What a pain! All I wanted was an island to put my wedding gifts in. On the online check out I selected the option Call me to schedule an appointment for pick up because I didnt know my work travel schedule at this time. I was told it would be available for pick up in 7-10 business days when I checked out. 15 days later still no call. I left an email with CS and no response. I finally call and they schedule me for a month after my order date. How long would it have taken if I just waited for them to call? No offer for compensation. They basically didnt even start processing my order until I called even though they already took my money.Ill try to buy from someone else next time.
