I would have to say I have never had so many issues with a company in my life. Every single time I walk into this tmobile store I leave extremely unhappy and stressed out. Went in today to pay my wifes phone bill. And Daniel refused to let us pay because she didnt have her ID on her. Which doesnt make any sense to me what so ever. Ive been double charged before. Ive been over priced. And all this has happened on many different occasions. I believe my biggest mistake is even stepping foot back Into that store or even the laurel mall in general

Went there today for a new phone today..the phone we wanted was not in stock..Noone has the phone we want. Why have them out on display when u dont even have them

Their service did not work in my area. I returned the device and closed my account the following day. Only to have a collection listed on my credit report 6 months later. They failed to close the account properly, and now I cant get ahold of anyone to help me remove this.

Don’t believe the bad reviews. Entitled people who don’t like to wait and want to complain because they weren’t babied when they came in. Customer service is amazing, all the reps are bilingual and friendly and educated on what they’re talking about.
They dont welcome customers to the store and just to pay a phone bill if their dealing with another person. Example changing their sim card and the employee isnt doing anything they make you wait. In order to pay you still have to wait even if they aint doing Anything
Ronnie was cool, but the T-Mobile system was slow while I was trying to pay my bill. Not very user friendly.
Very poor service a lot of dropped calls and also expensive had TMobile changed to verizion better service and actually cheaper
