Bought a fridge from them and worked till a month later its stopped cooling, they came and fixed it but 2 weeks later again same problem, at the end they decided to exhange with another one. So far so good.Even though their stuff dont always work they atleast try to find a solution.

My experience with this store is that when youre going in and spending money everything is A-Okay and then when things break down either they dont answer the phone miraculously something happens and it dont get fixed I purchased an item from them and it never came out to fix my idol even though I was still under warranty to be honest I will never do business with them again I got a second opinion and pay cash to fix the item still pondering on if I should take them to court or not so Ill be business you get what you pay for it go by product somewhere else dont waste your time

They have a 90-day guarantee and they deliver and often repair and resell your old appliance, so zero-waste. Im a landlord and often need good used appliances. I also used them for a washer at my house when I wanted one just like my old one.

I have bought 2 fridges there.A big stainless and a humble apartment size.I got GREAT prices on both and theyre both working well.The big one was delivered. And the guys did a great job getting it down the stairs and in the kitchen.The small one was ready for my van when I came to pick it up.Just remember its a used appliance place.If you want high prices and a lot of red tape, go to the big box places.Im happy!!!!

Great second hand appliance store. Large selection and great prices. No frills no hoopla just appliances ready to go or almost ready in some cases.

Initially, I had a reasonable experience. I went in, bought a gas stove at a reasonable price and had it delivered. They showed up when they said they would and the stove still works great.I went back to get a newer washer and dryer when our dryer decided to stop drying. In store everything went smoothly. I picked out an affordable washer and dryer set and scheduled the delivery and installation. Delivery day comes around and Im home during the three-hour window we had agreed upon. No one shows up. I was able to get Edgar on the phone and he was super apologetic and rescheduled for the next day. The next day they showed up when they said they would and installed everything promptly.Fast forward a couple weeks and I realize the washer is leaking out the bottom. Luckily they have a 60-day warranty, so I call them up and they set up a time to have someone come over and fix the washer in my home. Three missed appointments and a total of seven hours of waiting at home later... Im pretty frustrated at this point. So I go in person and talk with them. The owner was away on holiday, but they had gotten in touch with him and he said Give her a new washer! Which seemed like a reasonable solution at this point.So I picked out a new washer, scheduled a delivery and they actually showed up at the appointed time. Success! The washer was installed and has been working ever since.On the positive side, throughout the whole process Edgar was very responsive via phone and very apologetic. And the owners decision to completely replace the washer, after all the missed appointments, was a good attempt to keep me happy. But alas, it was too little, too late, as I cant see myself going back there.

I went there specifically because of a washer and dryer set I found online. When I got there they told me that it was bought and I havent had a chance to take the ad down. I asked him about three other sets that I saw online and they said the same thing on all of them. It strikes me as interesting that all four sets I was interested in were sold within the last couple hours. The people there speak English but broken. Very humble people and nice but they dont really seem to have their head out of their butt. Theres also just about and zero parking. I had to block a couple people in just to get out of my car. And backing out onto the main street is a pain in the butt. They do have a lot of inventory but none of it looked in really good shape. Most of it looked to be pretty old and beaten up. A six out of ten at best. I hope to get some new inventory soon.

They had a couple great counter height ranges and the perfect fridge for my small condo. The best part was the deal we got! Lastly the even came on time for the delivery so they really hooked us up. Great dudes to deal with.

Extremely expensive for used appliances that are not that good in shape. They sell close items more or close to Sear prices. I went to Sears first then this place. I ended up going back to Sear. Definitely not worth going here. Rather go to a real retail store get better pricing with a New appliance and warranty.I do not recommend. There are plenty of places in this same area with way cheaper pricing for used appliances

Why buy new? These guys guarantee their work and have nice pieces. My go to for the past 10 years. I refer anyone looking for quality pre-owned appliances.

Felt like the appliances were a great buy since they were so cheap but looked like new. When our washing machine started leaking, they said they were too busy to come and fix it. We havent even had it for more than 2 months. Now were stuck with a damaged floor, a leaky washer and out of a few hundred bucks. Thanks Marroquin! :(

Hoped to have a good expirence here. After looking at 2 other places we were excited to find the size and style of fridge we needed. The price was ok, more than we hoped but within our budget and they could deliver within the week. Week 1 with the fridge seemed great. There were a few puddles on the floor but hoped it was from kids spilling ice and not an appliance issue. Into week 2 and the puddles became larger and more often and we knew for sure the freezer was leaking. Called and let them know and was promised someone would fix it....its been over 2 weeks. Nothing has been done and we constantly deal with large puddles of water all over our floor and now the whole freezer is filled with frost. Wish was had stuck with the places we had been recommended to.Update. They came and said the freezer was set too cold (5 out of 7) and that was the cause of the leaks. They set it to 3 and it still leaks. Ridiculous. Wish we had gone anywhere else. Weve owned it 2 months and began leaking less than 2 weeks in.

They are a family business who are flexible and accommodating. We have used them three times. One of the times, I did not like the fridge that I bought and they agreed to buy it back.I would definitely recommend them and will visit them again the next time one of my appliances dies.

I was recommended but would never recommend anybody. Bought a Refrigerator. 2 months later problems, fast forward more problems they came and picked up and exchanged. Now a year later today that refrigerator just stopped working. Edgar very responsive, but overall not satisfied.
