Friendly and helpful staff. I was building my own PC and realized I was one PCIE cable short.The were available online on Amazon and BestBuy at $15+ and a few days to deliver. I checked here as I couldnt wait. They gave a brand new cable for free!+1 for their commitment to helping customers no matter how small the request.

Best place to fix your computer. Guys are super professional. They fixed my MacBook two times after liquid damage. And both two times everything was done perfectly.Definitely recommend this place.

My computer shut down. Business partner said to go replace it ($1500). I walked in and they screwed a $50 power supply in and I was out in 15 minutes. While the tech was working, I asked questions, and he emailed me his advice on an Amazon page for a cpu that I needed for something else - that was half the price that I had been quoted by Dell, and for an Intel unit - not a cheapie overseas thing.VERY happy with the personal service and good attitude these people displayed.

In the past year I needed to install a new hard drive, upgrade to an SSD and when I received an unknown error message I took my computer to Computer Center. Dan and Carlos are GREAT! Im a power user and always have lots of questions theyre very patient and do a great job answering anything I bring up!! If its something I cant solve by myself or I just want a little guidance I will always reach out to them. I highly recommend their service!

Had to repair my MPB battery and keyboard, best service experience Ive ever had. Did not have to wait extra time compare to other service shops and everything was explain thoughtfully, would recommend everyone for their quality and service.

Man this place is cool. From front desk customer service to repairs done by Carlos was pretty amazing. They got me in there let me know what need to be done and at a fair cost. I for sure will be back for any future needs. Great job guys keep up the good work!

I had to repair my printer and I found -A-plus printer repair and then my son needed to repair his computer so Kurt who owns the printer repair shop directed us to go to Computer center to meet Ross the owner. Ross had Carlos look at my son’s computer and my son told him what the problems he experienced were. Carlos told him he could repair it himself or have him look at it. Pure honesty. There are still a lot awesome people in the world. I trust this store. They get 5 awesome stars

My laptops battery kept running out, so I brought it there and they had the correct replacement. It took about 10 minutes to replace and there was no wait.

The computer center is the only place I go to fix my laptops. Carlos is extremely helpful and knowledgeable much better then the technicians at the Apple Store who only want to sell more laptops. Come here and only here and ask for Carlos to fix your computers.

CARLOS CARLOS CARLOS!! He was absolutely amazing!!! I originally had issues with my battery icon not showing up on my mac laptop. I ended up trying to do a DIY ( which i would not recommend unless you’re really techy) and I accidentally tore the ribbon cable cord which controls the keyboard and trackpad functions so my laptop was useless. I brought it in to Carlos and he told me it was an easy fix, but the right cord wasn’t in stock so he ordered it. Long story short, every time he fixed an issue, a new problem ended up happening. So it took as long as it did because he was constantly having to order new parts. Thank goodness I was still under warranty. Anyways, what I appreciated the most was that Carlos would call me the days he told me he would call to give me updates on my laptop and the parts that were coming in. He informed me on what was going on so I was never clueless. He constantly thanked me for being patient but no THANK YOU CARLOS for being patient with my laptop ! As you all know apple laptops are NOT cheap so I appreciated that he really looked into my laptop to fix all the issues it had. He was truly dedicated to my laptop for the week it was in the shop. I would definitely come back again. I’m so glad I didn’t end up having to drive all the way to Pleasanton for the apple store. I went with my own common sense and went to a certified apple repair shop!!!

When the Apple store wouldnt do anything for me and my wifes computer I took it to the Computer center of Hayward and theyfixed it....AND IT STILL WORKS PERFECTLY!!!They, particularly the Owner Ross, are KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE AND OH SOOOO PATIENT.RARELY DO I GIVE A BUSINESS A 100% RATING, BUT THIS IS ONE OFTHEM... THEY HAVE EARNED A 200% RATING FROM ME. ;-)HARRY STONELAKE

Carlos went above and beyond to fix my squirrelly computer. I was very grateful he persevered. I highly recommend Computer Center for your computer repairs.

Update:Just landed and am getting my computer reassembled.Missing fans for liquid cooler and power supply components.Total value I need to spend is 200 USD to have computer up and running. I need to replace psu and fans for liquid cooler. Very dissapointingCarlos was great. He helped deassemble my computer.The cost is great.The biggest benefit is, they can take same day appointments and are very prompt.They do computer builds for gaming also

IT WAS WELL CONSIDERING THE TIME AS IT WAS ADVANCED IN TECHNOLOGY AND UP-TO-DATE, IN MODERN-DAY STANDARDS. FOR EXAMPLE, WHAT IMPRESSED ME WAS THE TRENDS IN IDEA TO ELECTRONICS OF THIS CURRENT DAY THAT IT PROVIDES.

I brought my MacBook Pro here. And they said there are too many parts broken. What the hell! Do they even understand how to repair a laptop? The young man is being rude and stupid. He refused to repair my MacBook Pro.

A Apple retail Store which just repair macbooks and ipads but no Iphones, for me unusefull when they even cant change my Iphone battery.
