WARNING! I made A BIG MISTAKE by taking my car to this shop. I found out later that this shop puts used parts on cars, and they lie and tell you the parts are new. They do horrible work. I learned this the hard way. Because of this shop, my car died in the middle of the highway. They totally messed up and damaged my car. I got stranded and had to tow my car to another place. I hate this shop. They cost me so much money and stress. They are a BIG FRAUD! I WARNED YOU! Goodbye.

I have been looking for a tire shop that accepts over the phone payment. Need new tires for our company patrol vehicles and other services. I called 5 places and no luck! Legit oil change spot. They were sluggish this time but usually have decent service time. The mechanics know their stuff and are detailed and give good advice. Call ahead of you can.

The services was horrible the own /manager didnt know what he was doing and just end messing up my car. Took a whole week to get my car back and he messed it up my car. Had to go somewhere else . I dont recommend getting your car fixed there .

Found a coupon online for Goodyear auto service for a free flat repair read all of the stipulations and guidelines. Went down to the location located on Main Street in a.m. downtown Hayward and had the gentleman go back-and-forth with me about clearly with the coupon stipulated. At the end of the day he didnt want to honor the coupon because he said he had never seen it before even though it is straight from the website.
