This store does not stand for the product they sell!My first google review goes to PHD Hayward. A few weeks ago we bought a pure white quartz vanity top in this store. It was covered in dusts when we found it in their showroom but they assured us that they will clean the vanity top and pack it, so we paid for it and had our contractor to pick it up two weeks later. It was such a mistake to blindly trust them - we found the vanity top was still dirty all over the place and it didnt have any packaging. After wiping it hard with many many alcohol wipes, we found there are obvious smudges on several places that simply cannot be removed! We called them regarding this and they said it cannot be returned or exchanged and they will not do anything about it. They claim it is a clearance item and once it leaves the store it is sold as is. The truth is the item was not on any sale and we got a 10% discount only because we found there is a chip on one corner. They did put no exchange no return on the receipt which we only found out after calling them, but guess if theyve ever mentioned it when we paid for it!So now we are stuck with a brand new smudged white vanity top. This is clearly a quality problem but PHD Hayward decided not to be responsible for it. And more ironically we now find Granite Expo sells exactly the same vanity top for almost $100 cheaper! So people please look somewhere else and trust me you can always find similar products in other stores.And now please enjoy the vanity top with us :)

I love Pacific Home Decor!!! Don’t waste your time at Home Depot or anywhere else. Rachel design my kitchen within a couple of minutes literally. She added everything I wanted and provided useful advice and ideas. I ended up ordering my Kitchen cabinets, counter tops and sink plus all kitchen knobs for the same price Home Depot quoted me just Cabinets nothing fancy basic white cabinets. I will be back for my kitchen floor as well as dining and living room.

Bought a bathroom vanity from Jennifer. She told us it would come in within 7 to 8 business days. 12 days later, i called for pick. Jennifer said she haddent received it. Few days later, gota call from Jennifer saying the manufacture send the wrong color. No choice but to get the wrong color as we had deadline to meet. Had to fight tooth and nail to get discount on the wrong color. Not easy to understand. Last purchase.

This was my first remodel experience and it was wonderful thanks to Pacific Home Decor. The salespeople was communicative, honest, and extremely friendly. When we wanted something, they would bring you to the section and explain the benefits and negatives of each item. I am obsessed with their super friendly customer service, they were seriously amazing. I can’t recommend PHD more enough, our bathroom is now perfect, I was super satisfied with the material we bought from them. It totally fit our taste and the style of my home.

Enormous warehouse with a huge selection and by far the best customer service.I was greeted at the door by Erica. She was sweet enough to give me a tour around the store.After I told her what I was looking for and what part of the house I wanted to work on. She provided a lot of advice on what I should do and what other customers had done in the past, which is super helpful. Also, she was never pushy, unlike salespeople from some store, Erica was very patient will me. I appreciated her honesty and eager for the customer. Excellent service and beautiful store!

I have been working with Pacific Home Decor for a while now. I have always appreciated their profession and their attention to detail. PHD salespeople are probably the best one can ask for. Me and my wife recently move to our new home and need a lot of work on it. I know that finding a good cabinetry for our kitchen is not easy but very fortunately I found this place. They are the best store I have been so far. The store is huge and had a variety of selections, and customer service is top notch. We remodeled our kitchen with their help, we started with nothing and now we had our kitchen design. I bought all the cabinets we need and they also referred a contractor for us, and that saved us a lot of time on finding a contractor. Now, I just have to wait for the contractor to finish our kitchen, I cannot wait to see our beautiful kitchen.

Before coming to the store, I recommend to check out their website beforehand. Their homepage is quite organized and everything is pretty easy to access. After you picked your favorite item, you can show up to the store the following day and show the item to the sales. Make sure to choose a backup plan though, just in case if they ran out of the material you picked. This is what I did before coming to the store and the process went very smooth and fast.

From the finished job, I can fairly say that their sales team are all respectable, professional, and helped me tremendously on my recent kitchen. Stephanie was helping me to select my kitchen tiles and I love it!!! She was being so patience with my indecisiveness, that makes my first visit a very pleasant experience!! I have mixed reviews about Pacific Flooring. The prices are good for tile and there is a decent selection. The service was very good as they answered questions, made suggestions, and completed the sale in a timely manner. The guy who helped us made a suggestion about trim and it turned out to look great. We also bought some glass mosaic at at good price and that looks fantastic as well. My complaint is that when I had a tough time installing some porcelain tile purchased there, I had to call in a pro. He had problems too, as he said the tile was bowed.

When I went here there was amazing customer service. Rachel came to greet me and started to help me right away, I was out of there in less than an hour getting everything I needed. I was very happy with my experience and I will be sure to come here again. When you come here, be sure to ask for Rachel!

Pacific Home Decor is the best remodeling store I have ever shopped with. Go there and talk to Hao. Not only because they have a variety of tiles, floors, cabinet and vanity, but also they have most of them in stock (even if not, the lead time is very reasonable). We purchased the whole kitchen cabinet, counter top, and some other stuffs, and it turned out to be FANTASTIC-- absolutely loved those! If you are into contemporary, modern design, PHD is the best among the whole bay area-- both quality and pricing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with my first Google Review.

I went to Home Depot before coming to this store (Pacific Home Decor). And I was surprised at how much difference both of the store are. Home Depot is completely garbage compare to PHD. First of all, the employee at home depot are very disrespectful and rude. I asked them for a simple question, and they completely ignored me like they didn’t see me. In the other hand, the employee at PHD were completely opposite, they were patient and super nice. They are able to answer every single one of my question and gave me many different suggestion.

PHD and a Kenny Zheng are great to work with. The selection and quality were just what I was looking for. With their help, we were able to transform our new kitchen into an updated classic kitchen which we will enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend PHD and Kenny for future cabinetry needs.

Im in need of a bathroom vanity and so I went to the store that my friend always talk about. In surprise, they have many styles and sizes of vanity. I like how the countertop is mix and match, meaning I can pick my own countertop and match it with the cabinet that I want.

Pacific Home Decor is one of the best in the area without any doubt. I had gone to a dozen places such as Home Depot, Ikea, and NGY before coming to PHD. I would say this store had totally blown me away by their stunning customer service and materials quality. I would give them a hundred stars if this was ever an option. Anyway, I came to PHD, hoping to remodel my stupid looking kitchen. I was helped by their manager, at first I thought he is a little too young and lack of experience to assist me. But, as we started to talk a little bit more, he completely changed how I view him. He is able to answer all my questions in a way that I would understand too, and he also gave me some great tips on how to design my kitchen. Additionally, he is able to show me the exact 3D model of what my future kitchen is going to look like and an estimate of everything. I was able to enjoy my time while remodeling my kitchen with him. I had a great time working with him, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that is hoping to remodel their lovely home. I can guarantee you that this store would not let you down.

So I have been looking for a new countertop for our bathroom and I was having trouble deciding where to buy one. I looked up and yelp and picked the one with the best rating and we found Pacific Home Decor. I am happy we came here because they have many styles of countertop. The salespeople are helpful and patient. They even taught me how to install it to our cabinet. They helped us pick our countertop and it couldnt look more amazing. Im loving it.

I feel like I need to acknowledge Hao, who have helped me along the way. First I gave him a measurement of my kitchen that my contractor gave me which was completely wrong. And Hao who was a very responsible guy and called me ahead of time to warn me that something is up. Then he is able to change my measurement on his computer. He also make sure every spot of kitchen is used wisely. What a good guy to work with.
