Oh man, where to begin. I have been on hold for two days with this company just trying to get a chair. They would say they would get back to me and then wouldnt hear back. They delivered it to the wrong business and then it was near impossible trying to get a new one reordered. I wanted to give this review a one star but after numerous phone calls Abigail was able to help me. Fingers crossed I get the item.
