Greg was extremely helpful! We called ahead to see if they could help us with our truck battery, and when we arrived we were greeted and helped kindly. Greg got us going quickly and made us feel confident about our purchase. There are several auto part stores around, but we will be sure to return to this AutoZone for any needs in the future.

We were near the store when one of our tires shredded. Kate and Larry were so nice and helpful that a terrible experience turned better. We did not buy anything from them but they called for a tow truck and even walked about a block to find out size and type of tire we needed so they could call various tire shops to see if they had that tire in stock. Larry even bought me a diet coke. How lucky we were to have an accident near their store in Havelock.

Employees are always a great help every visit. Its a well kept store with pretty much any car part or product youd need. From OEM to aftermarket parts they can get it shipped to the store or your house. Employees are very knowledgeable and are never hesitant to give tips with repairs, products, or just general questions. I only stop at Autozone, and this is one of my favorite locations.

Never mind my Google name, Elkie the manager greets me by name Hey Darrin! Its like CHEERS the tv show, with the funny stuff aside and seriously this is the best AutoZone to go too!!! I live in Havelock and drive all the way to store #6746 at 1211 US HWY 70 E. even though there is an AutoZone seriously right around the corner from me, but they dont hold a candle to the customer service this AutoZone has. In fact I accidentally called the one in New Bern and a guy answered What! I checked by asking is this AutoZone? He said Yeah whats can i help you with!? Nothing as I dont shop there! Anyway, awesome service, very clean store, help is friendly, everything you need is there and if not you can bet it will be there next day in my experience. Hopefully you go on a day when Elkie is there shes also very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for her customers. Just ask for Elkie and be sure to tell her Darrin sent ya! Thanks for reading!!!

The sales people at Autozone were amazing. Went in for a batter, they just the one for my car and replaced my old one in record time. The kicker is, two gentlemen that were off duty replaced my battery. So appreciate it greatly.

The closest parts store to my house.. most times Im in and out with the parts I need, but the last time I went for a tie rod end the guy kept typing in tire.. sometimes I wonder just how little you have to know about cars to get a job there.. over all good help, and nice people

I would like to take a moment and say how grateful I am to the managers of your store I was on my way to see my son in the hospital at UNC and had a battery light show up on my SUV. I stopped in at the Autozone in Havelock NC, a young manager Ryan W. quickly diagnosed the issues and stated that my battery was bad. I asked how much a battery caused and he stated the prices, I was scared because I only had a one hundred dollar bill tucked away and he said the price was $159.00 I started to cry cause I knew what I had and was trying to urgently get to UNC. Mr. Ryan said Miss please do not worry I understand what you are going thru and then took out his card and said I will pay the difference and install the battery as well. I was emotional and in tears that a complete stranger would do such a act. Mr Ryan simply stated that Our Customers always come first I can truly say that God sent me a Angel that day. Thank you all for being there for my family when in need and God Bless your company, and God Bless Mr. Ryan.

Grate serves grate workers

Friendly place, good service and they are willing to help you as much as they can. Regular shopper I never had a problem. The only thing that bugs me is that once in a while they push to add Lucas additives to the sale or brake cleaner. Other than that, pretty good experience.

The team here has always been friendly and helpful. Today I needed my battery checked and he did it happily and let me know it is possible I would need a new one soon.

I was helped quickly and friendly by Caleb in havelock, super nice knowledgeable guy!

Went to get a 5 gallon diesel container. Price on the shelf didnt match the price at the register. $3 difference. Able to resolve when he went and pulled the tag from the shelf. MOD, didnt even say anything when he came to give an override. Felt pressured to buy items I didnt need like shop towels and other items. Asked me 12 times if I wanted one of their cards. 11 times I said no and didnt respond the last time. Oh yes, one further thing, the AC wasnt working...

Place is a embarrassment to guys in the auto parts field. Couldnt cross reference a belt, cant find a battery without a computer with the battery in hand and cant get parts delivered when said. The skill level is very disappointing. No pride anymore in this industry.

They worked really hard sadly they were unable to get the part we needed. But they were knowledgeable and spent a long time trying to help.

Typical autozone. Wish they would stop trying to sell me those little packs of grease. If I need something I’ll ask for it. Once they just pulled a fast one on me and added it to my things without asking.

TERRIBLE customer service! Dale was the only person behind the counter and there was no one else in the store. Didnt acknowledge me when I came in and when I asked for help with something, he acted like it was the end of the world for him to help. If you dont want to work with the public or help customers, DONT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be calling higher management and filing a formal complaint about how rude he was!!
