Havre Ford did a fantastic job keeping me informed about my order !They were great to work with !!

Placed & paid for my order on 10/04/20. It took Harve Ford TEN DAYS to finally get the order shipped, on 10/14/20. Scheduled delivery date is 10/21/20. This is a total disgrace. Misleading website states Please allow 2-4 working days for shipment of your order. Most orders will be shipped from our stock within 24 hours. Just about all other Ford dealers ship the next day. I used Harve because the price was good, but would NEVER have used them had they honestly stated my order would take 17 days. Again, disgraceful. So beware if you need parts promptly, Harve is not the place to get them.

Cliff is awesome! The part was $100 less than my local Ford dealer and shipping was very inexpensive. I will buy more parts (hopefully I wont need any) again from them! Thanks Cliff!

Awesome place. Was driving through on a road trip and had problems with my coolant levels. Pulled in and asked if they could check it out, got me in right away and were extremely nice to help me figure out what to do.

Salsemon Chance Pitkanen was very great at allowing me to look at trucks that I will be buying. He didnt pressure a sale, and that made me feel at ease about making my choices. I plan to come back in hopefully six months to buy a truck for my girlfriend and then buy another one for my Buisness after another six months. Very positive experience with this salsemon. Everyone should ask for him by name.
