I haven’t been here in YEARS ! I walked in (10/23) because I needed a very last minute double sided programs printed out on card-stock paper. I was approached by IAN in the paper department . He was definitely friendly and very helpful ! Was able to access my files and helped me out within minutes . I was assisted with a very last minute project and IAN was able to help me right away .

I was placing an order for a banner when I realized it was just 4 minutes past 2pm (the cut off time) and I called in to see if I could still have it done the same day (as I know that in the past, there would barely be anyone working in the Copy & Print Department on weekends and some ODs are pretty strict with past 2pm orders)... but Joshua answered the phone as if he was prepared to help, without knowing what my need was! He asked Linda if it was possible... they graced me with a YES!!!Thanks Joshua and Linda! :)

1. They are seriously understaffed for print service. 2. They need to regularly check those machines have enough paper and function properly before letting any customers walk to self service machine.

Upon arriving at the store, I pressed the Delivery Pickup button and waited patiently for someone to come assist me. The cashier was quite busy helping customers check out and a few minutes later, a gentleman whos name I did not catch began walking towards me and yelled out, What did you order? No greeting or anything to signify he wanted to help me. As I was replying, An office chair he suddenly pushed the Delivery Pickup button forcefully to acknowledge I had been helped. It startled me but I figured he was just in a rush. He asked what name it was under and after I gave it to him, he turned away to grab a cart. I watched him walk over to the delivery items and place the large box with my office chair into the cart. As he pushed it over to me, he again yelled out, What was the name for it again? and after I gave him the name, he pushed the cart toward me and said, Okay, here. and walked away. He did not ask if I needed help out to my car or if I needed help lifting the large heavy box into my vehicle. We were both wearing masks and socially distanced. I would have been more than happy to accompany him to my vehicle and open the trunk for him to place the large and heavy box into my vehicle. I was not at all satisfied with my experience and the lack of common courtesy and customer service has left a very sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say its the last time I will purchasing anything from this store nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience, they printed wrong our order and when we came back to the store to informed them, they just keeps moving around, helping other people, we were waiting for more of 2 hours to somebody help us to fix the problem, the lady in-charged just keeps saying that she have to leave in 10 minutes and just walking around. Bad service

The lady working in the printing service her name was Norma seemed rude i asked about my turn in line and had other customers that where here after where help before helping me through out my wait she would look at me seeming to be looking for a reaction on my part instead sat and waited to be called while i wrote this comment

Just now talked to the manager about if they had any empty boxes for my move.. The call was quick.. The manager said no they are already gone, crushed in the bailer already... Every empty box really? I would hope for a manager he would say I can save some for you etc.. At least be a bit more informative and helpful. He was not!! Ive been going to that store for a long time, and I think the customer service was slight... In their intro on their webpage, they say they will do what they can for a customer.. YEA RIGHT... Zachary, YOU STINK!

I decided to have my baby shower invites printed on this store, did the process online and chose pick up option.. says it will be done same day at 7pm. Been checking/tracking all starting 7pm and it still says processing. Finally called this morning to know their colored machine is not working. No calls, no emails whatsoever to let me know or I will be waiting for years for the invitations that will never be printed.. Awesome service.... NOT!

I called to ask for assistance and the woman on the other line rudely asked me for a product code which I obviously do not know. Then she said let me get someone to help you and put me on hold without even asking. Just like that she was gone.I have been on hold for 30 minutes now. No answer. Thats why, if not for the printer being on sale here, I would rather go to Costco. Easy return, friendly service.Horrible customer service.

Better than driving to San Ramon

I submitted my print job on Friday. After I submitted my print job online, I called the Print Center and spoke to a Representative who confirmed that she received my print job. She also told me that the job will be ready to pick up on Monday. On Monday I received an email saying that they couldnt finish my print job until the next day. I drove to Office Depot and helped the print center put my training manuals together. I also had to take the unfinished manuals to my office and print labels for the tabs because Linda said that it would take hours to setup the printer to print the tabs. I reached out to Office Depot and all they could do is give me a $50 credit. I dont care about the credit. Hire better people. The people at this store are slow. Its not right that the customer has to come in and put their own print job together. I wont use them again. The Office Depot in Union City #06177 was the best! I wish they were still open.UPDATE, 10/7: Im not sure why Miki told me to reach out to Office Depot Social Media team if theyre not going to reply to my email. Its been 4-days and I havent heard a peep from Office Depot. Just dont bother with this store anymore.UPDATE, 10/10: I received an email from the General Manager, Zachery J. He refunded the whole print job. He didnt ask me to change my rating but Im doing it because I am satisfied with the end result.

Clean store. Customer service was head on. From front to back. Everything I needed done with support from Gabby and perfection. My first visit at the store. Loved it. Cute items too. Thank you.

The guy in the copy & print service was Supers slow. I would give him a 5 star for the slowest service I have ever offered. I left without getting my documents printed. Move faster Alvin.

I need 9X9X9 and 12X12X12 boxes for my small mail order business. Ive been there a half dozen times and they are almost always sold out. I brought this to the attention of the guy at the checkout, but he just blew me off. I do not appreciate large chain stores that tell their workers theyre supposed to smile and be all friendly but cannot pay their Silicon Valley located employees a decent living wage. Profit sharing = happy workers. Dont even waste your money on heartless corporations that starve their own employees to death!

Go in to take advantage of the last day of a furniture sale 3 hours before they close. Had to ask for a manager just to get the sale price then spent an hour waiting to hear what exact price it was.Print out coupons and dont expect decent service.

If youre very specific at what you are looking for, go somewhere else. People here not not very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, especially with electronic devices.

There were no other customers in the store except me. The two clerks at the front counter were doing nothing but chatting when I got there. I asked for the aisle number where I could find my product. He answered promptly, but certainly did not have an overwhelming enthusiasm to help. I like the store its laid out nicely. Its near where I live so that makes it convenient.I have, in the recent past visited the store and received outstanding service. This must have just been theyre are off day? Of course I will continue to patronize the store.

I have no idea what just happened, but when I got to the cashier to pay all of my items I was purchasing rang up for 0.01 each. I walked out of the store in shock. I wad going to go back in the store to purchase more of the same items, but I figured I shouldnt press my luck and not be greedy. Merry Christmas to me? I love Office Depot

Untrained employees, understaffed. Waited a half hour, watched 2 customers try to fax something the entire time I was there. The employee told be they dont know much about the new FedEx system. Its a joke. Dont waste your time

The environment is pretty desolate, not a lot of staff or customers. If you just need to pick up some office supplies then this is the place to go. They have a decent selection although some of the printers and electronics seemed a little pricy. Overall a decent place to get some office supplies last minute.

No shopping carts anymore due to theft of carts. Sad state of affairs. I found everything I meant to purchase. Product being moved around but labeling of aisles behind schedule. A little confusing at first. Sales force helpful.

If youre a business owner, dont even try to get your business needs met here. Theres always a problem with the printer and they do not care about how their lack of efficiency negatively impacts your business.

Someone picked up the phone. She doesnt know what a Lab Notebook is. I had to keep repeating myself, since she said she never heard that word before! Seriously? If you dont know what a Lab Notebook is, then WHY would you work at an office supply store? Then she kept me on hold for a very long time, and I just hang up! Not helpful at all.

The printing department representatives were friendly, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Not only could they not give me a cash refund on an item I bought online, but they took forever to find a product sku for the return and she was on the phone with another customer the entire time. I was stuck at the register for almost 20 min.

The Store had the items I was looking for but their checkout line setup is ridiculous! They have a crazy quing system but they dont have signage stating what it is. They were woefully understaffed and had a new cashier trying to serve a particularly difficult patron.
