I had a concern with my Ford Edge and so I drove into the Bommarito service area unannounced. The service writer listened to my concern and proceeded to my car to make a determination of the seriousness of the issue. II am so happy to tell you he took ownership of my concern and made me feel very comfortable. He asked me to take a seat in the waiting room and in a half hour I was back on the road. I am just so grateful that he could make a correction so quickly. I know Bommarito cannot provide this quick resolution on every problem, but it appears to me they are a very knowledgeable, personable and friendly group to deal with. I give them a Five Star Rating!

Someone referenced Christopher Clay to me when I totaled my car. As soon as I talked to Chris, he was super nice and respectful. It made me feel safe and comfortable to go to a dealership for the first time. I’ve never had a car note before so you can imagine how hard it was to get a bank to finance me but Chris and his finance manager stayed persistent until a bank agreed to finance a car for me. All I needed was an opportunity. It was a long process but worth it. I was able to walk off the lot with a car with no down payment. The car wreck was so inconvenient along with moving into a new place recently so I didn’t have any extra money. Chris ended up paying for my totaled car to get towed for me and paid for an extra key and remote for my car. This experience has been nothing short of a blessing. Personally it’s a lot of money for me at the moment but this is the opportunity I needed to build credit and grow. Hopefully in a couple years I can come back and say my credit is somewhere I never thought it would be! I love my lightning blue 2019 Ford Fiesta. Can’t wait to keep glamming it up!

I had a good and fun experience when I purchased my car at Bommarito Ford. My sales rep Jeff Mueller was professional and friendly and kept me in the loop through out the process. I didn’t have to do much negotiations since the vehicle was already heavily discounted (previous year, but new) and my trade was worth much more. Perfect timing for sellers market.The only issue I had was when I took home my vehicle, already 10pm and parked in the garage I noticed small scratches/dents on the front bumper. I contacted Jeff and Bommarito will fix the bumper at the Bommarrito Collision Center (I also had a good experience there). This is why I have purchased/leased 5 vehicles throughout the Bommarito network.
I seen a truck I was interested in on your lot. I called about it and talked to Jeff Mueller and made an appointment to see it the next day ( 10-15). We drove two and a half hours to get there. Upon arriving, Jeff met my wife and I and had the truck ready to test drive. We loved the truck and bought it. Money doesn’t mean as much to me as the way I am treated at the dealership. Jeff was very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. That doesn’t come easy with me because of my years in Corrections. I dealt with some of the worst men you can imagine. Bad experience! Made appointment to test drive vehicle just to find out that the vehicle wasnt available. Spoke to Manager Brad Gilbert about my frustration. He apologized and offered to give me a $50 visa card. I thought that was nice and it kind of made up for going out of my way to go to the dealership. However, I still havent received the gift card and he hasnt returned any of my calls. Not very professional!

So I was very happy with how Scott ended up taking care of me. He did an AMAZING job making sure he got a rental since my car was going to be there for a while. However upon picking up my car (after a week of them having my vehicle) I get into my vehicle and they left a razor blade on my floor board, they not only knocked my ashtray over they spilt the ashtray out alll over my passenger side floor and then they also BROKE my cup holder on the left side. The technicians left trash and wires pieces all over the floor in my car. Glad they fixed the recall however the only great thing about this was Scott. Otherwise def not happy!!!!

I have purchased several new vehicles. It was always a process that I detested. I worked with Jeff at Bommarito Ford. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and no pressure. He also didn’t want to “oversell” for my needs. I left feeling confident in my purchase. On a second note, I met with Rob in finance, he too was extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. Ive been here twice (recalls, maintenance) and so far, so good. Prices seem reasonable and they also washed my car. The people who work there are friendly and they seem very thorough (no hard-sell tactics, either: They are honest about what you dont need done yet but maybe will need next time, etc.). They dont do a bunch of unnecessary work, then charge you for it. No sudden, unpleasant surprises. ~ Also the waiting area is nice, w/free snacks and coffee.
We bought a new vehicle from sales consultant Jeff Mueller. We talked with him on the phone and told him which vehicle we were interested in. He had it ready for us to view and test drive when we arrived. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle and explained things to us as we went through the buying process. I recommend him highly!
The sales experience was awesome; however, service after the sale is failing on multiple levels. I took the truck in for service as the right rear tire kept losing pressure over time - about 8 lbs a month. Service said there were three nails and recommended replacing the the two rear tires.At the time I was skeptical as I dont use the truck for construction; it is entirely used for long distance travel. So, I went back to see the technician. He told me were the nails were; but, as I now regret, I did not ask to see the tires or ask to take the good tire with me.One month later - same right rear tire has lost same 8 pounds on same periodicity. As I was leaving on Sunday for another long distance commute, I called service three times leaving voice messages for the service manager hoping to get it in on Friday or Saturday before I left.They finally called back following week as I started this review. Their concern was not for customer satisfaction; but, it was for the integrity of their service team. I explained that I have only provided the facts and looking for next steps - any conclusions they jumped to were their own.In their defense, it does appear as if the three nails including one in the side wall were in fact NOT the root cause of the tire losing 8 lbs a month to me as well.

As soon as I pulled off from my 1:45pm oil change I got something to eat and then went to pump my gas. After pumping my gas my check engine light is on not even two hours after service. I called and was told that parts left at 3 which was insane considering I left not that long ago (it was 3:45 when I called). I feel as if something was done to my vehicle because there is no other explanation as to why it was fine before the oil change, and now I have a light on as soon as I leave.

Bommarito Collision Center took the time during check-in to make sure the inspection was thorough and there wasnt any hidden damage. During the repair they worked with my insurance company to ensure all repair requests were accurate, complete and covered. The paint matching was perfect and the body damage repaired looked better than when it was new! When it was put together, I was asked to look at it and make sure it met my expectations. And I did. Then it was sent to the shop to make sure all the codes were cleared and no new ones came up. I was very satisfied with the customer service, paint & refinishing, and lifetime warranty. I will recommend Bommarito Collision Center to anyone who needs fast, reliable, professional repairs on their vehicle.

What was supposed to take 45 minutes took almost 2 hrs, a regular oil change get an safety check. Got there at 12:30 for a 2:45 appointment and got out at 3:00. Totally unacceptable. I did get another service for nothing at a later date which was a nice gesture.SINCE THIS LAST SERVISE ABOVE, I TOOK MY WIFES ESCAPE IN FOR THE REQUIRED OIL CHANGE AND IT COULD NOT HAVE GONE ANY SMOOTHER. IN AND OUT IN 1 HOUR FROM START TO FINISH. THAT IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE I EXPECT FOR SUCH A ROUTING SERVICE.LONNIE ROBINSON WAS MY SERVICE ADVISER AND HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. Quoted a price of 125.00 for an oil change and a additional service Price ended up being 158.00. 33.00 dollars different. Not like 5$ different. So I questioned it and was told, oh well you needed an additional 2 quarts of oil. So somehow 2 quarts of oil was $33. Regular oil not synthetic. This is a Ford dealership and not my first time in. They know that truck takes 6 quarts of oil. I Feel ripped off. I know now to just to stick with oil changes and not buy anything else where the have the opportunity to get over on me.
Chuck Lawless has been such a help buying myself and my two sons cars. He is extremely honest. He told my younger son, who had his eye on a certain car, that car is not for you. My son is so grateful. He told his older brother, Mr Lawless is the only person to get a car from. Today my older son went to see Mr Lawless. Again, Mr Lawless was on point, was honest and my son found his car. Our family will only trust Mr Lawless.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with getting my car fix. I took my car to get a Diagnoses and once they fix that problem. I was called to get my car but it was not fix. My car would not drive over 40 miles. They then told me my alternator needed to be replace which would be $700 more. That wasn’t the problem either. There Mechanic forgot to hook my turbo back up so that caused all kinds of problems. If you want your car fix please do not take it to this place. My car will never be the same.

I drove away in my new car today. This was the most painless car buying experience Ive had thanks to Doug Clever. His pricing was straightforward. He put up with my pushiness about how I wanted to close the loan and made sure to get me in and out of finance with my insane schedule. Shout out to the finance guy as well. I think his name was Rob. Easiest in and out of a dealership finance office Ive ever had. Which is huge because the finance piece is just the most irritating to me. Car buying shouldnt be stressful. This was my first time buying and financing a car and he was very patient and helpful. Purchased my first new car in 13 years. Doug Clever was amazing. Showed us all the specific models I was interested in. He gave me his cell so made things easier that I was able to just text him with questions. He was patient while we went and looked at other makes/models - no pressure. Ended up back with Doug. Honest, straight-forward and high integrity. He even called a week later checking in to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend Doug Clever!
Edit: 9/28/2021 - Talked to John the finance manager, he had to talk with Mike the Sales Manager and was going to call me back. Still waiting!!!!!Bought A vehicle in August, still waiting for Title to be sent and it’s nearly Oct. I’ve left Justin Phillips (sale guy I worked with) a message and called the sales dept multiple times. Waiting for a call back to get info or a temp tag so I can drive the vehicle I bought almost two months ago legally.
