If I could give this place and the customer service a 0 I would. I’m not one to leave reviews, but my experience with their employee was AWFUL!!!!! Disrespectful and so unfriendly best describe her!! Tried to blame me for the wrong cake and say I placed the order wrong, only for her to ultimately admit she “forgot!” Even went as far as to call her manager for me so I could complain. Her words, “Want the number? Better yet I’ll do it for you!” She was clearly raised with no manners or respect for others! Grumpy as they come and not willing to fix HER mistake! I will NOT be back and will NOT recommend this business to anyone locally! While I was there she ignored two other customers who eventually walked away because they were being 100% ignored by her and got tired of waiting!

Great customer service and great cookie cakes.

I ordered a cookie cake for my daughter’s birthday and specifically told them all chocolate icing around the border. I asked for a witch or maybe some pumpkins or ghosts. I was charged $37 for a cake with orange and white icing around the border and a few tiny pumpkins and ghosts and no chocolate icing anywhere on it. Highly disappointed!

Ordered strawberry shortcake cookies from fundraiser. The only strawberry shortcake thing in them is strawberry flavor. They are simply white chocolate and cranberry cookies.

Couldnt order anything 20 minutes before closing time. Said she already put everything up.

I went to pick up my grandsons Birthday cookie this morning - that I ordered in person a week ago - and they hadnt even done it. Not baked, not decorated. The only explanation given was that the person who took the order must not have put it in the book. No apology. Nothing. I said I had to have a cookie so she did bake one before his party but of course could not do anything on the decorations that we had requested, just his name. When I picked it up, there was a very nonchalant Sorry bout thatand charged me full price. Humans do make mistakes but the fact that it was unapologetic is not acceptable. I will not be doing business with these people again.
