big complex.

We have used the Healdsburg UPS for numerous purposes including: international shipping, domestic shipping, notary public, stationery/packing supplies, etc. The owner and staff have always been extremely courteous and incredibly helpful. If our item needs to get somewhere with no hitches, UPS is our “go to”.

Weve have a P.O. box at this store for 3 years, so have used this shop for shipping, printing, you name it! Always a positive experience. The staff is efficient and friendly. The store often gets busy at peek hours and seasons, and they work their butts off to get people in and out.

Havent used the printing/copying services here but the notary services are absolutely abysmal. Went in to get a document notarized for application of a emergency child passport. The notary signed the document with three different dates: June 26, 25 and 24 (it was actually June 26)! Yes, I should have checked the dates before I left but I just checked the signature, assuming that writing the date three times within 60 seconds that theyd be correct. The mistake cost me a trip to San Francisco: four hours of driving and 90 minutes sitting in the San Francisco Passport Agency. The $15 refund doesnt even get close to compensating!

Don’t expect friendly or attentive service at this location. They’d rather leave you with vague instructions on how to use the computer, or just disappear to the back to discuss soccer or the latest Dorito flavor (literally both discussions I’ve overheard while customers are waiting to be helped). Heaven forbid you have a question they don’t like, or after already paying for their services need a FedEx drop off (a return that was not at all my decision of who to send it with) as the British fellow will gladly send you all the way to Windsor when there’s a box next door at Safeway. I will in future happily drive to Windsor to avoid this unpleasantness.

There were customers before us and we had an appointment so we were hesitate bur Laura Cinollo was very professional, efficency and able to multi-taks. Her time management skills were so great, we were able to make our tight schedule. She was very professional and friendly. We highly recommend this UPS store.

If I could offer a -0, I would. We recently used this store to ship a package to Chico, which we wanted there by April 28--the day of a birthday. Her staff assured us the box (shipped with them Thursday a.m.) would arrive on time ON SATURDAY.The staff recommended USPS shipping based on the fact that the birthday package was wrapped in brown shipping paper--something not an issue at the Santa Rosa store but UPS wont take them now apparently. Why they couldnt just shove it in a UPS box is anyones guess. The package still has not arrived at its destination. It completely missed the birthday, and it is looking like it may not even get there until Tuesday. Seven days. I could have ridden my bicycle to Chico and delivered it faster, and my bike is a 3-speed!What really adds the salty icing to the fruitcake of this awful experience is the manager. When I ran the tracking number Friday morning, I instantly saw that USPS had the package marked for Monday delivery. I immediately contacted the store because this is not what we were told to expect. The manager offered NOTHING. Only to say: we are so sorry your package did not arrive on time. It doesnt happen often, but the postal system is not fool proof when the package was STILL in San Francisco. Its like she copies and pastes this response into email whenever there is a complaint. No offer to call USPS to ask them for help in seeing if she could get the package expedited--telling them that her staff had made a mistake. Instead, she kept pushing back at us like it was our fault for believing what her team promises. What idiots we are for thinking her staff knows what they are doing when customers specifically tell them a package has to be to a destination by a particular day. The managers answer: The post office delivery times are their expectations but they dont really stand behind them with any re compensation. Are you kidding me? And the staff recommends this delivery? I have mailed other packages to Chico from other Santa Rosa stores without an issue. They always arrive on time. Amazon even manages to get packages to Chico on time. We would have used Federal Express if her staff had warned that the package would not arrive by Saturday. The manager refuses to take any responsibility and defends her staff because we are Shipping People trying to do the best we can.Um no. No, you are not. You are in the I take no responsibility for the service we did not provide and I wont help you because it will infringe on my weekend plans people.

I would highly discourage anybody from using this business based on my recent experience. I purchased a high-end bicycle from another Healdsburg business that used this store to ship the bicycle to me in Georgia.Upon arrival, I unboxed the bicycle to find that it had been damaged in shipment due to improper packaging. I immediately phoned UPS to file a claim as I had insured the shipment for several thousand dollars. After writing up an overview of the situation and submitting numerous photos I was informed that my claim had been denied. I attempted to determine why it had been rejected only to find out that they could not share any details with me…only the shipper, who happened to be The UPS Store. I pressed UPS regarding my “insurance” only to be told that they do not offer insurance and that my payment was only to establish an “appraised value” in the event of a total loss. The store manager only works a few days a week and was apparently the only person that could assist me so I was forced to wait until the following Monday to get more detail. After calling The UPS Store, the store manager informed me that the claim was denied as a result of improper/ insufficient packaging. He went on to admit that for the 5 years that he had been at the store they had been selling “insurance” on shipments and was not aware that the $20 per thousand they were charging was to establish an “appraised value”. How can a person whose business is involved primarily in shipping miss something so critical? In the end I was able to get the bike shop to agree to take the bicycle back but was responsible for having it re-packed and shipped. This resulted in almost $200 out of pocket. I contacted The UPS Store to inquire about the possibility of them picking up the return freight charges as their general lack of knowledge was an integral part of this mess. The owner would not deal with me directly but informed me through her manager that she saw no responsibility whatsoever in this situation and felt that she owed me nothing. This response from a business owner that had been offering insurance to customers for years that in reality didn’t exist…isn’t that considered fraud? After all was said and done the manager acknowledged that had they packed the bike they would have taken responsibility for the damage…unfortunately this information was never shared with the bike shop prior to shipping my bike.A total lack of understanding crucial details associated with their business combined with poor customer service equals a business you want to avoid.I had a great experience shipping the bike back via FedEx…and by the way, they offer insurance.

The staff at the UPS Store were very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion would be to have clear instructions on process of making copies, right at or on the copier machines.

Laura (the owner) is very rude, I dropped off an amazon return and I ran out of tape to tape my return label on the box and she rudely told me to buy some tape there if she was going to ship my box.
