The store was busy and every table was occupied by a customer. I walked in and was going to turn around but Carlos the manager greeted me before I could walk out. He started asking me questions about why I was in and before I knew it I was sitting at a table being helped by Keny. What excellent customer service! I picked a good time to go here,,, I didnt have to wait in line for service. I only needed someone to take a look @ my tablet because of volume issues. I had everything right so he couldnt do anything either so he gave me information I would need to open a claim.

Very poor service for only trying to switch a sim card. Lack of knowledge for a store that is supposed to have professionals to help the customers. I now have an issue with sim cards on 2 devices due to lack of competence.

I walked into AT&T to look for some accessories for my phone. I was immediately greeted by an associate named AP, who gave me a friendly smile and asked if I needed help with anything. AP noticed the model of my phone was very old and began to share some promotions they had for upgrades. I had no idea where to start, but AP did a stellar job explaining the difference between my phone vs some newer models. He was patient with me and helped me pick a phone that best suited my needs. I really didn’t expect to leave the store with a brand new phone but I’m very glad I did and very happy with my upgrade. All in all, my experience at this store was great and I would definitely be back. I would highly recommend AP for anyone who is not tech savvy, or just anyone who appreciates great customer service.
I just had the most wonderful experience with Jessica!!! I needed to get my new phone backed up so I made an appointment and she was the person that helped me. Even after the store closed she was still tending to us and was very pleasant. She was there with us every step of the way even an hour after her shift was supposed to end. Two weeks ago I was at the store to order a new phone. The store was busy as it usually is and there was about 20 people inside. I walked in, got what I needed done and he told me I can come in whenever my phone comes in to have someone in the store help me do my transfer. So today I go to the store and there is only a family in the store. As I tell the woman who approached me entering what I was there for she told me I now need an appointment to do this. I said well the guy told me I can come right in. she said they can’t have that many people in the store at a time now and A phone transfer takes too long so i just needed to make an appointment. there was a family of 4 in there with kids running around what is the different if they are being helped by someone else working. She was not helping anyone as she came right to me entering the store. I told her i wasn’t going to argue with her because she was very rude and she told me she wasn’t arguing with me. Working with the public is all about customer service. I never had someone be so rude. I called another location and they were so nice and told me I could come up to the store whenever I wanted today. If you now need an appointment then it should not be accepting walk ins. Weather I was there to buy a new phone set up a new plan transfer my phones. Anything takes a little bit to do in the store. So it made no sense to me.
This one in Hazleton is good. A corporate store. The one in Tamaqua is privately owned, and their service there is terrible.
We went to the Hazelton AT&T and Leslie helped us. She was friendly and very attentive. Would highly recommend Leslie!

I dont often write reviews but I must comment on APs exceptional customer service. I was shopping around for prices a few months ago to open a couple of lines for one of businesses and stopped at the Hazleton store. Despite the store being quite busy he immediately greeted us and assured he will be right with us. AP was extremely thorough with the terms and conditions, knowledgeable on the different phone/gadget models and specs and easily explained the different plans. In addition, he was able to provide an amazing deal. I later learned that AP is bilingual is fluent in Spanish which is a very important asset in this area. AP is a perfect example of professionalism and has many characteristics that I look for in possible employees for my store. I have traveled down there a few times to buy new devices and I will continue to drive down to the Hazleton store whenever I need any assistance from him. It is always a pleasure. Do not hesitate to call and make an appointment with AP!

I just set up a wireless account for my business and I’m glad I stopped here instead of Verizon. This crew really knows their stuff. We were having technical difficulties with our phones and she got it all squared away! I HIGHLY recommend her. If youre going to this location, make sure you ask HER for help. It was an ok experience. Not the best because I was turned around in circles by att. They sd over the phone I could bring my old number on a new S20 plus nd when I got to the store, they sd they couldnt transfer. It made me mad but I can say the guy did try pretty hard to satisfy me. I respect that much!

Very helpful employees, will do everything they can to resolve any issues you have.A year ago would only give 1 star, just because its location is relatively close. At that time the employees couldnt be bothered with you type attitude. That has changed. Very pleasant to deal with.

Went here at 11:30am today (Thursday), it was bust and all associates were helping customers, but didnt even acknowledge us, or other new customers entering the store..not even to say someone will be right with you or it will be xx amount of minutes. We wound up leaving.
Everything was and is always good but I would like to know where my free months are a friend has Verizon pre pay phone he got 2 free months what about att and there customers that have been there over 20 years do we get anything

Will never be a AT&T customer again. I switched to Verizons unlimited plan and it took AT&T 10 days to unlock my phone. They wouldnt reimburse me for my time without a phone or the mystery I experienced trying to get them to unlock my phone. If you leave AT&T, pursue having your phone unlocked as soon your obligation with them ends. They will screw you over!!!!

Hmmmm....Wow (not in a good way) I’m here to do an upgrade and the manager tried to discourage me...I’m guessing because is getting near closing time. I get it, for those of us that have been in retail we’ve been there but the atmosphere here is definitely not customer friendly and I’d expect better from ATT. I’ll only come here in the future if I have no other choice.2yrs later.....glad to see that this store takes their reputation seriously (not). Didn’t even get acknowledged (along with the customer that came in just after I arrived). Seriously people you need to take a guest service 101 class. From the condition of the store to the employees working here...very disappointing. Again, unless there’s NO other option, like today don’t support this store. Or at the minimum demand better.

Same thing happened once before and we left, some customers not a lot. Same thing this time but actually got waited on after quite a wait. Apparently they dont say to people coming in be with you as soon as we can, which would be preferred but leave you waiting g there indefinitely until they were ready for a next customer. Maybe thats why this time there were fewer customers because like last time we just eventually walked out at over half an hour wait. First we had been standing looking at things than we sat down and still no one acknowledged us.

I went to this store for a question about my phone account and when I go in I was not greeted by any of the att associate maybe its because I look spanish. anyway I waited for about 10 min with the associates looking at me and walking around and looking again. Im thinking hey am I painted here.Then the only associate that came to me starts talking in spanish and naturally I responded in English. I told him my problem and he tells me that you cant do anything just pay. he told me to call customer service and naturally being 7pm customer service is closed you think a worker would know that its closed after 7pm eastern time. so I gave up going to a store that doesnt know what to do when you have a problem and I decided to contact att chat customer service. my problem was solved with out paying a fee and there is always something you can do dont stop until you use all your resources.

Very under staffed walked in to get a phone case stood there 1 hour 20 mins while workers walked by and didnt even ask if they could help me or acknowledge I was there, others stood there also waiting for people to get done as there 3 employees ran around for other customers.
