I got there when they first opened and the cookies werent quite done yet I went ahead and paid and came back in about 20 minutes! Fantastic. I am a chef and I make a pretty good cookie from scratch my ex-wife makes an even better cookie shes a fabulous Baker and she makes some great cookies that she sells but these cookies these cookies here may be the richest cookies and the texture is perfect. They baked them they will allow them to cool to allow them to properly set and they put them in that warm humidified cabinet and it is pure Divine heaven

I was really excited to enjoy some vegan cookies but they werent so great.

The cookies are wonderful. Too bad the daytime employee is rude. I was charged twice. I went to the store to inform then of the incident and was treated rudely.

Cold milk and chewy cookies. If that isnt good enough for you then you may need to seek professional help. I was most impressed with the chocolate chips and the smores. You can even get a side of icing for your cookies in case you dont quite hit a sugar coma from the cookies and ice cream.

The best gooey cookies ever!

Not much room in terms of walking room, but good selection for cookies on menu. They have huge cookies that you can try, but I only got to try the white macadamia and the double chocolate. They were deliciously warm and gooey when we got them. Customer service was warm and welcoming. They also have a refrigerator full of milk selections. 👌🏽

The lady that helped us was very nice. She wasnt crazy bubbly personality and maybe thats what everyone is talking about. They dont have a box for their special cookies. You have to pay extra for those. Honestly speaking, I will pay extra because their cookies are the best cookies Ive ever eaten in my life. They dont ever get hard. They stay good the next day. Give them a try.

Cookies are very good but the customer service is not. I called 3 different times to order. The first time, they picked up and hung up. The second time a girl picked up, got my name, and then I guess put me on hold because she never came back. I hung up and called back and finally placed my order. I told the person who finally took my order that I had been trying to order and what had occurred. She didn’t apologize and seemed honestly a little perturbed that I had THE GALL to mention it. She then asked if I wanted to leave the driver a tip! I told her I would tip the driver once they delivered the cookies.😒I think I’m done with their (albeit) delicious cookies until they can get better customer service. Tasty cookies, they just need to focus more on customer service.

We pulled the car around after spotting this intriguing sign. The store clerk explained the wonderful business plan of hot, fresh cookies and cold milk delivered to your dorm, office, etc.Where was this when I was a twenty year old senior writing papers all night long?The store smells amazing! Scents of coconut, butter and other tasty bits waft about the tiny entry as a warm hello greets you.Stop in, call in, but do it soon.

These are some of the best cookies I have ever eaten. This location has apparently been open less than a week, and I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I got the six cookie pack and used a coupon for three additional cookies and thought it may be a bit of a splurge, but when I tasted that first cookie, I realized would have paid twice as much as I did for these cookies. They were still warm and perfectly baked - soft center and mildly crunchy edges. The delivery driver was very sweet and punctual (I had my order in 33 minutes). I HIGHLY recommend this experience!!!

Ive had several different cookies now and they have all been good. Ive also advance ordered cookies on their website, and the order was ready when I arrived and correct. Be forewarned, however -- they do not do crispy cookies in any way, shape, or form. They are definitely soft. Plus, the cookies can be a little messy because the chocolate chips they use stay somewhat melted even after the cookies are cool. But they ARE delicious cookies and the location is convenient as well. Highly recommended.

The slowest delivery and rudest customer service. Could have ordered then went to the store during rush hour traffic, bought the ingredients, stood in that long a$$ Walmart line—bc you know they only have 1 cashier to check everyone out(don’t get me started)— car coulda broke down and I have to push it home, baked the cookies from scratch while singing Lizzo “waHyy MeN GrEat tiLl dEy goTTA bEe grEaTtt” and still have been waiting an hour for them to deliver cookies.

The manager at this location runs her store to perfection...she is a very laid back young lady .Who as most of the managers I have came across could learn a lot from her.She is well grounded not stuck up nor walk around as if the world owes there back to her so she can walk all over them...Outside of Alabama insomnia cookies Hattiesburg Rock🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😎😎😎😎.Keep your head up and your soul calm the world is yours.

Nice little cookie shop. They are nice and welcoming, the peanut butter cookies are amazing! But these normal size cookies are completely over priced and not worth $18 for 12 normal size cookies hell you can just go to Krispy Kreme for $8 for dozen on OGD! The cookies are great and the delivery is always fast! However, half the time the customer service is poor. I’ve had two bad experiences with the delivery drivers whom appeared half asleep, careless and pretty rude. The company is great by the customer service could improve.

Cookies are delicious. The only thing I will say is, depending on the baker, sometimes the cookies are not fully cooked. I dont like undercooked cookies. Other than that, I love their cookies!

The cookies are good. The 1 star is for the service. The delivery service. It takes this location over an Hour to deliver if you ordering after 9 dont do delivery, just go pick them up. This is the second time this has happened and the last time I will be ordering from them.

Good cookies .......if you can get them! Online order left out my entire cookie order, just delivered milk and ice cream. Called back to order the actual cookies I was told I’d be charged for the delivery fee again, they could care less they just delivered $30 worth of milk! Very poor service, especially for a premium priced product.

Ordered cookies at 145. I called at 320 when they had never been delivered and for someome who was half asleep saying sorry. I had to ask for my refund, Im which he replied yes? Horrible customer service. Food is fine but the company needs some works.

Ill hopefully never have to order from here again. We ordered ice cream and a cookie and it took TWO HOURS and TWO phonecalls to customer service to actually get our order. The (very expensive) icecream was completelly melted by the time we got it.

Always super friendly staff and fresh cookies. They also coordinate with local businesses and are involved with the community.
