Store was empty.. 3 people working the register but had to wait for the one who was doing stuff to take my ups package while the other 2 just stood idlely by.. then I mentioned I needed help to see if my brake light was out.. again the other 2 stood and did nothing, the cashier offered and after several minutes I had to leave because she never came outside

My car battery died and i had to get it jumped. i spoke with victor on the phone who said they could help me out no problem and even told me what battery and price all over the phone. i got there and went in and he greeted me and swapped my battery out in no time. he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and i highly recommend him. all the regulars seemed to know him and chat with him too.

Took over a minute to just answer the phone to and be put on hold for another two minutes before I hung up and called the next auto parts store. Probably could have answered my question about if they had a certain window tint in stock. Will move on to the next auto parts store but definitely not stopping here anytime soon.

Great locstion with knowledgable staff. Helped me diagnose my leaking power steering system with just a quick interation. I purchase right produce to hold me over until I could get to mechanic. Will go to the store again.

Signs all over the store and in the windows saying free battery installation when you purchase a battery. Cashier tells me they cant because one guy is out on a call and he wont be back until 6 and she needs to scan in the delivery so the guy installing windshield wipers cant take the time to install a battery. Because of the delivery? Give me a break. Zero stars. Sad.
