I was looking for a number of workbenches for my company that I could have built to fit my specifications, these guys came to my rescue. Even though it was a large order with varied sizes and products, everything went together with ease. Our company can now run even more efficiently. Thanks PRO-LINE.
Heard these guys were the best, figured I would give them a try and I was not disappointed! Ordered multiple workbenches through their Quick Ship program which shipped in 5 days, just as promised. Super sturdy and reliable products, will definitely be ordering again!
I guess my experience is the same as the previous reviewer. I placed an order In good faith sent a check and was quoted a delivery time. That time has gone by and I have been given more than one promise and I am still awaiting delivery.
Placed the Order in OCT. for 8K worth of tables, paid with credit card, asked for Invoice, was told could not receive invoice until billed, witch they billed Oct. 10th, 17. asked for invoice after the date billed. they said not billed yet. Horrible communications, emailed sales 1 week late, 2nd week no update, emailed by the end of week, no shipment, called they would check status and call back, no call back, called again, shipping this week of the 18th, told was shipping 12/20/17. asked for eta- tracking could not supply until 12/21/17 will see if shipping information is received. will update tomorrow for the next excuse. UPDATEThey delivered the next day. but no response with ETA no calls informing delivery. Parts were missing form packing table. was not the correct parts. but should of ordered complete setup. ordered the rest of selfs missing Cantilever shelf, but received brackets, back panel, no shelf as of 1/19/18. Sales Rep. Anderson forwarded my Complaint to management now response a week later.
We can also produce workbench, and we can communicate and learn from each other.Can we/?
Worst experience ever!-Work bench was not delivered within the time specified.-Product was not delivered as described.-Continuous issues with sales agent and customer service.-Company charged my card without authorizationI wish I could have provided zero stars however that was not possible!
