Called parts twice in a row and was forwarded to a voicemail both times. My boss which is standing right next to me calls from his phone and they answer immediately. Wont play the favorites game!! Wont do business with this place EVER AGAIN!!!! Years ago had a warranty claim on Isuzu engine and they kicked it back saying it was over revved and caused the camshaft to break in half shortly after start up!! So not my first problem with this place... Wont ever call again for anything!!! Rather not even work on Isuzu anymore!!!

Horrible customer service from the people at the desk to the people rolling around in golf carts. We came in a few weeks ago looking to purchase a truck. They questioned our finances and what we were going to do with the truck before we could even tell them what we were looking for. They have snoopy attitudes and act like they don’t want to help you. Very ignorant people. If you don’t look like them they assume you can’t afford anything and act like they don’t want your business.

One star, can not recommend a place that ripped us off, no matter how cheaply. Was referred here by a shop who couldnt fit our vehicle. We dropped off our truck and explained that it wasnt going to pass inspection, need the work done to pass inspection. They did a $12 inspection and THEN told us they dont work on anything older than ten years. They should have been up front about it before charging me a dime. My business will not do business with them in the future.

Mr. Degel has several different prices for each of his customers. If you’re not white or a male he will charge you a higher price. I addressed this with him and he was very arrogant about it. His website might say he has trucks and bodies for under $5000 grand, but it’s only true if you’re his race or a friend of his. The first time I went into his store I was trying to purchase a truck and he tried to sell me a used box truck with 387xxx miles for $28000. He told me if I didn’t like that price I can go somewhere else, poor customer services. I bought a used box truck from another place with 424xxx miles on it for $2800 which made since, but it has some body damage. I called all over Saint Louis to get a truck and everyone one told me to go to Degel, because he has the bodies for $1000. I spoke with one seller, who stated they had some bodies for about $1000.00 and then I went to Degel and had to go through Mr. Degel the owner hisself again and he told me he only have used bodies for $5000 and they are in good shape. I told him I was told that he had some for $1000 and he told me to go somewhere else again, if I didn’t like his prices. I told him I’ve been a truck driver for several years and I know a lot of drivers and some of them came to him and they didn’t have this problem, so I comforted him about his selling preferences. I would think as A business man in America you wouldn’t be as bluntly prejudice against woman and people of color. I am asking all my fellow truck drivers and American people to say no to businesses owners like Mr. Degel, refuses to rent or purchases his items until he treats everyone the same. Let’s make him put prices on his product, so everyone will be treated the same.

Super service. I desperately needed a trailer plug and a break controler added to my truck as I was commited to making a large pickup for my auction company up a twisty gravel road. My local RV store was no help at all. Degel got me in and out in no time. Problem solved, auction goods secured, and the brakes on the heavy trailer made driving out a snap.
