It was a nice store good deals there. Cashiers was quick and pleasant. Store was clean. And they have curbside pickup.

I guess Big Lots is OKAY in a way. Im not sure if only this store is like this but the prices are in the wrong place or are not even there. The stuff there is pricey and kind of a cheap material. I dont have any pictures YET but I will edit this review and add the pictures when I come here again. Not only that but its very slow there. So empty barely anybody is there. Therefore, this Big Lots gets 3 stars. 🌟

I just LOVE this store you fond so many regular items then you come across really funky things like the powdered play cigarettes and then the ones made of gum these and many other goods as well as discounted items its always smart to go up and all the isles.

Once upon a Time this was a good place to shop the last three times Ive been there their shelves were unstocked they basically had nothing there that was at a bargain price everything was basically higher than you would find in a grocery store really long lines not worth your time or effort to even step into the store

My biggest issue is probably half the items I was browsing didnt have prices.

Is it closing? Not much on the shelves. Went for a toaster, only 1 toaster in appliances. Not much of anything.

Nice place.Staff seem to be friendly and helpful.Cant say too much about it since I was only there for just a few minutes.Looked around and seen reasonable prices.

Store was very unkept. The selection of items are not appealing and scarce. Of course its probably due to covid-19. I dont interact with the staff.

Extended hours, lots of holiday items and gifts. My Moms senior living home has a door decorating contest so I bought everything from BIG LOTS

I like to browse and this is a perfect place to do so.

Great store it is keeped clean and tidy. Very well stocked up all the time. Plenty of parking space available. Handicap accessible entrance and parking lot has lots of handicap parking space available. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Store is located in good area, visible to the public. Great prices on everything, from household items, furniture, toys, food products, dog and cat items, holiday items also, make up also available, personal hygiene products. All you can think of you may find at a awesome price. Store is crowded at the 1st of the month and the middle of the month. I would recommend this store.

Its hard to find anything there.I asked customer service a few times as to where are the items. I got sent on a Wild Goose Chase.Bathrooms are pretty Funky.

I like Big Lots. A lot of variety at discounted prices. Read the dates on items though. Some have expired dates.The service is good. Helpful.

Great bargain spot for just about everything. They even have furniture that can be put on layaway.Im impressed with the refrigerated and frozen options as its gotten better from when they 1st installed it.Sometimes the check out lines get long but most of the cashiers are nice and do try to work the lines down.

Cool deals especially household items ! I love the deals on furniture and bedroom essentials such as pillows of sorts, throws and of course there bed-in-a-bag is a steal! One of my go to places for these items!

Not bad and they had exactly what I couldnt find elsewhere...throw blankets to donate to the animal shelter.

Looking for interesting deals, like to really search for them? Then this would be the store for you. A lot of the stuff isnt worth a second look, but it is surprising how many diamonds in the rough can be found if you go in with an open mind and a creative attitude. The hours are convenient and having the 99 cents store nearby made it a great one two punch.

Out of stock on alot of items

I’ve been to several BL stores, most frequently Dublin and Livermore. This one is 100% on par BUT often has more stock in household items and the cashiers all are kind and friendly. Maybe there’s a bit less in the beauty/toiletry selection, but the home furnishings and beverage selections are more vast than most other BL stores I’m in. Plus, parking is usually great on that side of the center!

Fine store. Didnt have everything I wanted today but got some ideas for future visit.

I went for the water sale but Big lots was all out of that Crystal Geyser water. Over all its a good place to shop for me. I also love getting the points as a member when shopping.

I enjoy Big Lots I got a mattress. Serta Posturepedic Most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in. For $1,800 less than what Macys wanted! These kind of places you just have to walk around and Shop.

I was trying to buy a tarp to cover up some things out in my yard before the rain so i started online looking to see what stores had the size that i needed i came across big lots they supposedly had the one i was looking for actually there website said they had 14 of them so i drive all the way down to the big lots and come to find out they have zero [ 0 ] of them not [ 14 ] l

Overall not the best Big Lots Ive been to I prefer the one in Pleasanton I came in for one item and I asked you guys have tape and they roll their eyes and turned away I understand theyre busy but they can make a second to help their customer at least there was lotion all over the floor perfume bottles did not have lids shelter very unorganized in the womens bathroom door did not work overall your average Bay Area Big Lots

There are two shopping centers within probably a 3 mile radius of each other and both of them contain a Big Lot! and a 99 Cent Only Store. The difference is that the one in HAYWARD, which is this one, is the smaller of the two, and its selection is noticeably just not as diverse and appealing. If I had a choice I would go to the one in San Lorenzo, just for the sheer size, selection, diversity, and the bigger and better layout of the store overall.

A lot of good deals for home goods and more

They have stuff you want or need. The staff was nice and freindly. One lady was very helpful in locating what we needed/wanted. The checker could have been a little better. We had picked up the wrong size pillow cases. I caught one and gave it to her. She never said another one was king.

Big lots has everything you want for a good price when other places you may go for the same thing, meantime you can stock up on what you use the most.

I love Biglots in general Hate the one in Hayward do not shop there especially for furniture the management sucks they are rude and incompetent I waited for 6 no for a table I paid for to be delivered then they delivered the wrong table on purpose cuz they sold MY TABLE I ALREADY PURCHASED then they were out of stock of my table so they thought I wouldnt notice a whole different table that does not fit my house its too big they are so messed up never got an apology nothing bad bad never go to that biglots its not the only incident Ive had there I am severely disabled (not for long having surgery Sep)😜anyway asked for help to lift an item in my cart the lady Cindy (wich I cant believe shes in mgmt now ) she says I work in the stock room in Im in a hurry ! WHAT! HOW RUDE AND CRUEL. Thats how tacky they are there. So much more dont even want to waste anymore time on them plz dont either. From several seriously bad experiences.
