I wouldnt even give it a star first Im not from around here just travelling through then they sold me the wrong parts next they argued with me when I tried to tell them and now my car is worse than before!! Had I known about OReillys I would have gone there!!

Bob is great. Its nice when your parts guy has over 15 years of experience as a technician. OReilly Auto parts tends to hire people with little or no experience. Ive had better success getting what I need at NAPA than anywhere else in town.

Very helpful staff. They hooked me up with the part I needed in a timely manner.

Absolutely disrespected and disgusted with the owner Bob who seemed more concerned with me being a female as a detail than helping me with a defective clucth, lost all the respect for that store and recommend my friends go to OReilly or carquest.

I love Napa. Who doesnt?
