John was an excellent help, he made sure everything was working perfectly before we left. he gave us his opinion on what we wanted to know and he had a great sense of humor while doing it. give this man a raise, he’s worth it. all love from the 40 second crew

I always choose this location because they always have the phone that I want in stock and Rosa especially is well educated when it comes to any questions you have regarding your phone, plan, etc. Props to these two because they are very good at their job!!

The employees in this store are horrible and rude every time I go in. Have changed information on my account without my permission has told me corporate doesnt know what they are talking about sending me back and forth when they were just lazy and didnt want to take the time to do their job.

These guys are awesome. Very helpful.

Clerk incorrectly typed my name, had to ask twice to change it. Clerk told me he changed it, but if there was an issue i could call or come in. I reiterated that getting around is an issue for me he agreed that he saw that do to me need for a cane, i leaned over the counter and pointed out on the screen that the name had not been changed and that the associate had lied to me. Took another ten minutes and him calling customer service to fix the problem.

I was greeted nicely and the guy behind the counter was helpful.
