I shopped there three times and I will not go back. They said they would not sell to non trade people. I pulled out a receipt for $300 that I had purchased there a few weeks ago. They allowed me to purchase the few items I needed reluctantly.Now I shop the Lowell store where they are the opposite of this store, friendly, helpful. Everything you could hope for.

Self serve for the most part up front, sheet metal out back you need counter help for that.

Old man in the front desk clearly hates his job and should find another, completely rude, no customer service skills, will never go back to this location
