When i ordered the wrong part for my car. They were able to get me thr right one overnight and it didnt cost me to get it. Seems they bend over backwards to help you. Thanks guys good to know someone has my back covered. I will continue to do business with them.

The staff is always helpful and willing to assist us with the majority of our automotive needs. They also have a military discount which we love. Advance is my “go-to” place for out automotive shopping needs.

Went in to Advance Auto to get wiper blades for the Wifes Fit and was expecting to spend $50 to $60 for all three blades needed. Turned out the had a special on the purchase of two front blades on a better type of blades than the el cheapo which saved me $8 and since I got those, I also saved $4 on the rear wiper. Also, I am a savings member there and had a 20% off for $50 dollar purchase. So for $56 worth of wiper blades I paid just under $39. Lucky wife gets wiper blades and change back from the $50 she gave me. Awesome!

Excellent sales and service! Knowledgeable staff offered free installation of wiper blades for my car. These patient folks know that not everyone is as car-savvy as they are and werent annoyed with a layperson like me. The gentleman installed my blades in the friendly, courteous manner that we all need more of in this world. I will definitely go back the next time my car needs something!

Went in n because both headlights went out at same time. These guys helped detect the issue, solve the issue and were so fast at it! $27 dollars and 15 minutes later all is well!

I wanna say thank you Chris for helping me take my intake off on my van, he helped me take my transmission cooler line off walked into the store measured it found the right line and got it put back on for me and even helped me check the fluid levels what a good guy Im also calling the manager to maybe get him a party thrown for him what a good guy ++++++

They cannot get my perks acct right. Associate entered phone number came up on screen but wouldnt accept charge.. And number is /was correct. Last time still had my old number and couldnt transfer. Whats the point?

Horrible customer service and delivery times. Need a part? Move on to the next auto parts store. BTW, the manager needs an attitude adjustment. Throws a fit when in the wrong but wont admit it. Congrats on losing yet another account.

Stood there for like 5 mins while a guy was on the computer and stared at me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. 3 employees and 1 customer on the counter. I got asked after that time if i am looking for something (...lol) and i picked up my parts. Overall feeling of no costumer service in this location. You can tell people hate working there the mood is always blah.

I stopped in there on a rainy morning because my check engine light was on. The clerk went wayyyy above and beyond to help me, despite the rain. I also needed some fuse help and he even printed my fuse maps and key for me to keep. This store is slightly out of my way to go home but Ill be going here from now on!

Havelock North Carolina Advance Auto Parts manager should be stocking shelves instead of dealing with customers. Supposedly Castro Motor Oil in the gold bottle is being discontinued but not at the Havelock North Carolina location store manager come up with a bunch of caca many excuses is why he is is not being clearanced but then when I wanted to show him the receipt from the previous days purchase in New Bern North Carolina he sent it employee back to tell me he was interviewing someone when I just walked out and walk back in with the receipt. This guy does not need to be a store manager hell cost the business business
